- Kerby (1/5): - The lady at the counter was working by herself and was very polite and professional. I would like to express my frustration with my recent reservation. Upon arrival, the hotel lobby was completely occupied by a function, making it chaotic and uncomfortable just to check in. There was no clear direction or accommodation for regular guests during this event. To make matters worse, there was no parking available, which added unnecessary stress after a long trip.Horns honking till around midnight, so no sleep. This situation was not communicated ahead of time, and I would have made alternate arrangements if I had known. Overall, the lack of planning and communication made for a very poor experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests are not put in the same situation.
- T9496DMlindsayk (8/5): Not all the bells + whistles hotel, but the customer service is AWESOME! - By Best Western standards, this hotel is definitely an older model but ANYTHING that takes away from a stay is absolutely made up for by the customer service! ALL of the ladies that we dealt with over our 4day/3night stay (with 3 little kids) were absolutely amazing - like above + beyond! Yes, I did miss the 24 hour access to the hot chocolate/coffee machine + definitely the inclusive 'make your own waffles' breakfast - but it was a comfortable stay! The pool is small + the echoing is a bit too much (again, with 3 little kids) but it wasn't very busy + we often had it to ourselves. We didn't eat at Journey's restaurant, although we chatted with other guests who had and they said it was just 'okay'. The room was a bit small, but it was well maintined + clean. Beds are extra soft (we asked for extra blankets + they were super cozy). If you are easy to please + enjoy superb customer service, this will be perfect for you!

The hotel was clean, my room was updated and there was no issues with my room or stay. There was a restaurant onsite which i did not use, but I did look at the menu and there was a good option of food to choose from.

The vibe is everything. Love this place. I stumbled upon the restaurant while visiting the hotel next door and I am so extremely happy that I decided to walk in. this place is a must.

The place is clean, quiet and look almost brand new. its also more affordable than many of the hotel in the area. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Nice indoor swimming pool to cool off during a hot summer day. About the restaurant I would give it a 6 star out of 5 if I could. Owner/Chef was very passionate about his country's cuisine. The price was cheap and the quality of the food was second to none. Great Jamaican menu with a wide choice of non alcoholic breuvage from Jamaica. overall I was very satisfied

Our room was clean and tidy, but it would have been nice to have proper cups for drinks and more choices than just coffee. My duvet was creased, and I restrained myself from getting it changed! The onsite restaurant was excellent, staff very accommodating and prices were fair. Our first trip to Canada did not disappoint, we loved it.

- Blair (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room itself was in excellent condition: clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The only minor downsides were the shower, which could use some updating, and the limited number of power outlets near the bed—having a couple more would have made charging devices more convenient. That said, these were small issues compared to the overall experience. It was still an amazing stay, and I would definitely return.
