• Daniela (6/5): Aceptable para unas cuantas noches - De la ubicación nada que decir, salida directa a la playa. El desyuno buffet buenísimo. Las habitaciones justas de tamaño, pero la cama muy cómoda. La limpieza excelente, el personal muy amable en todo momento. Nuestras habitaciones daban a una calle principal super ruidosa, nada óptima para el descanso, tuvimos la mala suerte de coincidir con otros huéspedes bulliciosos que una noche llegaron golpeando puertas y dando gritos a las 3:00 AM. Muy desagradable la situación. Fuimos a reclamar si nos podían cambiar la habitación, pero nos hacían un cobro extra; asumo que es parte del negocio darte las peores habitaciones para que solicites una mejor a cambio de un cobro. La verdad es que no volvería al Hotel solo por esta razón.

• MAISA (9/5): Melhor localização em Phiphi. - Localização e as Piscinas. A localização é ótima, por um lado do hotel temos acesso ao centrinho comercial de Phiphi, lojinhas, restaurantes, e pelo outro lado a praia e as baladas noturnas. As piscinas são lindas, vista linda, grandes, com bar para atender a área da piscina. Café da manhã ótimo, com vista linda. Não gostei muito da limpeza do quarto quando chegamos, sou bem chata quanto a limpeza e higiene, mas pedimos para limpar e foi tudo resolvido.

Havuz alanı ve deniz kenarı kafesinden tamamen farklı bir durumda. Belki senelerce hiç tadilat görmemiş . Her yer dökülüyor . Biz oradayken banyoda lavabo fayansları bile yere dökülüp parçalanıyordu. Oda hostel yada pansiyondan farksız durumda. Aynı zamanda oldukça pis. Elinizi dokunduğunuz her yerden bir karış toz pislik çıkıyor. Banyo yaparken tiksiniyorsunuz. Duş perdeleri bile küflenmiş ve sap sarı olmuş. Odaya bizim için bırakılan havlularda küf rutubet kokuyordu. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem

• Cienna (1/5): Dirty “prison-like” hotel rooms! - The staff were friendly and helpful with luggage. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said “We recommend paying for one night and then if you like the stay at that point, pay for the second night” which rang alarm bells to us because we’d booked to stay 2 nights and have never checked into a hotel before where this was recommended. The reception also mentioned that the room would get “Very Loud” at night from the bar situated underneath our room. When we got to our room, we understood why they said this!! The room looked nothing like pictures, it was VERY dirty! The walls had brown/green dirt on them, the bed frame was stained and the toilet seat was yellow - it looked like a prison, if not worse! (see photos) The view from the room was mucky streets. We did not even dare put our cases on the floor, afraid of what they would pick up from the black floor. We went straight to reception and checked out. They gave us a full refund & we then spent the next 2 hours searching for a new hotel with our luggage. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lugar muy recomendable para estar. Las habitaciones tienen muchos detalles mejorables. Primeramente el colchon es durisino... El baño podria tener una mampara y no una cortina de plastico que moja todo el recinto.

• Bruna Wanessa (8/5): Boa - O quarto deixa a desejar, mas se for coisa de uma ou duas noites não tem problema, da pra escutar muito o som alto de madrugada foi difícil dormir, entretanto a localização é perfeita, vc tem acesso aos principais pontos em poucos minutos como nossa estadia era curta compensou demais, fora que a estrutura é linda, piscina incrível, em frente ao mar. Quarto com pouca luz e o barulho alto.

Might help if it had an aerial lead plugged into it. The shower valve was hanging off the wall. and chipped and broken tiles. Hairs in the shower tray.

• Vianne (5/5): - Der große Pool ist wirklich toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute und große Auswahl. Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem war das Zimmer auch nicht sauber und im Treppenhaus lagen teilweise Handtücher und Bettlaken von der Zimmerreinigung.

Hotellet ligger veldig nærme karaoke bar og der er det musikk til kl 02.00 på natta. Det er også ekstra betaling for treningsrom.

La misma recepción me dijo que pagara solo un día, y ya si eso el resto al día siguiente😂 si queríamoscseguir. deben de haber muchas quejas por ruido.

