• Barkan (1/5): Do not spend one cent to this hotel. - I like the coffee machine on the ground floor. Because it is a kiosk-like machine which means -here comes the best part- you do not need to communicate the front-desk manager to use that. Front-desk manager. She seems like she hates the very basics of her job like giving auxiliary key when you forget your key in the room. She can manage to be very grumpy even while doing that. No, she did not even stand off her chair while doing that :) Moreover, she thinks she is above the rules of the hotel, for real. Once, she warned me to turn off my speakers while speaking in the lobby, which I should say, there is nothing bad about it. It may be the rule of the hotel (although no one was present at the time but anyway) Then the day after that, while she was doing the exact same thing, I reminded her warning to me and asked if she was above the rules. She said "yes I am the manager of the hotel, rules don't apply to me" in a very aggressive and rude manner. Really. She said that. What a pity, for herself and for the hotel. If owners do not want to bankrupt the hotel, they should not let this woman work in this hotel even one more minute.

• Imre (6/5): Összességében jó az értékelés, szuper reggeli, a szoba kicsit csalódás. - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, szuper jó reggeli A szoba sajnos szűkös és kicsi volt, nem olyan mint a képeken. Volt egy jellegzetes szag, ami kellemetlen volt. Talán a fertőtlenítő-tisztítószer...Az ágy kényelmes volt.

• kay (5/5): It was the smell more than anything, we could put up with the pillows and broken coffee machine, co - Pillows, awful strong smell, we kept door open all night to air room, smelled perhaps a cleaning product, like they were trying to cover up smell. Broken coffee maker, no hair dryer had to go get one. I stayed there a year ago and was satisfied, they said this room was an upgrade, very disappointed.
• Miika (10/5): Felt like home! - Excellent service and I slept like a baby! I haven’t slept so good in years, on my travels. Even with a last minute booking, and I was so tired and maybe a bit grumpy in the evening, the reception felt like coming home. The hotel was silent, the beds were exceptional good, and I slept around the clock, which has not happened in years. There was nothing i didn’t like, i liked everything.

• Florin (10/5): Every time I visit the Netherlands I happily return to this location, for a perfect stay - Perfect location, very close to the airport and easy to get to in Amsterdam, located in a very quiet area The room is clean and well equipped, and also has a fridge. You get coffee and tea bags every day. Delicious breakfast, very rich and varied. Cleaning is done daily, the staff is very kind and eager to help, especially the manager, Aisha, who was helpful throughout the stay. nothing to complain

One downside was that when we went to get the towels, we found a drawer full of trash that hadn't been emptied during our stay. Overall, it was a good stay, but that's one area that could be improved

• Tiffany Valdez (4/5): - Location. This was a perfect distance between the noise of the city center and the airport The room smelled horrible. It smelled like mold and dirty cat litter. My friend and I told the staff and they simply said "open the window rooms are full" so we dealt with the horrible smell for two days. Also it was quite dirty. The carpet was sticky and quite nasty. The towels smelled like they were used. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

• Miller (8/5): I would stay again. - The beds could be comfortable for some people but not for others, but that's how beds go. They were a topper on a foundation-not a real mattress. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Our tv didn't work nor the safe. They said they would fix it the next day but did not. However they offered a change of rooms which was a good gesture.

• Gerhard (5/5): Wenn man nicht viel Zeit am Zimmer verbringt kann man es buchen. - Die Lage war für unsere Ausflüge optimal und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt und klein. Auch der Gesamtzustand der Einrichtung war schon recht schlecht. Könnte man einiges verbessern.
• Paszt (1/5): Nie skorzystałem z pobytu!! - Pokój nie spełniał najniższych standardów nie skorzystałem z noclegu ponieważ śmierdził chemia papierosami i w pościeli i na dywanie były zdechłe pluskwy wciąż nie otrzymałem zwrotu pieniędzy za nie skorzystania noc Obrzydliwy!!!

