• Robbie Bobbie (8/5): A really nice place to relax and unwind. Not a perfect resort, but very good. - We loved the pool villas. We paid a good price for them. The villa was amazing and the outdoor bathroom was great too. The villa pool was small but fun. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. The resorts swimming pools were large. The walks around with the dog was amazing and exploring the many caves. The waterfall was nearby and was great fun. The viewing tower was cool and the dog followed us up there somehow lol. The food was very reasonably priced and tasted excellent. The lake was great and the pedal boats were fun. This place was very nice for our honeymoon but sadly not perfect, hence why i only gave it 8/10. It is a very nice place, but if they sort out the issues below, then this place would be perfect. This place is in the middle on no-ware, and not very close to shops and life, which is a great escape from it all, however, you do have a 7-11 close by and the odd food vendor so don't worry. Also the food at the resort is all you need anyway. There was a bit of issues and it made me a bit upset as we were on our honeymoon, but it is what it is. I will list the issues i had: 1. When you called to asked to be picked up for breakfast or to the swimming pool, they took too long to come so basically they didn't come and we drove to breakfast each morning or drive to the pool and then drive back wet after swimming. They should have a golf buggy for all the rooms and so we wouldn't need to rely on the resorts staff to come to collect us or use our cars to go there. 2. When we called to ask for things, it took a while for them to be delivered to us or sorted, however when we asked for the pool massage pump to be turned off as it was stuck on for 24/7 they didn't do it which made our dog keep barking at it. 3. The mosquito nets in the bathroom have massive gaps and also a lot of cuts to them! You should fill those gaps and replace or fix the broken nets. 4. The windows and doors are made from wood, so there are a lot of gaps and will let mosquitos in. 5. When we asked for the room to be cleaned on one occasion it wasn't, so we had to then wait for them to do it while we had to pop out even though we didn't want to pop out as we already had been out. 6. As we drove from Pattaya, we wanted to check in and was told that we needed to wait about an hour as the room wasn't ready. It was a good thing we didn't try to check-in at 12pm as we would have waited longer, but at check-in time, you should have had the room available especially when you knew we was on our honeymoon and had a dog. 7. The swimming pool water things were not switched on and you had to ask for them to be turned on which i didn't know until i complained then was told you had to ask - no one told me to do that when checking in. Sadly the slide's water wasn't powerful enough to be used. 8. The pool table had missing balls and the q's were broken tips so you really couldn't play it, such a shame. 9.

Много активностей не территории. По территории гуляют трусливые вараны. Видно что хоть и стараются но отель старый, неплохо было бы провести реновацию. Но даже при этом все очень классно 👍
• M (7/5): - It was great staying in nature. Everything (kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, private pool area) were spacious. Doors and windows have gaps and are not sealed, so every room had ants and geckos/lizards. The geckos/lizards hang out around the ceiling. Their poop falls on the ground and bathroom counter, which attracts the ants. The biggest problem was that the geckos/lizards make loud noises at night, which disturbed my sleep. I understand it is an ecoresort, so little critters might exist, but it was too much and in my opinion easily preventable if the just seal the gaps and cracks.
• Nathalie (8/5): Prima resort voor kort verblijf op een bijzondere plek. - Bijzondere locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. Leuke speelse kamers met eigen zwembad. Grote badkamer. De foto’s op Booking zorgden ervoor dat onze verwachtingen iets hoger waren. Onze villa was geen 300m2, maar eerder iets van 150m2. Massage faciliteit was heerlijk! ‘S avonds konden we pingpong spelen met de kids. Minibar was goed gevuld. Happy hour cocktails van 16.00 tot 19.00 uur. De kamers waren wat gedateerd en niet super schoon. Ook duurde het vrij lang voordat de roomservice bestellingen werden bezorgd.

• Ольга (10/5): - Домики конечно старенькие но все очень чисто , потрясающие большие кровати и удобные матрасы с белоснежным бельем , в доме есть все необходимое для проживания . Огромная красивая зеленая территория ! Мы катались на велосипедах по тенистым дорожкам , на следующий день хотели поехать на велосипеде в пещеру которая находится поблизости , но ребенок сидел у меня на багажнике и каким то образом засунул ногу в колесо и ее зажало ( так что пожалуйста будьте бдительны и хорошо объясняйте детям как нужно правильно сидеть на багажнике 🙏на этом наш отдых закончился мы в срочном порядке поехали делать снимок тк ногу раздуло очень сильно ! На территории есть катамараны Басейн с детской горкой , бильярд , настольный теннис , я советую данную гостиницу там очень уютно тихо и красиво

