• Lina (4/5): - Ich war mit meiner Mama 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Im ersten Zimmer war eine Karkalake und erotische Bilder hangen über dem Bett… anschließend haben wir ein anderes bekommen welchen in Ordnung war. Personal war nett und Lage gut. Frühstück hätte mehr Auswahl sein können. Ich würde das Hotel aber am Ende nicht weiter empfehlen.

• Fiona (10/5): Quiet, comfortable with very good service. - Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of hot, cold, sweet & savoury food. Room was basic but clean and cleaned/clean bedding & towels daily. Room had air conditioning which was much needed in August as it was very hot! Reception staff very helpful with all requests. Hotel was full but pool area quiet and plenty of sun loungers available. Lovely bar with good selection of drinks at good prices. Hotel is located only a couple of minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. There is a fantastic small beach, with plenty of trees to provide natural shade, just a 10 minute walk to the left at the bottom of the hill, along the main road 🙂
• Grant (6/5): Underwhelming - Great Location, hotel needs a freshen up.My room was very dated and as on on ground floor near reception and bar was very noisy. IMO nothing Boutique about this hotel. The staff and service was friendly and attentive & the breakfast was good. The hotel has the feel of a budget hotel though.

• Bryn (8/5): A little tired - Staff friendly, hotel run down a bit (old) clenung could do with a little mote effort and new carpets as the ones around hotel very worn. At night the steps to our room was fimly lit, had to use light on phone to safely go down to our room. BUT having said said all that, pool area nice, bar was not expencive, breakfast was nice, so it had a lot of good points. Would i stay again? For the price and closeness to the beach and town YES i would, had a fantastic time in Santa ponsa and the hotel didnt spoil it in any way

Nice pool bar which was open during the day....small pool but big enough for the hotel with plenty of beds. Breakfast very good and fresh. With plenty of choice...and a nice selection of fresh fruit. Room was very nice. It was cleaned everyday. And has a large tv and modern bathroom. And brilliant air conditioning. The hotel is not suitable for someone with walking difficulties as it is on a hill and There are lots of steps in the hotel [no lift] Very good hotel with excellent staff well worth the money One draw back the carpet in the halls and stairs need changing ...but everything else Is good

Breakfast was nice too The room had a weird smell, the shower glass was very dirty and the bathroom was small , the rooms don’t have a fridge which is very annoying considering that is a destination for holidays and the bar in the hotel is always closed.
• Mollie (6/5): - The outside pool and loungers were lovely- and the bar was stocked and easy to get drinks from. Breakfast was nice, with some basics repeating daily, but most things being different most days. Some hot food, yoghurts, pastries etc. We stayed for a week, and didn't get the bedsheets changed by cleaning at all, which would have been nice. We put towels in the shower to try get new ones and did indeed which was good. The room we had was basic but clean and nice enough- wardrobe and hair dryer (though I probably would bring my own if I came again). Nice area, with a close ATM, little shops, food and the beach within 5 min walking distance. Restaurants around were nice, and easy enough to get a bus. They have a luggage storage for your last day, and even have a shower and let you borrow towels if you needed (and had checked out your room) Overall, nice.

Only downside was that the bar closed at 6, the cocktails were lovely and it would have been wonderful to have a few drinks before going out in the evening.

I’d only say the door in our room was slightly damaged so hard to open at times and the air con wasn’t working only letting out a little bit of air. I also think you should have a fridge and kettle in the room because the bar upstairs closed at 7 and you couldn’t get a drink after. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

• Claire (6/5): Could be better with a little attention to detail - The hotel is dated but very clean. Our beds were very comfortable. It went down hill from the 2nd day unfortunately. We booked till Sunday but our 2nd day there we were advised hotel was closing on Friday. We weren’t the only people whose booking they had accepted knowing they were closing for the season. We had to move out, they booked us into a 4* hotel in town. Much better, glad they did. Amazing in comparison. believe the comments about breakfast, it’s poor quality.
• Petra (8/5): - Wir waren für 1 Nacht in dem Hotel und dafür war es gut. Einen Parkplatz hatten wir fast vor der Tür, wir wurden nett empfangen und konnten das Zimmer schon etwas eher beziehen. Das Zimmer war sauber, einige Möbel jedoch schon etwas abgewohnt. Frühstück war ausreichend und sättigend.

• Brian (10/5): An oasis - Apologies for making a hasty response on arrival. The room is small but once you get over that, things start to look up. A very relaxed and beautiful setup. No shortage of space in the very clean communal dining/ bar/ chill/ pool areas. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff with a well priced bar snack menu. Cannot give enough praise. We’ve been to Santa Ponsa dozens of times and stayed in a lot of places. This one, for what it is is well up on my opinion.