• Izabela (8/5): - Lokalizacja hotelu jako baza wypadowa na plus, nawet jeśli przylecisz samolotem ,miasteczko małe ale urocze. Plus pokoju jedynie że byla lodówka i ekspres ale bez szału.Powietrze super, wygodne łóżka! Holandia jako państwo piękna, zielona oraz kolorowa od kwiatów. Hotel z zewnątrz jak najbardziej wygląd ok, pokój na 1 rzut oka czysty ale jak sie przyjrzysz dokładnie to niestety do posprzatanych nie należy kurz na listwach , kontaktach ,umywalce w szafkach a nawet na muszli WC.Nie wspominając już o jakiś pozostawionych skarpetach po poprzednich gościach pod stołem. Nieprzyjemny zapach w szafkach(stechlizna) Śniadania monotonne bez wyrazu może na 2 dni podpytu ok ale jak je jesz 4 dzień to masz dość. Uważam ze cena do jakości i standardu hotelu jest za wysoka!!! Miałam odczucie jakby nikt tego pokoju przed naszym przyjazdem nie przygotował jak należy !!!
• Lilian (9/5): Heel fijn hotel. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie, ruime kamer en wij hebben heerlijk geslapen op - Ontbijt werd mooi gepresenteerd, voldoende keus en smakelijk. Even een probleempje met het koffiezetapparaat, maar ik werd meteen, ongevraagd, geholpen. Wij hadden geen opmerkingen og aanbevelingen.

Cleaners could have been a little more thorough as we found dirty tissues under the side of the bed. Facilities were good, and bar was very nice. Would stay again happily. • Harald (4/5): - Der Speisesaal war sauber. Das größte Plus ist der kostenlose Parkplatz. Der Bodenbelag in der 2. Etage war voller Flecken, schmuddelig. Der Fernseher im Zimmer 212 hatte kein Signal. Trotz Meldung an der Rezeption gab es keinen Versuch, das zu ändern. Die Käsescheiben zum Frühstück hatten breite trockene Ränder. Die Auswahl war insgesamt sehr begrenzt, aber man wurde satt.

• Klaus (8/5): - Gut war das es von aussen ein schönes Haus war mit Terrasse und Bach am Haus, angenehmer Eingangsbereich mit Rezeption und etwas abseits eine schöne Bar. Frühstück war gut und Aufzug im Haus , Parkplatz am Haus wenn nicht belegt Zimmer war sehr klein und Waschbecken im Wohnraum außerhalb des Bades nicht sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer hatte einen merkwürdigen süßlichen Geruch !

• Jore (1/5): Bad… really bad - Close to where I needed to be the next day No designated parking for the hotel and the rooms (walls) were dirty. Towels smelled unclean, like if they were put away when still wet, staff was unfriendly (not rude) and unhelpful and the breakfast was very very basic. Most of my stay, there was no internet.

• Nikol (5/5): - Lokalita byla klidná, moc se mi líbí nizozemské vesničky a baráčky a obchod byl v dochozí vzdálenosti. Hotel není zvukově izolovaný!!! Neustále slyšíte letadla a když letadla přestanou na chvilku lítat, tak slyšíte otevírání nebo zavírání dveří na chodbě. V pokoji i na chodbě byl strašný smrad, který se nedal vyvětrat.
• Alida (7/5): Mooie locatie vlakbij Schiphol. - De locatie nabij Schiphol was ideaal. Helaas werkte onze tv niet op de kamer en konden ze dit ook niet fixen. De hygiëne had iets beter gekund. Verder een comfortabele kamer en we hebben s'avonds heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant.
• camilla (7/5): Fin hotel placering i forhold til aktiviteter i Amsterdam området og ok hotel forhold - Morgenmad er udmærket - ikke det store udvalg for folk med allergi eller f.eks laktose/gluten intolerance eller diabetes. Parkering på bagsiden af hotellet er fint. Det ligger i en forstad, så der er spisesteder i nærheden. Brug google og de lokale transportapps mht offentlig transport. Bus 171 kører 6-7 minutters gåtur fra hotellet - tag den mod Amstelveen og skift derfra til bus/tram det er lettest, men regn med ca. 1 times offentlig transport ind til Amsterdam centrum. God hotel placering hvis man er på farten for at opleve en masse. Lettere mærkelig indretning - stor brusekabine og toilet - med elendigt lys derude - vasken er lige indenfor værelsesdøren. Der er ikke megen plads til at komme rundt om sengen. Vi nævnte at den ene sengelampe ikke virkede, men fik meldingen - at de havde ikke nogen på arbejde den dag - dog efterlod vi en seddel med de småting som hotellet burde kigge på da vi tjekkede ud (låger der hænger, lampe der ikke virkede, lamper der flakker en ordentligt afkalkdning af badeværelsesfliser og et vindue som ikke åbner korrekt) - Det er måske det forkerte sted at skrive dette - men vi siger 2026, og vi ankom til et hotel som overhovedet ikke har miljø i tankerne. Hverken med affaldssortering, eller genbrug af håndklæder som vi nok er mange der kender det i dag (håndklæder på gulvet betyder skifte, hvis de hænges op - så kan vi sagtens bruge dem igen - eller at man springer rengøring over til hver anden dag)
