- Linda (4/5): Disappointed with the motel. - Staff were very friendly especially in the restaurant. The bed was too hard, the room was too bright at night, you could hear the pipes banging from the room next door when they used the bathroom, one of the curtain brackets were broken letting in even more light, the meal we had was overpriced and average.

- Amarpreet (3/5): Convenient location, however the stay was disappointing due to poor room condition, misleading inclusions, and inconsist - Good location. Unfortunately, the service experience did not reflect the level of inclusiveness or professionalism one would reasonably expect. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely fell far below expectations. This property is advertised as a 4-star standard with “Executive Rooms,” however the reality is very different. The room condition was poor, with damaged furniture, low-quality fittings, and water accumulation at the entrance. The bathroom layout was also inconvenient and not as presented in the listing. More concerning was the half-board package. Although paid in advance, it was not provided as advertised. Instead, a limited credit was offered, which did not reasonably cover the cost of meals, forcing us to spend additional money out of pocket. While the management eventually offered a partial refund, this only came after repeated follow-ups and did not fully reflect the inconvenience caused. Service experience was inconsistent. At times, communication felt dismissive and lacking in basic hospitality, which made the situation more frustrating—especially while travelling with family. Overall, the listing does not accurately represent the actual experience. I would strongly recommend future guests to carefully review recent feedback before booking. Unfortunately, this stay impacted what was meant to be a relaxing family holiday.

Loved that we could hook up to our Netflix account. There was a little mold in the shower area. The air con worked one night but not the next. The freezer leaked into the contents in the fridge.
- Nigel (9/5): Really enjoyed discovering how everything you wanted was there. Very pleasant stay. - This was the best run motel I’ve probably ever visited. The units are small, but compact. It had absolutely everything you would want - very good hairdryer, toaster, kettle, very good tv, all streaming services, great wifi, fill length mirrors, etc. Lovely little table outside to sit in the sun and have a drink. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent! I would highly recommend this motel as great value for money. I guess the bed was only a double bed and we are used to a queen. But the second night we were fine.

The tiles in the bathroom and entry were cracked and filthy. The room smelled strongly of dog despite it not being one of the pet friendly rooms. The hot tub/spa pool was not heated past the pool temperature and not pleasant. The buffet breakfast was very limited and disappointing. There were no teaspoons in the room for a morning coffee.

- Jana (6/5): Relaxed motel with clean well sized rooms, great pool and ok breakfast - Rooms were clean and roomy. The pool was great, heated and we used it a lot since the weather was not so great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Only one staff was on each morning and they struggled to keep up since it was a busy long weekend. So we had to wait a bit for a lot of the items.

- annabelle (7/5): Convenient and comfortable place to stay and great pool. - We had a short stay here, it was an easy drive off the highway which was great for us after a 5 hour drive. My daughter really enjoyed the pool. Room was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for a very short stay. Also convenient to have the car right outside the room. There was an included breakfast which is really convenient for us while were travelling. Unfortunately it was lack lustre. It opened at 8am and there was only toast and cereal available. The coffee was cold and not ready to go. It seemed like there were more options being slowly bought out. There were no options for people with coeliac disease and not really any child friendly options.

Room had a terrible smell, which I found to be the curtains. Mattresses were ridiculously soft. Old blood stains on the pillow and sheet.

- Ilona (8/5): Suitable for our requirements & in a good location. - Staff were very accommodating in allowing our son to access our room early to rest after a long overseas flight.This happened a good 2 hours before our own arrival, so was really appreciated. A large coach group staying made the dinner experience rather noisy. Restricted seating in the main dining room for other guests. Also meant some of breakfast items hadn’t been replenished after group left.

- alf (6/5): a touch over priced for what one gets - booking in was ok , the person on the front desk was ok easy to find the room loads of parking.. the bed was ok for this motel ,I have had worse beds , A good beed helps one sleep better so that inits self is very important .. I was a touch confused when you see a bar list that one would anomaly see in a hi end market motel as my room did not have anything other than milk , no free water. the other thing was I could not find the fridge as it was in the bath room area ,the kettle was also hard to find as it was on a shelve close to the floor, so if anyone was not able to bend down to get this they would not be able to have a coffee , I had problems getting into my room as I could not unlock the door after a small amount of time pushing pulling the door I. as able to get into the room..
