• Julia (6/5): - Wir waren im September 25 hier. Das Personal und der Service waren zurückhalten, distanziert, fast schon unfreundlich. Man hat sich nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt. Im Badezimmer, war die Decke feucht und der Putz fiel teilweise herunter. Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer hat muffig gerochen. Der Pool war toll und groß. Der Pool hatte eine Öffnungszeit von 9 bis 13 und von 15 bis 19 Uhr. Es war zu jeder Zeit ein Bademeister vor Ort. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings etwas chaotisch in der Durchführung.

Receptionist didn't speak English, only very basic, nothing was explain to us (breakfast, WiFi) just took us to the room. Bed and mattress were old and not comfy. Rooms would need some TLC.

• Arkadij (10/5): - Wir haben Studio Basic gebucht und gekriegt: Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, großzügige Kochessbereich und 2 Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche und Bide. Jede der 3 Zimmern hat Glaswand mit Schiebetür. Die Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat auch Scharm.
• Laurent (6/5): Convenable pour le prix. - Convenable pour le prix. L'appartement est grand, mais un peu humide, surtout un placard qui sentait fortement le renfermé. Un seul point de lumière par pièce (dans la chambre une lampe de chevet seulement et pas de plafonnier). Une seule prise dans la chambre, j'ai du débrancher l'unique lampe de chevet pour recharger mon téléphone. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'une chambre bas de gamme en attente de réfection car juste après l'avoir réservée, le prix a augmenté de 23 euros sur le site. J'imagine pour une chambre standard cette fois ci. Le petit déjeuner était correct dans l'ensemble sans plus. Les jus de fruits étaient très bas de gamme.

• Anders (6/5): Noget slidt sted og manglende styr på det. - Det virker som et hotel der har hat sin storhedstid i et tidligere årti. Alt virkede slidt men det basale fungerede. Dejligt med aircondition både i soveværelset og i stuen. Der var ikke for godt styr på stedet. Der var kaos ved receptionen da vi skulle tjekke ind, så det tog meget lang tid. Der var myrer i juice maskinen til morgenmaden, og mens vi sad til aftensmaden begyndte der at komme vand ned igennem loftet i restauranten ved lamperne. Fint poolområde med gratis liggestole, lidt lang gåafstand til stranden og her skal man betale for hotellets liggestole og parasoller.

A little dated rooms, but everything was working fine. Pool area was ok, dated but ok. Breakfast should have been great, but a lack of supplement of bread, milk cheese and so on was a little disappointing

Abbiamo trovato il letto un po' vecchio e scomodo, anche l'impianto elettrico sembra datato. Colazione a buffet senza prodotti tipici ma comunque abbondante e variegata.

• Ile (8/5): - Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Supermarkt Fussläufig in einer Minute erreichbar. Der schöne Sandstrand ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist dennoch empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind groß, wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Küche. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen und alles was dazu gehört. Der Balkon war auch sehr groß. Ein Wäscheständer war auch vorhanden. Das Bad war auch sehr sauber. Ein Föhn war auch vorhanden. Das Doppelbett war gemütlich und groß. Zur nächsten Stadt waren es ca. 3-4 Km. Mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• florencia (6/5): Aceptable - Le pongo 3 estrellas porque le falta mucha mantención, es bien antiguo y necesita cambios y mantenimientos. El departamento cumplía bien, pero tenía mucho olor a humedad, los closet asumagados con olor a hongo, el extractor del baño (sin ventana) no funcionaba. Cuando llegábamos de vuelta nos encontrábamos con el ventanal de la terraza y ventanas abiertas, está bien por la ventilación pero pésimo en seguridad, ya que no había reja ni nada y ni siquiera había caja de seguridad y ni hablar de los mosquitos que entraban por dejar todo abierto. El personal fue muy amable pero entraban cuando querían a la pieza, una mañana entraron dos veces sin siquiera tocar la puerta y yo saliendo de la ducha. El desayuno está bien, tiene harta variedad: pan, huevos, jamón, cornetos, mermeladas y Nutella. NO HAY FRUTA. Las tazas no están limpias.

