Camera pulita e accogliente colazione ok. La stanza secondo me si presenta un po' datata. Non problemi reali ma i dettagli che tradiscono la necessità di un ammodernamento. Il costo di una camera nel centro Roma, in effetti è alto per tutte le strutture. E in effetti, in pochi passi arrivi a Fontana di Trevi o a Piazza di Spagna. Difficile definire quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ventilação e iluminação natural do quarto, durante o dia. Lençóis ótimos Toalhas ótimas , trocadas todos os dias. O tamanho do quarto Falta de xícaras e pires. Café da manhã só com copos descartáveis . Falta de persiana para escurecer o quarto. Lâmpadas escuras/ fracas,( a noite). Falta de portaria 24hs.

- Zita (7/5): - Patogu pasiekti visus lankytinus objektus, pusryčiai geri. Atvykę anksčiau galėjome palikti savo kuprines, taip pat ir išsiregistravus. Personalas malonus. Keliavome 6 asmenų kompanija ir buvome užsakę 2 sujungtus kambarius, tačiau gavome 2 atskirus kambarius. Tai nebuvo problema, tačiau norisi gauti ką užsakei arba būti informuotiems iš anksto.

- V1294BOashleyb (2/5): They cancelled my reservation made months ago - Booked this hotel months ago, Sept 2024. Woke up today and the hotel decided to cancel it 20 days before my trip! They didnt try to contact me, email Me —- Nothing! They over booked apparently and Expedia did nothing to support me on their end. So here I am scrambling trying to find a place to stay for myself and family. Please think twice before booking this hotel. Horrific, I wouldnt suggest anyone stays here.

- Luisa (7/5): Inizio anno a Roma - La struttura è in un'ottima posizione, vicino ad una rimessa per automobili, alla fontana di Trevi, a Piazza di Spagna e alla metropolitana. Non posso valutare la stanza che avevo prenotato con booking, che prevedeva dimensioni generose, perché ho richiesto una modifica, chiedendo una stanza che affacciasse sul cortile interno invece che verso la strada. La stanza che mi è stata data era una da 2 persone adattata per 3 letti, quindi un po' piccola, ma molto silenziosa. La colazione era semplice ma completa (con dolce e salato). La muffa nelle pareti del bagno. Per toglierla ci vorrebbe veramente poco.

- Stéphane (5/5): Bon emplacement mais hôtel vieillissant et mal organisé - emplacement parfait pour visiter Rome l'état de la salle de bains (moisissure, joints de carrelage sales) l'insonorisation inexistante entre les chambres (et une femme qui hurlait et insultait dans sa chambre sans aucune intervention du personnel présent...), les clients qui fumaient dans le couloir d'accès aux chambres, la chambre au RDC et le petit déjeuner au troisième (en passant par l'entrée froide), pour arriver dans une salle de petit déjeuner très froide !

- Mrdanedwards (9/5): Great hotel, at a great price in a really central part of town - Breakfast was served on the same floor as us, from 0630 until 1000 and offered a selection of meats, cheeses, yoghurt and some pastry and bread options. Drinks included coffee, tea and various juices. Although the available breakfast was varied, there were no hot options available.
- michellepY6371IT (10/5): Great stay in the heart of Rome’s city centre - ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay in the heart of Rome I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location couldn’t be better — right in the center of Rome, within walking distance of most of the main attractions, cafes, great restaurants and public transport. The staff were friendly, polite and exceptionally helpful, always ready to give directions or recommend places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, and very spacious, perfectly fine for a short city stay. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did an excellent job each day. It’s not a luxury hotel, in my opinion it definitely exceeds its 3 star rating. it offers great value and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again for another city break in Rome.

Das Frühstück war miserabel. Am zweiten Tag, haben wir uns nur noch ein Kaffee mit auf das Zimmer genommen . Unser Zimmer hatte kein Tageslichtfenster, nur ein Fenster zum Hausflur.
- 693diegoc (10/5): SHOCKED (in a good way) - After reading some of the mixed reviews on this place, we was a bit on the fence on what we will perceive of it! BUT... This place was incredible, very friendly italian lady on reception who took us to our room in next building 2 doors down and we when we got there was SHOCKED it was huge, a whole apartment to ourselves, room 20 at king suites btw... it had space for a fanily of 4 with ease... 4 beds, massive bathroom. Fridge freezer iron cooker gas rings lamps 2 40+" tvs xbox.. Internet in the whole apartment. A balcony although a little narrow still a view to have your coffee every morning and chance to take in the italian life of a busy city like roma! A short distance from trevi fountain and spanish steps. And a 15 minute walking from piaza navona. If you want to see more on our trip including the video of the king suites. Hotel suggestions, transfers, etc. This hotel was situated in a very central part of many attractions. Beds were clean and comfy but bathroom shower could have been scrubbed and cleaned much better. Overall nice safe place to stay! Breakfast just Ok.

