- Gael (1/5): Nul - Les gens de l’extérieur du parking et service voiturier excellent Le personnel d’accueil t’arnaque avec les devises quand tu fais le change chez eux , ne te fais pas signé des papiers de change sous prétexte que le cours a changé alors que la feuille devant lui dit le contraire il m’ rajouter mais il manque toujours , il était mal à l’aise . Les taxes de séjour en espèce c’est plus cher que quand tu payes en carte bleue sous prétexte qu’il fallait payer en espèce et quand tu payes en carte il avait l’air con , état de la chambre ne mérite pas trop de 4 étoiles Personnel à revoir beaucoup d’arnaque envers les touristes

- Mohammad (2/5): Experiencia muy decepcionante, impropia de un hotel de 4 estrellas - Adjunto fotos que respaldan todo lo que expongo a continuación. Mi experiencia en el Rive Hotel Rabat (Marruecos) fue muy mala y totalmente impropia de un hotel de 4 estrellas, y más aún en la capital del país. Para empezar, la limpieza era deficiente: había pelos por todas partes, suciedad visible y el suelo claramente sucio. El baño es muy antiguo, con moho en varias zonas. Además, la ducha estaba atascada: mientras te duchas el agua se acumula, acaba saliendo por debajo y inunda todo el baño, hasta el punto de no poder caminar sin mojarlo todo. Por la noche decidimos cenar en el bufé libre del hotel, principalmente porque estaba lloviendo mucho fuera. El bufé era muy escaso, con apenas 6 o 7 platos (pasta tipo carbonara, pollo, algo de carne y poco más), muy poca variedad y de mala calidad, aunque finalmente comimos allí por necesidad. La sorpresa vino cuando, mientras aún estábamos comiendo, el camarero se presentó para exigirnos el pago: 500 dírhams de la cena + 50 dírhams de dos bebidas. Le pedimos que lo cargara a la habitación, pero se negó rotundamente y dijo que había que pagar en ese momento. Pagamos, pero la situación nos generó mucha desconfianza. Pasamos muy mala noche sin dormir los dos porque nos sentó muy mal la comida. En el check-out, solicitamos la factura de la cena y nos dijeron que no podían incluirla, porque ya se había pagado en el restaurante. Les explicamos que habíamos pedido expresamente pagarla al salir del hotel y que nos lo habían negado, pero el recepcionista respondió que “eso no es normal”. Tuve que volver al restaurante para pedir la factura. Me entregaron una factura manuscrita, con sello, pero solo por 500 dírhams. Cuando indiqué que el importe real era 550 dírhams, lo corrigieron de manera chapucera, escrita encima del sello, sin ninguna formalidad (adjunto foto de la factura). En resumen, ni la limpieza, ni el estado de las instalaciones, ni el trato recibido estuvieron a la altura de un hotel de esta categoría.

Secondly, I am so angry, seething and incensed that I am writing this review immediately after the incident with the manager whilst I am still currently staying here. Today is Saturday 15/11/2025 and I am still currently at the at the hotel and I am due to depart on 17/11/2025. I have reported the fridge in my room as faulty and three times, their technicians have attended two times and their excuse is that the card controlling the electricity supply to the room was not connected and hence the reason the fridge was not working for lack of constant electricity supply. They have eventually change the fridge this morning (Saturday 15/11/2025) and the electricity to the room has been constantly on for the last 7.5 hours an the fridge is not working. I have again complained to the manager of the hotel and he himself came to inspect the fridge and he then asserted that the fridge was working and I disagreed with him because I know a working fridge and he cannot hoodwink me. The conduct o the manager that visited my room was NOT good either and he was very bullish and disrespectful in the manner he told me that the fridge was working. I am a landlord and I have over 60 fridge freezers and I know the temperature of a perfectly working fridge after 30 minutes let alone 7.5 hours. All my stuff in the fridge have all gone off. I am staying in room 116 and the view of the hotel from my room is a joke for a 4 star hotel. I will upload some pictures and videos of the issues I am currently facing. Please pay good attention to the top of the fridge and see how dusty it is, the fridge is not maintained. Lastly, I forgot to mention the poor quality of the internet at this hotel. There is a Discotheque next door that is coastally blaring out must and it is impossible to sleep. It does NOT work and at best, you will be lucky to be connected for 10 minutes before being kicked off and you have to be constantly be rejoining the internet. THIS PLACE IS NOT NICE AND THE STAFF DID NOT DEAL WITH MY COMPLAINT WITH THE FRIDGE PROFESSIONALY AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THERE IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY THAT I MIGHT BE ASKED TO LEAVE BEFORE THE END OF MY STAY AFTER READING THIS REVIEW. PLEASE AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. -----------------

Not worth the value it say it is. The whole hotel was dark gloomy and outdated for the price. Booking needs to revisit and review alot of hotels across morocco as many over charge for poor conditions.

- prashantkF3911CU (2/5): AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! HORRIBLE PLACE!! - STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE PLACE! Don’t waste your money here!!! They have a night club in the hotel that blasts music till 1:30 am. You can hear it in every room! The staff is friendly and good, but the issue is with the hotel’s management! We asked for a room change which took 72 hours , four calls, and two emails. The rooms are outdated and overrun by ants 🐜. Location is good and walking distance to a lot of touristy places in the city.

- Marian (10/5): Rive Rabat Hôtel was à very quiet and pleasant expérience for me so i recommend this hotel to others - I liked everything about Rive Hôtel Rabat. The moment i stepped into the first door i was met with friendliness, polite, very helpful staff. I compliment them all on their positive attitudes and exceptionnel work ethics. The customer service from the lobby staff, the luggage concierge, the dinning room and housekeeper staff were all at its highest level. Nothing. It was all good at the Rive Hôtel Rabat. I have no complaints about this hôtel.

Our large double bed was 2 single beds that were separating anytime me and my wife did activities. Staff were slouchy and withdrawn. This is not a 4 star hotel, it is a 1 star shithole. Bathtub doesn't take the water out fast enough so you stand in a foot of water when having a shower. There is no complimentary water, you must buy it. The whole hotel is shocking.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great hotel if you like to party every night!!! - My room was on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel. A nightclub which exited at the front of hotel was open nearly every night until 4 or 5am. Very noisy from 2am until 5am most nights. I stayed 2wks total. Many taxies outside dropping off and picking up through the night. Luckily I sleep well but was woken up several times with horns beeping and many people shouting. As I had an early start each day, I was at breakfast at 7am when it was scheduled to open. It never opened on time. Normally anywhere from 7.05 to 7.20am, and even then they were not fully ready. So I was rushing breakfast every day. The hotel hot breakfast selection was cold on a few occasions and not heated!!! Location was good for central Rabat and getting around.

- Xxx (3/5): Not a chance for repeat visit. Will never go back. - Breakfast was good. Location was also good. Room, poor lighting in the room, toilets, showers, furniture was very old and in poor condition.
