- Jacqueline (8/5): Second time staying! - The location to downtown Venice beach and the boardwalk is fantastic! The staff are so lovely and the rooms are beautiful, with comfy beds and pillows! It’s not their fault but there are a large amount of homeless people opposite now that Starbucks is gone. There was a lot of street noise from this. Again not their fault but if you want a solid nights sleep it can be challenging.

- Krystyna (9/5): Piękne miejsce, relaks. - To przepiękny i stylowy hotel-loft, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Pokoje naprawdę są takie ładne jak na zdjęciach. Lokalizacja przy najpiękniejszej plaży LA oraz blisko do restauracji i sklepów. Na dachu hotelu fajne miejsce na wypoczynek i spotkania towarzyskie- dodatkowa przestrzeń. Jeden z naszych pokojów (204) nie powinien być zakwalifikowany jako pokój "z częściowym widokiem na morze" bo widok jest właściwie na parking, a żeby zobaczyć może trzeba się mocno postarać.

- MELANIE (4/5): Grosse déception - La literie du grand lit était bonne et correcte Pas de bruit dans la nuit Quelqu’un à la réception 24/24h, pratique pour les arrivées tardives Quartier absolument plus fréquentable entre 21h et 10h du matin Personnel pas franchement aimable (nous avons plutôt eu l’air de déranger) Le lit canapé non préparé à notre arrivée, les draps étaient dans un sac à côté du canapé, qui lui devait être la depuis très longtemps, moralité nous avons dormi à 4 dans le même lit… Pas de service de ménage (pas de changement de serviettes, pas de ménage dans la chambre, pas de lit refait…) Le lave-vaisselle n’était pas vidé à notre arrivée Le prix est exorbitant pour aucun service !

- NATACHA (6/5): Très très déçus à l’arrivée en raison de la vétusté et du prix payé.un peu moins finalement. - Ma proximité de la plage. La liberté de mouvements. L’accès au toit terrasse. L’accessibilité à Santa Monica via la piste cyclable. La vétusté des lieux. Le manque d’entretien, lieu qui nécessite clairement une rénovation au vu du tarif ! La propreté limité dans certains endroits ( boiseries envahies par les insectes morts, vitres non faites, poussières partiellement faites) Linges de toilette non changé. La difficulté de stationnement compliquée par la présence de Sdf qui vivaient littéralement au pied du bâtiment , très bruyants donc très anxiogène car parfois alcoolisés voir drogués.

Но остались художники, музыканты. Всегда можно окунуться в туристическую атмосферу, или найти что-то свое) Большой номер. Кухня. Отель с историей. Первая линия. Я специально брала номер с видом на океан, чтобы просыпаться и видеть его в окно. Один большой минус был для меня. Видимо изначально на окнах было зеркальное напыление от солнца. И вот с годами оно осталось. Но днем полное ощущение что у тебя мутные грязные окна.((( Очень хотелось бы чтобы это исправили. И да. Слышимость между номерами. Но я готова с этим мириться)

- elenasti (10/5): We had so much FUN staying here! - We stayed here to get some beach time ahead of an event in LA. Our expectations were exceeded in every way! The staff was always friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The rooftop was perfection, we spent many hours up there over the course of our long weekend. Location could not be beat: beautiful sunsets, the best people watching and easy access to all kinds of places to eat or explore. In the past Venice felt a little sketchy but this visit was so different, everything was clean and people were so nice, and I really can’t speak highly enough of our visit. We had the best time ever and will absolutely stay here again.

- Karina (7/5): Clean, bright and great location although lacking in a few areas - Such a great location with good vibes! The rooftop area is such a nice spot to take in Venice Beach. The room was clean, bright and airy! The main bed was comfortable. Given we booked for 2A and 2C, I was surprised that we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. On top of that, there wasn’t 4 towels in the room so I had to go down and get more. While there was a kitchen including a coffee maker, there were no cups or plates - making it almost useless. Staff were pleasant enough, but not like the amazing service we received last time we stayed here (a few years back)

Die Fenster sind zwar hellhörig, aber genau das gehört hier dazu: Man hört das Leben am Strand, Musik, ein paar schräge Gestalten in der Nacht – und genau das macht den Charme dieses Ortes aus. Wer echtes Venice-Feeling sucht, ist hier absolut richtig.

Aucun effort n’a été apporté alors que le prix n’était pas le même ! - L’ascenseur est également inexistant ce qui pose problème avec 2 valises pour monter les 3 étages. - La femme de ménage ne passe qu’au début et à la fin du séjour. - le soir le quartier est peu fréquentable.

- Linda (8/5): - Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, nette, kleine Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Das Studio ist nicht riesig, zu zwei ging es gut. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht so super bequem, aber für zwei Nächte in Ordnung. Den Preis fanden wir insgesamt zu hoch für das, was man kriegt.

- Patrice (8/5): - Emplacement idéal, propre et bien équipé. Un petit rooftop à accès libre. L'immeuble semble avoir été téléporté de New York ! Par contre le bord de mer de Venice est devenu plutôt décevant par rapport à avant le Covid 10 ou 15 marches à monter pour accéder à l'accueil. Malgré nos grosses valises, ils n'ont pas laissé l'accès à lascenseur pour handicapé "strictement réservé aux fauteuils roulants".

- Sebastien (9/5): Vivez "Venice Beach" de la meilleure manière ! Hotel coup de cœur ! - L'emplacement de l'Hotel sur Venice Beach est parfait, au plus proche de la plage et de la promenade, il est vraiment dans l'esprit "Venice Beach" L'Hotel dispose d'un Rooftop avec une vue imprenable. On peut s'y installer pour l'apéro ou même faire un barbecue. L'Hotel met a disposition des équipements pour la plage (Parasol, seau, Bodyboard ...), on finit par croire qu'on est hébergé par la famille ;-) Le parking est vraiment très proche à pied et bien sécurisé, parfait pour une voiture de location. L'Hotel propose un service de machine à laver et sèche linge nous a permis très appréciable La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée (cuisine complète), la salle de bain moderne et très propre. Il y a des petites superettes à proximité et un Starbucks juste en face. Parfois un peu bruyant par la présence de sans abris, mais ce n'est pas du fait de l'hôtel, je précise qu'on s'est toujours senti en sécurité.

- James (8/5): Right there where the action is at Venice Beach. Nice private area at the rooftop, with grill etc - Excellent proximity to the beach and the beach scene. Short walk to nice shops and restaurants. Longer walk to the Santa Monica pier. The view was somewhat hindered by the glass wall around the rooftop deck, which was not at all what the pictures in the advertisement presented. A bit too close to the scene at Venice beach, meaning rather up close and personal with some "characters" on the boardwalk.
- Thomas (10/5): Nice and centrally located for you to enjoy Venice Beach - The location is right in the middle of Venice Beach. And if you lucky you’ll wanna get the ocean view room . Not only does it see the ocean but your right over the boardwalk perfect people watching spot . Parking is scarce , but make sure you get the parking pass , it will save you money. And it’s not that far of a walk. Heads up you can unload at the hotel and get you r pass first . I didn’t know so I paid for parking and then got a pass . Your welcome
