• Subhash (1/5): - I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Sugan Niwas Palace, Jaipur. The hotel is average at best and falls short in several critical areas. Safety: The room door was not safe/secure, which is a major red flag for any traveler. Cleanliness: The rooms were not well-maintained or properly cleaned. Service: The staff and reception were not professional or welcoming. This hotel is not suitable for business professionals or families looking for a secure and clean environment. There are much better options in Jaipur for the same price Nothing

• Kapil (5/5): Not going again - there was not much to like about the property. The only thing which we liked was it was located in a good place. Please had good parking, and it looks really good from outside. Rest everything we dislike about the property from the time we entered first of all, we call. Tried to call and connect with the staff. The star did not pick up the call. I had to call multiple times to get in touch with them, and once we reached property look really good from outside, but then from inside the rooms were chipping The vibe of the place was quite haunting, like we fell that negative energy because I think place was not clean enough. The walls were chipping. Washroom was not clean, looked very dirty. The faucet and everything was super dirty, and the flash wasn’t working properly, plus, the tabs were leaking and staff was expecting us to tip them without doing anything. They even charge a single bottle of water, they didn’t even provide a single bottle of water free. They just charge us for that also.

• Apoorv (5/5): A neglected nice property. - The location is good, the staff was polite, the pool was clean, the property looks authentic. The garden was good. There is a friendly dog and cat in garden. The photos are misleading. The rooms do not have the lavish furniture and carpets shown in photos, instead very cheap quality furniture which makes the room look and feel cheap. The paint was chipping in rooms like an old building. The washroom was too basic and paint was chipping on the doors. The photos uploaded seem to be 10 years old and actual building and facilities seem to be neglected which doesn't match. I stayed for 3 days and received only one complimentary water bottle. I has to request for glasses, tea sachet, slippers, dental kits separately. The bulbs in the room were not fit properly giving cheap vibes. No parking space even when the property has enough space just because the owner doesn't allow it.

• Cinema (1/5): Overall experience: Big NO – nothing was good at all, would not recommend. - Review – Sugan Niwas Palace, Jaipur Property looks nothing like online photos – poorly maintained & neglected. Rooms had seepage everywhere, smelled bad, and felt unhygienic. No basic amenities – no shampoo, no kettle, no glasses, no cups, no complimentary tea/coffee. Bedsheets and linen were dirty and unwashed. Room service was extremely slow – even a cup of tea took almost an hour. Garden and pool area looked abandoned, overgrown, and unhygienic. Hardly any staff, overall service was careless and unprofessional. AC did not cool below 25°C, making rooms uncomfortable. Charges are too high for such poor facilities – absolutely not worth the money . During a 3-day stay, no housekeeping or cleaning service provided even once. Hotel charges are way too high compared to facilities offered. Overall experience: Big NO – nothing was good at all, would not recommend. place feels haunted/creepy because of poor maintenance and dark, neglected corners.

No shampoo, No kettle, No glasses, No Cups, No complimentary tea. Basic amenities are not properly there. When we order from room service they took almost an hour every time. Even for a cup of tea. Rooms were too smelly, Bedsheets were dirty. Well there a BIG NO for this hotel for next time. Nothing was good at all

No fresh linens! Ac not working properly ! if its maintened properly it will turn out nice. What i dont like at all is It lacks hospitality ! The reception guy is so rude ! They dont know how to talk to a customer ! . The helping staff which they have on duty have no manners at all! he literally told me ( this is the only room we have ,if u want to stay,stay! Else u can cancel your booking) he literally showed me a room which was not even cleaned after checkout ! ( attaching the pictures) So rude . Whoever is leasing the property please change your staff ! And do some renovations . Work on hospitality it would be great .

• Alfred (8/5): Overall a very enjoyable, comfortable stay with very good restaurant and food. - Our room was the Peacock Suite. It was very spacious and comfortable, with 4 dedicated areas in three rooms, bathroom, dressing room and bedroom cum lounge area. The decor needed updating, paintwork, sticking main door and a few fitments were broken and needed replacing.

I looked in the room and tried reaching the reception but no one was switched off and late ri called the cafe guy he told them thrice..but no one came..worst worst service.. cockroaches, Lizard in the room and room is stinks like hell...
• Singh (1/5): Bad - Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended* I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I strongly advise against it. For a price range of 2-2.5k, there are numerous better options available. The hotel's website photos are outdated, and the property desperately needs maintenance. Here are the issues I faced: - No TV in the room - No hairdryer - No electric kettle - Room was on the top floor with a balcony that had a direct tank overflow water problem - Broken shower - Pool area lacked umbrella shades - No foot mat in the room To add to the disappointment, the menu prices were exorbitantly high. Overall, my stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