• Nat Phatranaree (7/5): many opportunities for improvement, but overall a good experience - the space, sound bath activity in the cave, adequately maintained garden, the pool in the villa, bedding quality, attentive staffs, F&B service at a reasonable price delivered to your villa, pet-friendly I would like the management to address the following issues: 1. weak shower and shower drain clogged, make it very slow to drain water 2. bathroom and interior fittings resemble more of dormitory rather than a pool villa - could have been redesigned with more taste 3. the salad station at breakfast fails to meet food safety standard - it was very clear that the corn was from leftover with fruit flies and ants, some tomatoes were rotten, most of the fruits and veggies were not daily-prepared. 4. water in the main pool looks very dirty and uninviting, as if to discourage the guests to swim there. 5. in one morning during our stay, there was power blackout - no electricity and no water for about half an hour, then everything was restored.

• Robyn (9/5): Very relaxing , beautiful holiday. So much to do! - Everything about the facilities was amazing ! The pillows for sleeping were terrible and the staff working in the restaurant were very unfriendly and unhappy.
• Nadezhda (8/5): В целом хорошо, природа вокруг прекрасна - Мы останавливались уже второй раз в этом отеле. Виллы в целом комфортные, но уставшие. Нам нравится природа вокруг, красиво, спокойно. Работа ресторана при отеле стала немного быстрее на подачу блюд. По сравнению с прошлым годом, есть изменения не в лучшую сторону. Прокат велосипедов теперь платный. Завтрак стал хуже, кофе на завтрак не вкусный. Виллу в этот раз нам дали другую, менее приватную, рядом стоят другие виллы и очень слышно соседей. В ресторане при отеле мое любимое блюдо Рис в ананасе готовят теперь не так вкусно, очень много масла, мало кешью. Доплата за собак 500 за ночь - дорого. Для второго нашего посещения могли бы хоть скидку сделать.
• Sharmane Claire (10/5): It was a great stay and will surely be back. But some pest control will help alot with the fire ants. Also the leaking a - It can accommodate big groups and pets. This is such a great thing. And the kids playground and facilities is good. Big ants and mosquitos. I guess it’s part of nature- but some pest control can manage this. We can’t use our outdoor area much because of the big fire ants and leaves from trees- i suggest leave a broom in the villa so guests can clean it up on their own. Our car doors also got infested by black ants from parking area.

• Laura (10/5): Et smukt og roligt ophold - Venligt personale. Smukke omgivelser. Roomservice var så god og til fair priser. Sad ofte i min pool på 'bænk' delen og læste. Det var fantastisk. Jeg tilmeldte mig den gratis meditation med munke, og det var meget smukt. Kan virkelig anbefales. Jeg regner klart med at komme tilbage.

• Paulina (9/5): - Hotel w otoczeniu przepięknej natury. Niesamowity stosunek jakości do ceny. Wille są przepiękne. Woda w basenie ciepła, jedzenie w restauracji dobre. Obsługa hotelu chętnie pomaga załatwić transfery. Hotel jest trochę na uboczu. Bez samochodu nie da się poruszać.
• Antonio Jileri (9/5): Nous avons passé 2 nuits magnifiques. - Logement magnifique, très spacieux. Petit déjeuner complet. Pas mal de terrains de jeux pour enfants. Paysages magnifiques. Enormément de grosses fourmis (surement lié à la région). Dans la villa 3 chambres, les chambres ne sont pas accessibles entre elles, il faut passer la la piscine, ce qui nous a un peu ennuyé avec nos enfants en bas âges.

• Bettina (8/5): Ein schönes Resort in der Natur - Die grüne üppige Lage sowie der private Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein schöner Fleck in der Natur. Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war zum Teil sehr schmutzig. Die Speisen beim Abendessen wurden sehr selten gemeinsam serviert. Dies fanden wir sehr schade.

