- Christine (10/5): - Luigi is the most attentive and gracious host, helping to set up private drivers and providing suggestions for restaurants and things to do. He responds quickly and thoroughly to questions. He met us and brought us to our room, which was very bright, clean and comfortable,including an electric kettle and mini bar. The room overlooked the Main Street which was very busy, but we heard nothing through the sound-proof French doors. I love how bright is was but you can completely block out all light by closing the outside shutters. The beach and ferry port are within 10 min walk and there is a beach bag with beach towels in the room. Great water pressure in the shower. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, sights. Be sure to explore all of the little cobblestone streets off the Main Street. Luigi greeted us every morning via WhatsApp message to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Luigi - you are one in a million!

Very delicious breakfast, spacious room and bathroom, very convenient location for everything to see in Sorrento and not a single problem at all. Luigi and his friend helped us with our luggage to get to the port where we needed to take off to Naples and also helped us with our luggage getting to Sorrento. Will definitely be booking with this hotel when we come back to Sorrento!

Sent us several communications before we got there to make sure we had all the details we needed. Great location and a quiet room. AC worked like a freezer! Breakfast was exceptional. We had dinner at Donna Sofia and thoroughly enjoyed the food and live entertainment from two musicians that popped in. If you will explore the Amalfi Coast, stay here and take buses and ferries to other towns. No need to rent a car. And this place could be called “Luigi Flats” since he is such an exceptional ambassador for this hotel.

The breakfast is really good with pastries, coffee made to order, fresh fruit, and many other items available for guest. I can't say enough about Luigi and his staff. They made us feel feel very welcome and helped coordinate transportation and other activities. The location is in the center of Sorrento, offering numerous dining and shopping options. Next time we are in Sorrento we hope to stay again at Sorrento Flats.
- Chloe (10/5): - Our stay at Sorrento Flats was exceptional. From the moment I booked, Luigi was in contact with us to make sure that we would have everything we needed for our trip. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home and knew all the best spots to visit in Sorrento. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well (a necessity for Sorrento in August) and the shower was much better than other places we have stayed in Italy. Every morning, there was a breakfast buffet with delicious homemade sweets. The location is great, with many restaurants and the marina all within a short walk. The only downside is that the parking is around a 10 minute walk away, which was tiring in the heat. However, Luigi's staff came to meet us at the parking lot and helped us bring our suitcases to make it much easier for us! Overall, truly outstanding service and a memorable stay. Next time we visit Sorrento, we will definitely try to book at Sorrento Flats again!

Everyday he checked in to see what we were up to and to see how he could help. He went way above and beyond to take care of us. I just wished we would have stayed longer. He even communicated with a transport service we had set up without being asked. Luigi is amazing!!

Before we arrived we asked if a car could transport us from Naples to Sorrento (on a busy friday afternoon!) and Luigi arranged this within the hour at a very reasonable rate. Great service and a very nice breakfast also.! We definitely recommend this place.
- Oren (8/5): Great staff and greay location - The service is amazing! Luigi and his staff are super friendly and always willing to help. The location is excellent- right in the middle of the action. They have an agreement with a parking lot, a little far to walk but it is as close as possible. The only comment I have is value for money. This stay was the most expensive room I have ever stayed in and I am not sure thatvthe value for money is there; for the price I paid I would expect a suite or on the beach.

Perfect setup for a family of four with a double bed in a separate bedroom, a main room that had been set up with two twin rollout beds and still had plenty of room for a large couch and small table. Kitchen is small but has all the essentials including a washing machine. There is a balcony with a partial view of the water as well. Location is steps away from the main square, stairs down to the main port and just on the edge of the quaint alleys of shops and restaurants at the center of town. Could hardly be better. Luigi was amazing. Responded almost immediately to any questions we had and helped us arrange a car back to the train station in Naples. Even the driver was a step above the others we had while in Italy. Hope to return sometime!

Luigi is a fantastic host and it felt whilst we were over there that nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic shower in the ensuite bathroom. But the thing that makes Sorrento Flats really special is the amazing service provided by Luigi. From the moment I made my booking he made contact and kept in touch as our trip got closer. He booked a great boat trip to Capri for us, provided details of train & bus rimetables, recommended restaurants and provided a take away early breakfast when we left at 6.30am on our departure day 😀 Thank you Luigi for making our stay so enjoyable!

- Ali (10/5): - This property is in an amazing location! Right at the heart of Sorrento’s old town. Luigi is extremely helpful, and is able to book all your activities and reservations give you suggestions. The only drawback is that since it is in the heart of old town cars or taxis can’t come right to the front of the door. But again Luigi kindly helps, and for us set up a nice parking spot relatively close. If you are not scared of driving in Italy, I would suggest you rent a car and drive the Amalfi coast.

- Amy-Marie (10/5): - If I could rate this property 6 stars I would! Weeks before our stay Luigi reached out to me to see if he could help in anyway. Having never been to Italy, I had a million questions and he answered all of them immediately! Our flight got delayed by 12 hours, so we didn’t get to Sorrento until almost 1AM and Luigi was there waiting for us. A great host is what made our trip exceptional! Luigi made dinner reservations for us every night, he coordinated our tour excursions and provided videos on how to get to places. Sorrento Flats is in the perfect location. We went during Easter and we were able to watch the processional right from our little balcony. We stayed on the 4th floor and of course there’s no elevator, but we enjoyed the exercise. Room was very clean and modern. Luigi helped with our luggage for check-in and check-out. Luigi checked on us everyday to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything. He invited us for coffee, breakfast and even drinks. I can go on and on! Don’t second guess reserving a room here! You will NOT be disappointed!

