• Donat (8/5): Sehr gut gelegenes B&B mit der sehr engagierten Claudia - Das Frühstück war eher bescheiden. Sehr gut war die Betreuung durch die engagierte Claudia. Zum ersten Mal in Sizilien waren die sanitären Installationen wiklich sehr gut und es floss genügend warmes Wasser im riesigen Badezimmer. Auch sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe des Theaters Maximo.

It is located in a very nice area. Claudia & Tania were very helpful with directions! The breakfast could include more protein and perhaps give the table their own pot of coffee.

Communications with the hotel were very good and clear. Claudia was fantastic at welcoming us and showing how to access the building. She also gave us recommendations for great places to eat. Oh, a nice balcony outside the room which was great for an evening drink. It is also very straightforward to get to from the train station Nothing.

Such a perfect location too. - We are quite particular as travellers yet I CANNOT fault the Customer Service at all - we had loads of questions and queries (before and during our stay!) and even got locked out yet EVERY time we asked a question etc we were met with faultless and most prompt Customer Service. Thank you. Shucks - they didn’t leave champagne or a million dollars for us to go and spend?!!!!! Could NOT fault this place - everything we wanted.
• 55fanim (10/5): - Very well located in a lively neighbourhood near Politeama Theatre, served by public transport and with a lot of shops and nice restaurants around.Spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated room- ours with a balcony.The owners and their employees were very kind and always willing to give us feedback regarding what to do and how to get around.They even provided us with complimentary beach towels! Felt almost like home.Breakfast was decent.Overall, great value for money.We would stay again.

There's even a sauna and jacuzzi in the room which we never got to use. Overall a very positive experience. The room sauna has a limited time operation and needs to be switched on by the host in advance. Curtains not black out ones.

• 614wahidr (6/5): Good location but poor breakfast and communication. - Fantastic location, poor breakfast for the price we paid, and the worst is the experience of staying outside the front door for an hour and a half. The management must communicate with the guests better so that they know when to come and find someone to let them in. It was a harrowing experience to be stranded outside without knowing who we should talk to . The management knew I booked it for 5 nights and they should have taken due care to receive us in as this is only 5 rooms bed and breakfast.

The front desk staff were very kind about providing recommendations for restaurants and sites and helping with orientation. The location was great- very close to restaurants and walkable to the historic center. Be aware that the front desk is not staffed during some portions of the day so let them know your arrival time in order to get check in information. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Check in and staff was attentive, available and made the stay lovely. Option for balcony during the day and common space for lounging was a nice addition. The art throughout the structure was an added surprise detail! Some noise from street on street side for light sleepers.

Lovely breakfast room with a good breakfast. Felt very safe here a good place to stay. Big bed and nice pillows, space in the room and the bathroom was large. We are an older couple and we found this place lovely.

The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. To keep the costs of the room down, there is not a full time presence of staff which means a smaller selection of breakfast choices than some may expect, but was sufficient for our needs The check in instructions via WhatsApp were clear and easy to follow If you need the pampering of room service look elsewhere, but if you just want a comfy bed and a clean room at great value for money near the city centre, then we highly recommend staying here.

But we were welcomed with a fresh, clean well presented spacious bedroom and huge bathroom. We have no complaints. The location is great too with some lovely restaurants literally over the road. I would certainly have no doubts about coming back especially after landing in Palermo and staying only one day before moving ok elsewhere.

Staff is incredibly nice and they were very helpful during our stay. The room had a spacious shower. Breakfast could be improved, with maybe a wider offer of products in their buffet.

Staff were helpful and attentive and gave us all the necessary information we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. The cafe across the street also had great coffee and orange juice :) The fridge can be a bit noisy but unplugging it for the night did the trick - otherwise no major complaints

Good walking distance of the sights and handy being near the airport shuttle bus route. The interior is full of original artwork and is to a good standard. It is located on an upper floor level accessed by lift so is less prone to street noise. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything in the place was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fine and our room had hot drink facilities. Nothing particularly.

The bathroom was an experience in itself. Soft ambiance lighting and the room was seriously big with nice tiles. Decoration in the bedroom was very good. Francesco and his team were great too and Francesco was very, very helpful before the trip and during. He gave us lots of useful information like places to eat and go which did make the holidays superb. Thank you so much for recommending going to Cefalú!!!! The hotel itself is well located, impeccable taste inside and the staff’s helpfulness and smiles also made for a great trip. If we go back to Palermo I will definitely go back to the hotel.

Coffee, tea and minibar in the room. Helpful staff, spacious facilities, good aircon, quiet, comfy chairs, well serviced daily, very nice location close to Via Roma bus stops and good restaurants. Concierge service for bus to Monreale. We were able to borrow wineglasses and bottle opener for sundowners on our balcony. Nothing.