• Harald (5/5): Würde ich nur noch bedingt noch einmal buchen - Die Weitläufigkeit der Wohnanlage war schön und beeindruckend. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte schön relaxen. In einer Drei Zimmer Pool Villa ist es eigentlich üblich, dass man liegen oder Stühle am Pool hat. Nichts davon war vorhanden. Erst auf Anfrage wurden zwei liegen und zwei Stühle gebracht. Weder ein Tisch noch sonst irgendwas wurde bereitgestellt. Auch die Ausstattung im Wohnbereich war weit unterdurchschnittlich. Die Schlafzimmer und die Badezimmer waren okay

• Laurian (9/5): - Vraiment un très bel emplacement. On peut se questionner sur ce logement vraiment singulier mais une fois que site on s'y sent vraiment très bien. C'est grand et, très bien entretenu. La vue sur les montagnes est superbe. Il est possible d'avoir sa propre piscine privative (très bien chauffée) et la literie est très bonne. Plusieurs activités sur place pour les enfants également sur site. Pas énormément d'activités à forte valeur ajoutée en dehors du site.

Fried eggs and omelettes are not cooked to order and are cold, Asian food was tasteless, warm dishes not replaced when they ran out,fruit limited variety, service limited and hygiene so and so. • Ronnie (8/5): Beautiful view, good beds, nice and spacious villas - good value for the money. - The scenery was absolutely beautiful, if you need a place to relax and just enjoy the view of the mountains and take a short walk this is the place. And the villa is really good, but a bit worn down compared to the pictures. The food was mediocre at best, the room service is really a great service they provide. But the food is not good and there is really no other place to eat close by.

Preis-Leistung hat aber für uns auf jeden Fall gepasst! - Landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen, tolles Parkgrundstück und im Grunde ein sehr umfangreiches Angebot der Anlage. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Schöner großer Pool. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ist die Anlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mit ein wenig mehr Pflege und Sauberkeit könnte Einiges aufgewertet werden. Sehr groß und recht unpersönliches Ambiente.

• Louise (9/5): Cute site, great to walk. - Awesome property. Loved our Villa with pool. Breakfast was good. Service at breakfast still needs training. Check-in only at 3 which was ok but then had to wait 15 minutes to see if the room had been cleaned. Easy fix ask the cleaning staff to call every time a room is done. They could have a check list sheet, we had to wait until they physically went to check the room since cleaning were not answering.

Purtroppo la manutenzione generale era molto tralasciata. Abbiamo scartato una decina di biciclette prima di trovarne due decenti. E non abbiamo potuto fare il percorso con i atv . Il potenziale c’è ma bisogna sfruttarlo meglio .

• Jan (8/5): - Great property, huge rooms and everything very comfortable. Quiet location far from everything (not touristy at all, so be ready for it). Super close to the cave (walking distance) and short 20 minute walk to the waterfall throughout cool environment of local houses. Authentic restaurants and coffee places nearby, but be ready to walk to them around super busy highway which might not feel safe especially with kids. Good place for families with kids - play room, playgrounds, lake with pedal boats, some games like archery etc. very nice. The reception staff seems to speak no or very little English, so we really couldn't communicate super easily. They were ok though. Food from the hotel restaurant was really bad. Not good quality and small portions. If you not prefer to eat out in the local restaurants, it might be problem for you.

• Michael (9/5): Es ist einfach wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und der eigenen poolvilla - Eine ganz tolle Anlage. Sehr weitläufig. Es handelt sich um einzelne poolvillas verteilt um einen See. Sehr ruhige parkähnliche Anlage. Ruhige Umgebung. Man sollte mobil sein. Damit Mann die Gegend erkunden kann. Gleich bei der Einfahrt ist ein leckeres Restaurant. Es gibt eigentlich nichts. Außer man sollte erwähnen das der Service abends im hotelrestaurant vielleicht etwas schwankt. Alle Angestellten sind sehr nett. Am ersten Abend hat alles gut geklappt und am zweiten Abend wollten wir wieder dort essen. Es war etwas mehr los und wir warteten ca eine halbe Stunde. Bis dahin hatten wir noch nicht mal eine Karte bekommen. Von anderen Gästen bekamen wir mit. Da sie schon seit über einer Stunde auf das Essen warten. Wir beschlossen dann doch woanders zu essen. Alles wirkte etwas chaotisch.