It was difficult to sleep, as every movement caused discomfort. As a result, we barely got any rest, and we felt very exhausted the next day. I believe that replacing or improving the mattresses would significantly enhance the comfort for future guests.

Bathroom was filthy and shower didn’t work properly. Also noise was an issue but can’t be helped if hotel in busy area.

• GUADALUPE (10/5): - HERMOSO. Me asusté con los comentarios de booking pero nada que ver! Las habitaciones lindas y cómodas, aire acondicionado y cama nuevos. El baño si necesita actualización pero tampoco es para tanto. Los cuartos tienen frigobar, jarra eléctrica, tele, café para preparar. La ubicación es inmejorable, a una cuadra de la calle principal. Todos los días te dan agua embotellada junto con la limpieza de la habitación y recambio de toallas. Me hospedé en las zonas T y D, se escucha un poco el ruido de la calle pero se puede dormir bien. Las personas que trabajan ahí son un amor. El desayuno es excelente frente a la playa, y el hotel está lleno de gatitos hermosos y bien cuidados. Tiene gimnasio que sale solo 125 THB por día, muy completo.

Fullt med festande ungdomar, vi är 35 år och ett par. Väldigt besvikna på upplevelsen och bemötandet i receptionen som skrattade åt oss.

So overall Happy for the price. If you’re bringing a lady. Just pick better. Obviously more expensive rooms. As the pool and beach are FABLOS. We paid for what we got . Cheap rooms. But better than a dormitory.

• Guilherme (7/5): Ótimo para dormir - Localização muito próxima de bares e festas e toda a variedade de serviços da ilha, mas sem impacto do barulho externo. A piscina é boa. Muita mosca, tivemos problemas por mais de uma vez com relação ao chuveiro, pois não esquentava. Toalha fina. Mesmo com serviço de limpeza havia poeira no quarto. Tv muito antiga.

• Kerri (2/5): Stay at PP Princess not Charlie!! - We actually didn’t stay at PP Charlie as soon as we saw the room we paid to be moved to the Princess side of the resort. You can clearly see that they have just left a few blocks in an upgraded resort so they can still keep some low cost rooms for backpackers. The rooms resembled something I can only imagine hadn’t been touched since the 80s, the blocks where dirty that being said the room itself was clean, it’s just not somewhere we wanted to stay. The actual resort is stunning, the pool, beach access etc so we decided to just move to a princess room at an additional cost. When we checked in for the PP Charlie reception told us just to pay for one night and if we wanted to stay the second we could come pay the next day which we thought was SO STRANGE, as we walked to the block we could see why, most people must check out after one night. That being said PP Princess is lovely we had a very noisy room just off the strip but it didn’t impact our stay. Rooms were lovely and spacious but the show stopper is definitely the infinity pools, the secret pool is always empty too so defo go and find that. The staff were lovely and moved our rooms straight away. They have a beach restaurant and are located a few seconds away from freedom beach bar and slinky beach bar which have nightly fire shows. Stay at this resort! But on the Princess side!

Again the standard rooms are the shittyest rooms I have see - The pool and the location are very good The standard rooms are very small, smelly and old. Just a small window and not very clean. The wifi in my room was not working.
• Suchinth (5/5): - The location of the hotel and the pool area are both excellent, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the facilities provided for guests who have late check-outs need significant improvement. If you book any package tour, it becomes difficult to check out on time. As a result, we had to check out early in the morning and leave our baggage near the reception before going on our day tour. When we returned, there was no clean common room available for taking a shower or freshening up. Most of the urinals near the reception area were also clogged, which was very disappointing. The shower area near the restaurant was also in terrible condition, and we even found a centipede inside. This was very unhygienic and made us uncomfortable. It would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could provide better and cleaner facilities for guests who have already checked out but still need a proper washroom and shower before their departure. Improving these areas would make the overall experience much more pleasant.

IMPOSIBLE DORMIR , las habitaciones de sector T se encuentran sobre un Bar con Karaoke musica a un volumen ensordecedor hasta las 3 am . Muchos huéspedes muy jóvenes entre (18 y 25 años) llegando de madrugada y golpeando las puertas . Aloge 2 noches porque no había más disponibilidad en la isla. Una Tortura