The balcony was terrible dirty, I asked in the reception to it be cleaned and nothing happened. We can not use it because was dirty and smelling sewage. The room have a lot of space. The kitchen have basic stuff but also old. One night the toilet paper finished, when asked in the reception they did not have more. I had to use my own paper from kitchen. Another day the coffee machine broke in the breakfast. No coffee that day. Good location

• Jean-Francois (10/5): Séjour très agréable - Piscine très agréable. Manque un balai dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner convenable. Prévoir des espèces pour la taxe de séjour. Des cocktails facturés à tord ont été annulés. Cependant ils devraient demander une signature ou vérifier avec la clé de la chambre afin que le numéro de la chambre soit le bon. Je n’ai pas apprécié passer pour un menteur. La réceptionniste a été très compréhensive. On y a été l’an dernier avec nos enfants et certainement on y retournera l’an prochain. Plage très belle avec activités pour enfants à quelques pas. Proximité de ports très agréables : Cannigione et Palau.

• Matteo (2/5): - Camera indegna, mancavano le placche alle prese, letto senza comodini ne luci di lettura, bagno vecchio e trasandato, mare lontano, abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse possibilità di avere dei lettini in spiaggia, e ci è stato detto che c’era uno stabilimento convenzionato, dopo 300 mt, pare ci volesse il voucher dell’hotel, dopo quella strada siamo andati da altri. Piscina vecchia e trasandata. Struttura da riprendere completamente. Come al solito le foto sul sito non rispecchiano quello che poi si trova
• Gemma (6/5): - Has the potential to be a really great hotel. In desperate need of a refurb especially the pool area. Breakfast is so busy and staff were quite stressed. We skipped breakfast most days because it was so disappointing. Room furniture needs updating. Cleaning was to a good standard.

• Tenisch (2/5): - Hotel mit sehr viel Verbesserungspotential! Das Zimmer war bereits bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Keine Reinigung am ersten Tag, mit der Ausrede, dass das Reinigungsteam keine Zeit gehabt hätte. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, doch leider war auch im Frühstücksraum und auf der Terrasse alles schmutzig. Dieses Hotel können wir nicht weiter empfehlen.
• Michele (6/5): - Di speciale aveva il prezzo, davvero conveniente. Per il resto non so, dovrei tornarci per valutare meglio ma la prima impressione non è stata delle migliori. La struttura versa in condizioni fatiscenti, la piscina non era utilizzabile causa manutenzione.
• RALUCA GABRIELA (2/5): - Ho acquistato una camera vista mare e di mare era solo la fregatura. La stanza assegnata era dislocata e con vista piscina. La pulizia lascia desiderare. Il cibo scarso. Se avete intolleranze, il cibo non fa x voi x che di scelta non c'è. Non ci tornerò mai più.
• Jose (10/5): Mejor de lo esperado - Mejor de lo esperado…. Debido a la puntuación que le daban íbamos con un poco de negatividad y nos sorprendió gratamente. Buen entorno, buena atención, buena habitación muy espaciosa, El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad pero lo que había estaba bueno y suficiente. Calidad precio genial, si lo llego a saber me quedo más días 😀 La única pega es que tienes que dejar la habitación a las 9h de la mañana y que la piscina la cierran a las 19 h

• Paolo (10/5): - La struttura, nulla di eccezionale ma in ottima posizione, la reception e le parti comuni curatissime, la spiaggia 5min. A piedi, la piscina. Le camere tutte piccole suite con angolo cottura. La struttura non è nuova e qualche segno del tempo si nota nelle camere e nei corridoi che portano alle camere. Ottima la pulizia e igenizzazione.

• Sandro (6/5): Moyen moyen pour ce prix ! - Hôtel vieillissant nécessitant une remise au goût du jour. Chambre avec propreté/état de la salle de bain laissant à désirer (cabine de douche avec points de rouille, reste de savon des derniers occupant, brosse WC très vieille). Personnel très accueillant malgré l’oubli du papier toilette dans la chambre… Piscine et petit déjeuner très bien, accès très belle plage juste de l’autre côté de la doute Ne vaut pas le prix payé mais la situation est idéale pour découvrir la Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia etc très proche). Avec une voiture il est également facile de se rendre à Oblia, la rue principale en vaut le détour en fin d’après-midi/soirée. Dans l’ensemble je déconseille cet hôtel pour son mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Bien que les chambres soient très spacieuses , la propreté laissent à désirer ( boules de cheveux, poubelles laissées dans les couloirs, papiers sales sur terrasse du logement...) Si vous avez la chance d’avoir une chambre en étage avec vue mer ou piscine cela peut peut-être compenser mais ce n’était pas notre cas... A 215€ même à 4 c’est cher. Ce n’est en aucun cas un 4 étoiles, 3 petites.