• Adrian (7/5): - Der eigene Pool Die großzügigen Zimmer Sehr teuer -> Preis/Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht Restaurant nicht besonders gut (kleine Portionen und sehr teuer) Zum Frühstück am Buffet gibt es Instant Kaffee (der schmeckte furchtbar) -> bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte der deutlich besser sein. Das Buffet am Morgen ist auch nur ok, passt leider auch nicht zu der Preisklasse. Schlafzimmer nicht vollständig abdunkelbar weshalb wir morgens immer sehr früh wach geworden sind (das wünscht man sich im Urlaub anders) Wir waren 3 Tage hier und mussten 1,5 Tage auf Sonnenliegen warten für unseren eigenen Pool obwohl sie uns 5x in Folge versprochen worden sind ~> es kam einfach keiner trotz Zusage. Interieur teilweise sehr billig ~> mehr Schein als sein Fazit: hätten wir hier nur ein Viertel von dem bezahlt was wir ausgegeben haben, wäre die Bewertung deutlich besser ausgefallen. Bei dem Preis erwartet man aber einfach mehr.
• Bigglesgirl (8/5): - Room size was awesome with plenty of room to spread out. Loved the pool and the little kitchenette. The hotel is on the busy Phang Nga road so watch out for the turning, but you are close to PhangNga town with all the supermarkets and a lot of lovely temples and coastline. Breakfast was a bit chaotic at times with tables not being cleared quickly enough, the floor was often messy and dirty. The pool pump was excessively noisy and on the first night we were nearly ready to check out - a quick call to front desk and the pump was switched off which resulted in peace and quiet!
• John (7/5): This is a good location, close to interesting caves, mountains, and interesting cultural sites. - Normally there is only one bonus question, and then you offer a gift! What is this. Room was good, building was a bit older. Things didn't work, like the TV, couldn't turn off loud pool pump, Lots of red ants aroung the pool, and mosquito screens in bathroom had holes. But it was okay, we enjoyed it. What did we like? The staff were always very kind, approachable, personable. We really liked all the employees we met at reception, in the restaurant and cafe, and cleaning staff. Everyone was very friendly and hard-working. Thank you! The Russian guests were generally rude in the breakfast area. But that is something we are used to. The Chinese guests are oblivious to anyone else, and the kids are annoying, but we know what to do.

• Christian (8/5): A great stay in the countryside. - The resort has a very nice location, the villas are spacious and to have an own pool is always great to. Good cocktails and yummy food in the hotel restaurant. The staff was friendly and tried their very best, but we had the feeling, there were too less people hired and the management was not able to coordinate everything in a proper manner. Especially when there was a big wedding celebration at the hotel. Long waiting times in the restaurant and some guests complaining wouldn’t be necessary.

Cena Nějaká ta špína tam byla. V kuchyni bylo nádobí, ale bohužel chyběla mikrovlnka a cokoliv jiného na přípravu jídla. Bazén pouze 1,3m.

Вартість була по чорній п'ятниці, ми тут зупинились з віллою басейном, він був прохолодний, але було дуже просторо , гарна територія, на вечерю пішли в ресторан, не високі ціни і смачно, рекомендую. Сніданок з вибором і готують окрім шведської лінії по меню і з вибору , дуже дбайливо. Тут треба бути . Навіть відкрита вінна кімнати, вона із сіткою, тобто комах не буде . Все продумано
• Daniel (8/5): Resort sehr schön mit personellem Negativtouch - Die Anlage und die Ruhe ist wirklich sehr gut und man kann sich erholen oder auch verschiedene Aktivitäten unternehmen. Die Villen sind sehr schön und haben alles was man benötigt. DIe Speisen und Getränke waren sehr schön und gut hergerichtet und wurden auch herzlich mit dem Servicepersonal gebracht. Das Restaurant war am Abend geschlossen und wird scheinbar nur für das Frühstück geöffnet. Dagegen konnte man im kleinen Restaurant beim Pool speisen. Leider war dies ein komplettes Fiasko. Der Staff konnte die vielen Leute nicht bedienen. Die Bestellungen wurden erst nach langer Wartezeit aufgenommen, Die Getränke kamen fast nach den Bestellungen welche ca 1 1/2 Stunden nach der Bestellung geliefert wurden. Die Küche war komplett überfordert, wahrscheinlich zu wenig Personal. Der Staff war unkoordiniert und hilflos. Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut und auch schön hergerichtet, jedoch schon zu kalt. Die Preise waren ok. Der Staff an der Reception war eher unmotiviert und auch nicht professionell unterwegs. Schade, ein derartiges Resort bedarf einer besseren Service und Staff Personal. Nichts desto trotz finde ich es wunderschön.
• Cristy (8/5): An incredibly beautiful location, isolated so be prepared. It is so calm and peaceful which was just what we needed. Jus - The absolute beauty of this location is breathtaking. The restaurant staff have no English and the wait times in are over an hour long, it took 45 mins for 2 juice and there were only 3 tables of people. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned as it was 3pm in the afternoon and still not done, even with the 'please make up my room sign'. It is advertised that there are daily 2-3 hour tours on the bicycle, we were told to arrive at 3pm the next day, we did and then told the don't do tours and we had to ride ourselves. Tried to book sound healing in the cave, told that is not happening as advertised. Every time we went to reception we were asked if we wanted to make a reservation, we explained we were already guests.
• Eric (7/5): Die Bilder lassen mehr erwarten als man erhält - Die Anlage an sich ist wahnsinnig schön. Wie eine Art Resort im Dschungel. Zumindest kommt das Gefühl ein wenig auf. Ruhige Lage. Sehr für Familien geeignet. Rs gibt ein extta Spielzimmmer für Kinder. Wir hatten ein Häuschen mit einem privaten kleinen Pool, was toll war. Dazu gab es eine Art Poolhaus, wo wir uns aufgehalten hatten. Der Fitnessraum war zu empfehlen, gute Ausstattung. Der Service und das Verstehen des Services in Bezug auf deren Englisch war öfter problematisch. Die Anlage wirkt auf den ersten Blick toll, aber bereits der zweite Blick wirft Fragen auf. Kaputte Fugen und Fliesen. Unser Sofa war sehr offensichtlich kaputt. An einem Tag kam eine Kakerlake heraus und man hatte von da an ein unangenehmes Gefühl dort zu verweilen. Im Dach muss irgendwas gelebt haben, dann fast jede Nacht kamen von da Geräusche, die nicht zu überhören waren. Im Bad gab es unangenehme Gerüche bei der Dusche. Das Essen bei Restaurant hat lange gedauert, man erhielt es nicht zusammen, sondern jeder musste warten. Die Preise haben teilweise an europäische Verhältnisse erinnert. Teilweise gab es Gegenstände, wie zum Beispiel Tischkicker, die so defekt waren, dass man sie hätte austauschen müssen bzw neu anschaffen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einseitig.