- Serena (5/5): mi aspettavo di meglio dato il costo e la posizione - la disponibilità della reception e del personale colazione, davvero tutti carini e gentili, ci hanno anche offerto la colazione. la stanza in generale, si vedeva che il mobilio e la carta da parati andavano rinnovati così come il letto al di sotto del quale poggiatola terra vi era un altro materasso. per non parlare delle rifiniture del bagno, un pannello del soffitto stava per crollarmi in testa mentre facevo il bidet e in seguito è caduto chiudendo la porta. le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio perché non ho chiuso occhio a causa dei vicini di camera. il tutto sarebbe stato accettabilissimo se avessimo pagato meno ma a quel prezzo ci sono strutture nella stessa zona di gran lunga superiori.

- Carlos (6/5): A noisy place - The location is good. The place is ok for a short trip. Nothing spectacular. The place is simple, the room is just an average, which I consider expensive. The issue is the noise during the night. If you have a light sleep you will hear all noises from other clients the whole night. In my case that included people screaming, rolling bags, people talking and along etc. That's something the owner can't fix.
- clairewS1658TS (10/5): Great long weekend break - Great apartments, comfortable and clean, lady who worked on our section (floor) of the apartment block was very helpful and kept our room clean everyday, fresh towels every day, also helped me make the perfect coffee each morning in the breakfast room as i struggled to use the coffee machine but she was always there to help, breakfast ok limited selection on our floor, each floor as its own breakfast room, the other floors had more options, all staff were polite and helpful, Best location everything in walking distance, great experience first time in Italy, be aware of services charges when eating and drinking out.

Great location for heading out to different attractions each day, used phone sat nav. Room was spacious, clean with everything you need. Beds/mattress comfortable we was on floor 2, I’d recommend using the lift lots of walking, steps and hills service charges are steep too when eating/drinking out, there are places that don’t charge for them. Overall it was a great 5 days in the city!

A very big thank you to the kind employee who helped carr my luggage The only challenge I had was that the lighting is great in the rooms. Room spacious and has a work desk, closet and large bathroom. Would recommend some more toiletries. A gentleman in the breakfast area was very attentive. Perhaps he should train the others. Not for people with mobility issues
- joellen332 (4/5): this is not a 4* hotel - the hotel is in a very good location as it’s a walkable distance from almost every touristic attraction. However this is not a 4* hotel, it’s more like a 2.5* ( maybe 3 * because of the location). It’s very basic. The bed is horrible to sleep on and the pillows are so flat. The walls are so thin . The water is on timer which means you can’t even use the shower for more than 5 mins without the water going cold. and then you have to wait for another 5-10 mins until it gets warm to use. The shower handle was broken lol. The fridge doesn’t work and they don’t even give water bottles in the room or in the hotel, the hair dryer is barely functioning as it’s really old. There was no shampoo and conditioner available. The cleaners don’t even clean properly just changes the towels and give you bunch of shower gels . Now if you get breakfast don’t expect anything fancy. The breakfast is decent enough but the coffee machine is difficult to use unless you’re a barrista. The breakfast staff are useless apart from the young men who are the only ones who actually work and are helpful. And don’t get me started on the lift , it’s such an old lift that you must close all doors for it to work but if someone gets off and forgets to shut the doors then the lifts stay stuck on whatever level they were on.

- Philipp (3/5): Gute Lage schlechtes Zimmer - Die Lage Die Apartments haben lediglich eine dünne Zwischentür dazwischen. Man hört jedes Wort von dem anderen Zimmer. Bei uns haben die Nachbarn gesungen bis spät gesungen und laut ferngesehen. Sehr klein, Zusatzbett vor der Schlafzimmertür. Der uralte Lift ist oft defekt. Nicht zu empfehlen.

- 825hayleyj (8/5): Excellent location - 4 of us stayed in one room, budget friendly hotel for 3 generations to go on holiday together. The location is excellent for all sight seeing. The rooms are clean and ideal for a place to lay your head. No frills but the air con is very welcome. Don’t think much of the breakfast as it is mostly all sweet options, I would have appreciated some fruit and a quicker toaster, but the staff have been friendly and the little restaurant outside the hotel are really friendly and does lovely food.

- KarenBat1980 (4/5): Let down at the end by “lost” property - This hotel is very central. Trevi is so close by and everything is walkable. The staff were always lovely, the rooms were clean and tidy and toiletries were provided. There is a kettle and fridge in each room. Breakfast is continental, not manned by staff so you just help yourself. It was fine and on the same floor as our rooms. If I booked Rome again I would prefer the hotel to have a roof terrace or somewhere you could sit with family and chat - the rooms were full of beds, you tripped over getting to the wardrobe. There was one chair for 3 people in each room. I actually was going to leave a better review for the hotel until the end. My daughter left a custom made leather jacket in the wardrobe on the last day, after we had put our belongings in the storage room. We realised and went back to ask. The man at the desk confirmed that it had been found but the staff member had left for the day therefore they would send it on to our address in England. On arriving home and chasing, we had an email saying it was thrown away! They apologised and asked how they could reimburse me, when I replied with the price I did not hear back. All I can assume is that someone in Italy now has a lovely custom jacket paid for by my uni student daughter! Just be careful if booking here. We plan to come back and would have recommended it here to others for short stays, but unfortunately now we would recommend avoiding.
