Aline (10/5): Foram dois dias maravilhosos no Hotel Villa Bella, com certeza voltaria! - O hotel é maravilhoso, adorei o atendimento, a equipe sempre muito cordial. A piscina quentinha, atende bem hóspedes que vão em época de frio. A sala de estar com lareira e um pianista tocando durante o jantar e café da manhã realmente surpreendeu, A vista também é linda. Parecia que estava em um filme romântico! A água da piscina no primeiro dia de hospedagem estava um pouco quente demais, por conta do clima e temperatura, que não estava tão calor. Deveria ter um equilíbrio quanto a isso. Mas no dia seguinte, que estava mais friozinho, estava perfeita.

Algo que me chamou a atenção é que o hotel dispõe de um andar exclusivo para casais, para quem se irrita com barulho de crianças. A única coisa que deixou a desejar é que o hotel dispõe de apenas um elevador para os hóspedes. Isso as vezes atrapalha, visto que é um hotel grande, com muitos hóspedes.

g-cardozo (10/5): Home away from home - The hotel is not located in a walking distance to downtown, but in Gramado you must have a car, taxi or Uber to go around so it was not a problem at all. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. We had the feeling we had all the place for ourselves despite there were many guests. Rooms can host a family of four but the kids have to share a sofa bed that was very comfortable. Staff was top of notch. From the check in to the check out every member of the staff was outstanding. With the impression we had the value we paid was fare. Just the charging station is exclusive for electric vehicles not suitable for plug ins like mine. Looking forward to go again.

Juliano (10/5): Feriadão maravilhoso com a família - De tudo: ótima recepção dos funcionários, quarto impecável com visto pra montanha, sala de jogos pra brincar com o filho, fonte de água do lado externo bem agradável, café da manhã além de bom é prolongado (foi até as 11h da manhã). Tem a piscina coberta e aquecida, que não chegamos a usar pois passeamos pela região durante o dia e saíamos pra jantar a noite. A localização é boa para quem está de carro, muito próximo do centro de Gramado e também de Canela. Em determinado momento a velocidade da internet oscilou a noite, mas nada grave e logo voltou a normalidade.

We were very satisfied with the services and accomodations, as well as with all employees of the hotel, they were very thoughtful and receptive. The hotel is very organized and clean, very spacious. The breakfast was great and , everything was delicious. Kids enjoyed a lot the swiming pool and recreational team. Minor comment for improvement would be the gym equipments and games room, nothing that jeopardized our stay. We would definitely return in a next opportunity.

Academia interessante. Piscina aquecida ajuda a relaxar depois dos passeios e possui bar anexado. Espaço Kids para crianças muito pequenas (4 anos) achei meio "escondido" demais, mas é bom.

Poderia dispor de uma maquina de café expresso no café da manhã, ficamos no período de Réveillon e não achei que compensou o investimento do jantar do dia 31/12, visto que não houve nenhuma atração alusiva ao dia e o mesmo se encerrou bem cedo.

A ceia de ano novo foi uma das melhores que já experimentamos. O SPA é maravilhoso. Recomendo. O agendamento para o SPA pelo WhatsApp foi complicado. Houve confusão duas vezes. A piscina é muito boa, mas a água estava muito quente. O comida do restaurante é excepcional, mas falta pessoal. Houve muita demora para as refeições, com exceção do dia da ceia de réveillon.

Cozy place and common areas. Good views over the valley. Good value for money. Very Large bed that could accommodate all my family (couple, toddler 3yr, baby 9mo). Breakfast time to 11am. Restaurant and services working until 23pm. Would come back. Nothing was bad. If you are travelling with family, the room will be one (very large) double bed, which is perfect and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is OK, but is nothing to be compared to the bed. You will likely to need a car/taxi/transfer to go to gramado downtown.
Patricia (8/5): A localização é otima! - A localização é excelente e eles possuem serviço de transporte gratuito para o centro a partir das 19h, os funcionários em sua grande maioria são bastante atenciosos e gentis (teve um funcionário em particular, que atendia no café da manhã que era bastante grosseiro, com certeza não serei a única a reclamar dele). Apesar do hotel oferecer espaço para casais tomarem o café da manhã ou mesmo a parte das jacuzzis não ser permitida para crianças menores de 12 anos, a piscina além de pequena e somente ser quebra gelo é muito próxima, e, portanto barulhenta, se você busca uma hospedagem mais silenciosa não encontrará aqui. A hidromassagem e jacuzzi também são quebra gelo. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor pelo valor das diárias (deixou muito a desejar)!

Acredito que devam ter iguais ou melhores na regiaão, mas pela dúvida, voltaria neste na próxima. Fica um pouco longe do centro pra ir andando, mas tem uma van de hora em hora. Não tive problemas pra me locomover, mesmo indo no reveillon. No dia 01 do ano senti uma baixa dos funcionários, mas entendi que foi a escala da virada do ano. Teria feito um adicional de funcionários para atender o bar e piscina. Fora isso, nada a reclamar.

MARCIA (10/5): Viva o Villa Bella! - Atendimento excepcional de todos os funcionários do hotel. O hotel não fica no centro de Gramado, mas fica super próximo e a vista do lugar é espetacular, você se sente flutuando em meio a uma floresta. O hotel conta com ótima estrutura para crianças, como piscina aquecida, salão de jogos, brinquedoteca e programação de animação. Além do mais, o hotel tem serviço gratuito de transfer ida e volta para o centro à noite, isso mesmo, gratuito! Achei o chuveiro um pouco fraco e molhava o banheiro fora do box, mesmo fechado. A cama era confortável, mas poderia ser melhor. Por fim, acho que poderiam ter uma programação infantil noturna que permitisse que os pais deixassem se crianças no hotel pare curtir um vale night na cidade. Fica a sugestão.

Voltaremos no ano que vem!! - O Hotel é muito elegante e extremamente bem localizado, com a vista mais linda que já ví!!! apaixonante, fomos com uma filha de 4 anos e foi maravilhoso, perfeito para família mas tbm para casal. Quando chegamos ficamos em um quarto com vista obstruída, ficamos em bem chateados... rs, mas conversamos e conseguimos mudar, todo o time foi muito solicito em alterar e nos acomodar conforme disponibilidade naquele momento. Pessoas sensacionais e inclusive apaixonadas pelo que fazem.