• KASSANDRA (6/5): Pas terrible - Très déçu, hôtel 3 étoiles mais qui malheureusement ne les valent pas du tout. En effet l’hôtel et très bien situé, niveau géographie proche de la mer (10-15m) ainsi que des commerces et restaurant. Mais l’hôtel en lui même n’ai pas génial. Très bruyants, on entend tous ce qui ce passe. Une personne marche dans les escaliers, rentre dans une chambre ou parle dans les couloirs, on a l’impression qu’ils sont dans la chambre avec nous. Les lits ne sont pas super confortable. La télé ne fonctionne que sur les chaînes local pas de connexion internet ce qui est très dommage. 2 prises électriques dans toutes la chambre pas très normal (au milieu du lit et dans la salle de bain). Le petit déjeuné est complet, mais pas non plus extraordinaire, les viennoiseries on l’impression d’être de la veille. Petit déjeuner jusqu’à 10h mais à 10h ils ont déjà commencer à ranger, très dommage. Le seul point fort la piscine, et le personnel qui sont sympathiques et accueillant. Par contre si vous louer une voiture vous risquez de tourner un moment pour trouver une place, car aucun parking de prévu pour l’hôtel.
• Jessica (6/5): Behov av renovering. - Trevligt poolområde. Väldigt lyhört i rummen och hela hotellet är i stort behov av renovering samt byta ut möbler. Frukost ok. Läget bra, nära stranden.
• Robert (8/5): - The hotel is in a decent location in Santa Ponca. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other shops. Street parking can be tough by the hotel but there are streets nearby that can be parked at. Be prepared to park and walk during peak season though! The breakfast was decent with sufficient variety. The one downside was the room which had a mouldy odour and evident mould growing near the air conditioning vent.

• Joel (8/5): Utmärkt hotell - Väldigt mysigt, charmigt hotell som ligger bra till i Santa Ponça. Servicen är utmärkt och det finns väldigt få saker att klaga på. Om hotellet vill göra någon form av förbättring och som jag personligen vill ha för det priset man betalar för. Det är en liten minikyl på rummet och bättre kvalité på matvarorna på frukosten. Utöver det skulle jag ge hotellet en stark 7,5/10.

Frukosten var bra men inte så mycket mer, poolområdet var utmärkt, nära till baren och fanns alltid lediga solstolar och dessutom en fantastisk utsikt Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell
• Anne (10/5): Anbefales - Da jeg ankom fikl jeg et lite rom som ikke var særlig innbydende. Da jeg tok på aircondition så gikk hele strømmen på rommet og aircondition røk. Men takk og pris for en fantastisk hyggelig og service innstilt Kamil som jobber i resepsjonen, fikk jeg et nytt og kjempe fint rom under hele oppholdet! Super hyggelig betjening, rene rom og meget rolig Hotel i gåavstand til alt. Bussen til og fra flyplassen er A11 og busstoppet er bare 10 minutters gange fra hotellet. Frokosten er også bra med en kjempe fin utsikt og terasse man kam spise ute. Så oppholdet mitt var veldig bra for å være en 3 stjernes Hotel. Igjen tusen takk til beste Kamil i resepsjonen som gjorde oppholdet mitt magisk :-))kr

• Colin (10/5): A brilliant stay from Bishop Auckland couple - We had an excellent stay having been delayed and the 24hour reception available here really helps. Having no lift is an issue but the guy on reception took our cases to our room … and the manager Georgina arranged for them to be collected when we left. The place is spotless with everyday service. You have to go prepared with a multiple adaptor plug as sockets are at a premium. The aircon is good and the shower acceptable. Breakfast is plentiful and there was a good choice of fruit. As is often the case in Spain 🇪🇸 the bacon was underdone. 8/10 though . The pool area is 5* and the bar service there to 6pm excellent. Recent price reviews give you very realistic drink rates and we could always get a sun bed. Towels are free although a €10 deposit per person is required. The manager Georgina is a very positive person and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Kort vei til strand.
• Trond (10/5): Fin plass - Vi var veldig fornøyde. Hyggelige mennesker og bra frokost. Vi syntes rengjøringen var veldig bra der. Syntes hotel og beliggenhet var helt perfekt. En ulempe var når vi kom så havnet vi i 7 etg og det er ikke heis på hotellet. Så er dere litt eldre som drar så prøv få plass i 4 eller 5 etg Vi fikk byttet uten noe problem