• Hans Ebeling (9/5): Nice pool villa in a large private estate surrounded by lakes. - Location is very nice, in big private grounds. albeit a bit isolated from restaurants / shops etc. but we knew that when we booked. It's well located to explore the Phang Nag region. The Pool Villa was very spacious, as were the lounge and bathroom. Nice clean private pool, many Airco's. TV worked well. Breakfast was good, especially the eggs tasted very nice. Ample car parking space close to the pool villa. The villa and general feel of the place looked a bit tired. Especially the villa outside walls looked in bad need of a lick of paint. The garden around the pool looked sparse and a bit untidy. There was no microwave but 2 fridges (one in kitchen and one in bedroom..., why there is no microwave in the kitchen) Sparsely equipped with cutlery etc. The apartment had a bit of an empty feel, not very cozy but all very functional. The check out was slow and clumsy, could improver there.
• Udarie (10/5): A hidden gem 💎 - Absolutely everything. This place is a hidden gem i almost dont want to share how amazing it is. For the price you are paying the abundance of space you get to yourself is incredible. Definitely recommend hiring a car or a motorcycle if you are staying here. There are so many local things to explore. We did a bike tour exploring thw village and waterfalls as well as a meditation session which was great. Buffet was simple but enough. Real hidden gem in the outback. Staff do lack English as a lot of the locals stay here. The grounds are beautifully kept. We would love to go back here again. There is nothing around the resort so unless you drive or hire a car things are a bit far. There is one restaurant outside near the gate which make really good food, apart from that not much around.

The cafe/restaurant was chaotic. No one seemed to know who had ordered what & ensued in customers getting cold food. The breakfast was great though.

• Régis (9/5): Lieu magique au milieu de la verdure - Superbe habitation,, la villa était immense avec deux grands appartements, très grande douche, super lit. La piscine privative avec deux transats. Le lieu est juste incroyable. La vue est grandiose. Petit déjeuner très appréciable, du choix, un peu tiède ou froid par instant. La nourriture au restaurant est très correcte et savoureuse. La végétation est juste impressionnante. Il semblerait que l'hôtel a effectué des petits travaux par rapport à d'anciens commentaires. Ménage effectué tous les jours. Le check-in était tres froid, alors qu'habituellement en Thaïlande l'accueil est plus chaleureux. Attention au restaurant, nous n'avons jamais eu de soucis, car nous étions deux, mais très souvent il y avait des dysfonctionnements pour les tables à partir de 3 personnes. Très mauvaise organisation. Dommage que les activités principales ne soient que le samedi dimanche, nous y étions en semaine.
