Enkel men fullt tillräcklig och god frukost. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, familjärt. Tågstationen tvärs över gatan så man enkelt tar sig till t ex flygplatsen. Flera härliga restauranger i närområdet. Har haft några underbara dagar i Rom.

Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt, und entlang der Via Gregorio VII finden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein kleiner Markt. Der Petersdom ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und der Bus auf der Gregorio VII verbindet die Unterkunft mit verschiedenen Zielen im Stadtzentrum.

Eccezionale l'accoglienza ed il supporto costante da parte dei gestori, presenza discreta e non ingombrante pronta a rispondere ad ogni necessità, decisamente oltre le aspettative per essere un B&B Non avevo la tv in camera e, anche se ci siamo stati poco, avrebbe fatto comodo anche solo per un aggiornamento sulle ultime notizie senza dover forzatamente utilizzare smartphone e pc. Ci tengo comunque a sottolineare che questo dettaglio non sposta di una virgola la mia valutazione della struttura che resta ottima, ben gestita e con una posizione perfetta.

Tt d’abord ce n’est pas un hôtel c’est un Airbnb vétuste . Il ne mérite en aucun cas la note 9 c’est certain . Douche vétuste qui ne ferme pas, pas de rangement, pas d armoire un balcon occupé par un immense étendage !!! Le chauffe eau à une capacité de chauffe très limitée … je n’ai pas pu me laver les cheveux Un ascenseur très vétuste et un petit déjeuner que nous devions préparer … et dejeuner sur une mini table !! Tout cela n’est pas sérieux la proprietaire devrait cesser d «  arnaquer »les clients . Nous avons l’habitude de voyager avec booking et nous avons été très déçus

The B&B is very close to Vatican, Restaurants, Bus station, train station, taxi... on foot, you can go to St Peter Place in 5-7MIn, good restaurants in 3 Min. Definitely a great place to stay and recommend! nothing to complain! Gabriele is the best person to ask when you need something.

La chambre est très jolie, confortable et propre. C'était un lit double et surtout la clim qui est le plus important ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux et on peut se resservir à volonté. Les hôtes sont très charmants et nous avons eu des attentions en partant. On recommande ce logement ! 👍 Rien ! Tout est parfait 👍
• Mockler (8/5): Fantastic location with well-appointed amenities and a very gracious and accommodating host. - The breakfast consisted of packaged cakes and croissants which were not very tasty. The host did leave some smallgoods and other stocked items in the kitchen which were handy. The host, Gabriele was an exceptional human being and went out of his way to help us including walking us to the railway station across the road and carrying my bags. He was genuinely caring and considerate. The cleaners moved our luggage and clothes. There were a lot of instructional notes, citing house rules.

The walkthrough of the bnb and the way our bags were organized by the time our room was ready was super helpful. The accommodation was walking also distance from the Vatican which was convenient. We also appreciated the recommendations provided by the host and accessibility to contact for any questions. The accommodation was initially difficult to locate, but was quickly resolved after contacting the host.

• Ambientdays (6/5): Modest B&B near Vatican - The room is close to the train station and bus stop from which you can go to the city center and Roma Termini (about 40 min). The Vatican is very close (15 min walk). However, if you need the entrance to museums, you'd better choose another side of the Vatican for your stay (from the hotel you can go straight to the square and St.Peter's Basilica). The area is quiet and safe. The cleaning lady comes every day to clean the room and the apartment.u The apartment has 3 rooms with a shared kitchen and a dining room. It's best for students or a short-term stay with friends (self-service kitchen, small variety of food but you can buy your own food and put it in the fridge (just like in a dormitory :) There is a water boiler in the bathroom, so you need to shower very quickly (less than 10 min), otherwise, hot water is gone. Not a good option if there is a company of friends or family. The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors very well. Would be nice to have an iron and disposable slippers.

• Marcelo (9/5): Awesome price for what it offers. - It's a very well equipped place, with clear rules and a good management. Clean rooms, a rather basic but decent breakfast. Easy communication with the host, well located, especially if the Vatican is a priority in your trip. It's not uncommon in Europe, but the two single beds side by side can be awkward to sleep on, if you are travelling with someone you don't usually sleep close. The trash bin in the toilet could have had a lid instead of being an open one.