• Christophe (10/5): - Hôtel bien situé à proximité d’un parking public gratuit et des arrêts de bus pour Palma. Nombreux restaurants alentours. Très bien.
• Uros (10/5): Nice hotel close to the beach. - Clean and big room. Shower cabin was tiny so it was difficult to shower or move in/out, and I'm not even a big person. Had big balcony with 2 chairs, table and 2 deckchairs. Balcony was very big and had even view of the beach and sea. There was also a swimming pool (big and small) that we didn't use but it looked clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good, every day slightly different. Got bored of music during breakfast, every day same music was playing. It started before 8AM so it was a bit noisy in the morning. It took 3-4 minutes walking to the beach, and there is a lot of shops and restaurants around hotel. There is a lot of free parking spaces 200-300m away from hotel, few streets actually (closest was C/ Gran Via Puig de Randa), so it was possible to find parking less than 5min walking from hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Décevant - Un hôtel qui porte très mal son nom. L'insonorisation des chambres est plus que médiocre, ce qui fait que nous entendions toute la vie des voisins: voix, passages aux toilettes, vie intime, bruit de porte à toutes heures de la nuit. La chambre en elle-même était passable, rideaux, sales et troués, linge de bain également, sèche-cheveux casse, et la douche : douche bouchée, ce qui fait que nous pataugions dans l'eau qui débordait dans la salle de bain. Et d'une saleté... La serrure de la porte d'entrée était également un enfer. Il est également dommage de ne pas avoir ne serait-ce qu'un petit frigo dans la chambre, ( de nombreux hôtels proposent ce service pour un prix de chambre moindre) même si la climatisation fonctionnelle était appréciable. Les seuls points positifs de cet hôtel auront été le petit déjeuner varié, et surtout le personnel à l'accueil qui était vraiment parfait et accueillant ! Remerciement aussi à la jeune femme à la queue de cheval blonde qui ramassait les assiettes au petit déjeuner d'une gentillesse et politesse appréciable.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - not the hotel’s fault. - I didn’t feel confident in the hotel, not because of the lovely staff, but the clientele made me uncomfortable as I sat by the pool. Bad language, shouted conversations across the quite small pool area mostly about football, and people emitting clouds of vape caused us to abandon the pool, and ultimately decide to move on to another hotel, so we lost the cost of two nights accommodation. I have no idea what the hotel could do about this - maybe we were just unlucky.
• Michael (10/5): Great Hotel and Excellent Staff - Great location with easy access to beach, restaurants, shops and buses. Good choice of inside and outside seating areas and great views. Thanks to all the staff who were outstanding They were friendly, polite and very helpful especially in response to an injury requiring medical attention.
• John (8/5): - Returned to Bon Repos again for 8th visit now and all as usual and would recommend. Only thing is I like a swim before breakfast and on this visit pool was not open at 08:30 and did not appear to be open until a “lifeguard” turned up some time later when I was going out for the day circa 11:00 - not great needs sorting but everything else ok

• John (8/5): - Staff at Bon Repos very welcoming and helpful. Standard buffet breakfast with everything you need to start your day. Comfortable rooms would recommend with balcony as standard have uninspiring view of road outside although that is very quiet apart from rubbish collection day.
• melanie (8/5): - We gave used bon repos before but we had a room looking over the street no balcony .i found you couldn't try your towels etc a bit awkward ,lack of sun also ,couldnt sit out .next time i will ask for a room overlooking the pool .otherwise it was fine
• Michael (8/5): Wonderful hotel in Santa Ponsa - Great hotel in a fantastic position for beach, restaurants, shops etc. Staff were brilliant - always a smile, a greeting and so helpful. Good breakfast and able to eat on the terrace overlooking the surrounding hills and beach. Plenty of sunbeds around the small pool and during our stay no dreaded towels reserving beds at sillyo'clock! Only minor problem we encountered was that the sun did not reach our balcony so difficult to dry towels and swim wear.

• Annabelle (10/5): Very happy - Beautiful quirky hotel. Beautiful pool area . Staff and service amazing. Enough to choose from for breakfast. Rooms basically furnished but sufficient. Would advise to book a room with a balcony. Lovely views. Would recommend and definitely book again without doubt

It is a smaller hotel in an excellent location - just a couple of minutes from the beach and bars, restaurants, shops etc. The pool and grounds are very nice. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of nice, fresh options. The room had a nice view (garden and sea). It was quite basic but very clean and comfortable. For the price, we were very happy.