• Mariano (8/5): - Posizione ottima a 100 metri di distanza dalla spiaggia. Bel panorama. Camera con piccolo terrazzo. Piscina con personale di sorveglianza e regole da rispettare per una migliore igiene durante l'utilizzo. Buona varietà nella colazione.

Super Lage mit Strand und Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren Nebenan direkt ein Supermarkt - Leider super laute Poolmusik die unangenehm von den Wänden im Innenhof wiederhallt. - Frühstück grenzwertig inkl. schlecht gelaunten Mitarbeitern Fazit: für die 3 Nächte war es gut und wir würden denke ich auch noch mal wieder kommen wenn wir in die Gegend fliegen. Allerdings erst nach 17Uhr "heim" kommen und ohne Frühstück buchen. Nebenan kann man sich ein super schönes Frühstück holen im Supermarkt. Frische Brötchen und geile Mortadella :P
• Teresa (6/5): Meglio mangiare fuori. - Struttura carina abbasranza curata.Canera spaziosa e pulita.Zona doccia minuscola.Bella spiaggia ma un poco distante dall'hotel.La nota dolente è il cibo. La scelta è molto limitata e la qualità pessima. C'era un solo caneriere in sala che si faceva letteralmente in quattro ma non riusciva a stare dietro a tutto per cui capitava di doveresi preparare il tavolo da se. La sera prima di partire il bagno non è stato pulito non sono stati lasciati i comlementi d'igiene,gli asciugamani non cambiati. Siamo andati via arrabbiatissimi. I servizi non sono da 4 stelle ma tutto sommato la struttura non è male.

• Samuel (8/5): Hôtel correct mais isolé - Hôtel isolé, à 15 minutes de palau une ville touristique idéale pour une excursion à l'archipel de la maddalena. Difficile le soir de trouver où acheter à manger dans le secteur. Nous avons été reçus par 2 filles à la réception qui parlent peu l'anglais, on s'est senti vite expédiés, il a fallu retourner à la réception pour des informations qu'elles ne nous ont pas donné. Les autres personnes à l'accueil ont été très correctes. Le petit déjeuner est bon, bon choix, attention le chocolat chaud est très épais. La chambre est grande, avec cuisine, et terrasse et vue sur la piscine et la mer très sympa. Dommage que l'isolation sonore soit mauvaise, on entend les voisins parler et chahuter, déplacer les meubles... Pour la piscine bonnet de bain obligatoire pour tous le monde.

Personalmente no recomendamos, no decepcionó muchísimo nuestra estancia en el hotel.
• Ignazio (8/5): Un luogo ideale! - Una bella struttura ben inserita in un contesto affascinante tra mare e colline. Ideale per la famiglia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, molto pulito e discreto. Piccolo contrattempo con la consegna della chiave, difficoltà a raggiungere la camera in caso di pioggia senza bagnarsi, mancanza di un semplice parapioggia sono gli unici piccoli inconvenienti riscontrati. Comunque in generale il giudizio è decisamente positivo con un eccezionale rapporto qualità prezzo. Bravi.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Soggiorno Tanca Manna - Abbiamo soggiornato al Tanca Manna di Arzachena. La posizione è ottima per visitare la Costa Smeralda. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di maggiori cure ed il personale dovrebbe essere più accogliente
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Struttura trascurata e sporca. Solo il giardino ben curato. Nessuna cura per la sicurezza, ( accanto alla porta della mia camera c'era una scatola di derivazione dell impianto elettrico aperta con i fili a penzoloni). 4 stelle non spiegabili, colazione mediocre, piscina in pessimo stato. Pulizia delle camere approssimativa, una mattina non l hanno neanche toccata, per finire in bellezza si sono bevuti una bottiglia d'acqua dal frigo della camera e l'hanno riempita con quella del rubinetto. Peccato...