• Greice (10/5): Absolutely adorable, must-stay bed and breakfast - Almost everything! The staff were great - Marco, Lucrezia, and especially Antonella! They were all so helpful and respectful and each went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The morning breakfast was simple and amazing. The room was EXTREMELY CLEAN and nice, with ample space for our luggage. Antonella was EXCELLENT at cleaning and restocking and extremely helpful with discovering Rome. The beds were comfortable, and basically everything was amazing. It was also incredibly close to the Vatican and within walking distance to great restaurants, which the staff recommended, and the city center of Rome. Super cute and accessible! The only complaint we had was the shower, which due to practical reasons could not generate enough hot water for consecutive hot showers for three people. You have to wait a bit for the water to heat up. Besides this small detail, everything was amazing!

• Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - We weren't quite sure what to expect with a property located right next to a train station, but it turned out to be an unexpected delight! The space was comfortable, enjoyable, and friendly, making us feel right at home. The self-serve kitchen was a great feature, offering tea, cereal, and bread for toast, which made it easy for us to have breakfast before heading out for the day and snacks afterwards. Each room had a pitcher of milk, some cheese, and some hard-meat on a shelf for each room, adding to the convenience. Overall, a wonderful stay!

• Catherine (8/5): Perfect for a cosy weekend in Rome - Marco is a Lovely host, so helpful & communicative prior to our arrival & there after. Location is ideal for the Vatican, 5 minute walk & also a lovely scenic walk into the other main attractions only about 40 minutes.
• Anna (8/5): Very good - Really cute place and great location for getting to the Vatican and all the other sights! The apartment was cleaned each day and everyone I interacted with were delightful. My only complaint is that the room was advertised as non-smoking, however, guests were allowed to smoke on the shared balcony which meant that smoke entered the room. The cleaners also smoked inside while cleaning the apartment. Might not be a deal-breaker for everyone, but had I known ahead of time it would have been a deal-breaker for me!

Good breakfast, friendly owner and personal. We couldn't use kitchen to cook hot food for dinner. Wasn't problem for us, but it could be challenging for families.

Made it difficult if you had a down day and wanted to enjoy coffee on terrace. I would prefer a coupon for breakfast at local cafe. There were breakfast items and other snacks available but breakfast items pre packaged items that said there was yogurt and snacks just a preference

Within walking distance from the Vatican and located near authentic Rome bistros, of which the locals are very welcoming! This B&B is ultra clean, a nice setup and the host “Marco” very nice and helpful! Definitely will return when in Rome again!
• Dennis (1/5): Very Disappointing ( My was put in Harms Way ) - Location was Good, Vatican close, train station close. The bathroom has Bad MOLD. Health warnings!!! Lucky I found it in time. And I had the proper medicine. The scary part is the lack of owners concern.
• Alex (10/5): Very well - Good location, near the train station. The journey from Fiumicino Airport takes around 50 minutes. When you get off the train, take the platform between lines three and four to the passage and exit on the left, right in front of the property. There are bus stops nearby, from where you can reach the metro and other areas in a few minutes. San Pietro square can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels are changed once every three days. The rooms are on the first floor. Breakfast is fine. It is a very good location as a starting point for Rome attractions, especially for a City Break.

• Amit (9/5): We had an amazing time! We totally recommend this place. - Marco was wonderful and friendly. He helped us with everything we needed. The room was big and clean mostly. Location is great - it's a sub 10 minute walk from the Vatican, and close to a train station and a bus station. It's a bit far from the city center but totally worth it. We felt welcome. My blanket was a bit small, but when I asked Marco for a replacement I got one immediately. We really liked this place and we recommend it to others! Everything was great! Nothing bad really. One of the towels was dirty, but that's a bit unfair of me to say because I didn't inform the host about it. I'm sure that if I had, he would've replaced it immediately.

Air conditioning for our room was wonderful. Marco is welcoming and friendly, offers a list of places to eat and help with reservations if desired. There are snacks, espresso offered. This B&B is a great value.

Breakfast was abundant with many options and great coffee. n/a. Everything worked out really well. The host was very nice and gave us tips for restaurants in the neighborhood and in other ones as well.
• Pat (8/5): My stay in Roma - It was quiet and clean. The bathroom had wear and tare but was clean. It had an air conditioner, which was greatly appreciated. It was a little out of the way. There are too many frills on the surfaces.

Thank you! :) We had a room with a balcony where we spent wonderful moments in the evenings... Very good location - we could see the dome of St Peter's Cathedral through our window. Close to the train station, good bus connections. It was great!!! We don't have anything negative to say.

• Irena (10/5): Top location and top host! - Top location near Vatican, easy to reach by train and city bus. For breakfast toast, sugary breakfast items, salami, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee, tea, milk. Marco was very helpful! He waited for us and gave us suggestions on where to eat. The cleaning lady in doing her job perfectly!