- Yegor (10/5): Wonderful place, extraordinary hospitality! - I recently took a solo trip through Italy, which had to include a visit to the Southwest to see the Amalfi Coast. I decided to stay in the town of Sorrento, as I read it was a great central base (it is) and beautiful in its own right (it definitely is). In searching for a place, I came across Sorrento Flats, which had incredible reviews and was reasonably priced. As soon as I booked, I immediately understood why. The flat itself is great - super clean, spacious, comfortable, and in the heart of downtown, making for quick and easy access to the train station, great restaurants, the beach, and the ports. However, what truly sets this place apart from anywhere else I've ever stayed is the unbelievable hospitality of the host. Luigi, a true gem of a human being, could literally not have been more accommodating and nice. He directed me on finding the connecting train in Naples, recommended I explore Pompeii on the way, greeted me outside of the Sorrento train station and insisted on taking my luggage, provided a comprehensive list of the best restaurants and bars in town, booked my Amalfi Coast tour, helped me catch the ferry to Capri, was flexible with check-out, and came by to personally say goodbye, all while being incredibly responsive over WhatsApp at all times! You could tell that he genuinely cares for each guest and I could not have been happier with my stay. I almost booked a more expensive hotel, but I'm so glad I decided to go with Sorrento Flats. Can't wait to be back!

- Tsolag (10/5): Best Stay You’ll Have in Italy!!! - On my trip to Italy my friend and I stayed at 5 other hotels and this is by far the best one! Upon arrival the host Luigi met us right by the train trainstation to help us with our bags and direct us to the place while gicing us a small tour of the city. When we got there he welcomed us with drinks, helped us out with sending us information on the ferry times to capri, which we were going to the next day, and helped us check in, in a very easy fashion. Then he helped us with our luggage up to the room. The room was nice modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. This place is also in a very convenient area because any kind of restaurant of store that you would wanna go to is within a 2 minute walk from here. I had an amazing pizza from this place that was literally 50 steps from the front foor of the place and it was a great feeling because of how lazy I was after traveling all day. Overall this was an amazing stay over here and if I ever go back, K will most likely stay here!
- Mike (10/5): - The property is located on a street not accessible by vehicles which made it wonderfully quiet in the evening. It was centrally located to many wonderful sites and restaurants. The room was spotless and exactly what we needed for our stay. The morning breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast (breads, sliced meats, and cheeses) but also included plenty of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order. The best thing about Sorrento Flats, however, is the staff. Rocio, Antonio, Luigi, and Maria were absolutely fantastic. They helped us coordinate our tours and answered any questions we had. They really made us feel at home. We highly recommend the Sorrento Flats.

Luigi was so kind as to set up our Private transportation from Naples the to hotel and also an excursion to Capri.The moment we arrived in Sorrento Antonio greeted us in the square and whisked us away into the streets of Sorrento to the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel Antonio was so kind of offer us coffee while we got checked in, he also gave us a map of the area with a ton of recommendation for food, views and things to do. Rocio and Maria were also fabulous and greeted us every morning for breakfast with a smile. The breakfast is phenomenal and if you are able to get there for the tiramisu, try it! It is DELICIOUS!! one of the best ones we had while in Italy. I cannot express enough how fantastic the staff is at Sorrento flats, Rocio even did our laundry and found the map Antonio gave us in my husbands pocket (to show the level of attention that the staff has). The staff was even so kind as to leave us a sweet note and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. Sorrento Flats is in a perfect location, clean rooms, great AC, and the absolute best staff! My husband and I stayed at both the St.Regis in Venice and Rome and the staff at Sorrento flats surpassed the services we received at both. We would recommend this hotel to anyone! The train station is a short walk up the road so there's no need to hire a car to get to places such as Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The main harbour is also close by so taking a boat to visit Capri, Naples or the towns along the Amalfi coast is an easy option. The manager Luigi arranged our private transfers to/from the airport and despite our late arrival he was waiting for us and carried our cases up the 70 steps (no lift) to our deluxe room which was big, bright, cool (air conditioned), clean and modern with a huge, very comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the lively main street and the en-suite had a very big shower cubicle. During the day we enjoyed listening to the hubbub from the street below but at night the double-glazed doors dulled the noise very effectively and we slept well. Luigi Jr, who was there most of the day, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful - providing transport timetables, organising excursions, suggesting places to eat or just having a friendly chat, and Marzia soon got to know how we liked our eggs for breakfast and provided an endless supply of cakes and pastries which were available to guests at any time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect...right in the middle of the old town with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars just on our doorstep. - Anne (10/5): The Place to Be in Sorrento, and feel like Royalty - This hotel was amazing as was Antonio & Luigi. We came in to Sorrento from a section of Sorrento that was not a place we wanted to stay, but when we arrived at the hotel, we couldn't be happier. It is exactly where you want to be in Sorrento. Step outside the hotel and into a restaurant/bar. It is right in the restaurants/shopping/bars area. It is beautiful. The hotel was awesome. Our room was clean and so well thought out. It was the perfect amount of space. Breakfast was great, with all the Italian coffees, and danishes, meats, etc. When we arrived, Antonio & Luigi met our taxi and carried our bags in, then gave us a snack and coffee. Over the top!!! We felt like we were there best friends. They also ordered our airport taxi and walked us out again, even gave us an earlier breakfast. I brought 6 people, three couples and we all were in awe of this place, its management, location,and accommodations. We travel as 6 ppl, 2x times a year, and this is definitely #1 for price and the care/accommodations we received. I recommend it as a must for Sorrento. It is a hidden gem! Go there, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit small but functional for two adults, complete with the amenities that we required.
