• Nicolas (8/5): Pas mal - Bon appart hôtel si l’on bénéficie d’un bon tarif car le prix normal me paraît sur coté. Pas tout neuf mais propre. Moquette au sol pas très hygiénique. Au spa le jacuzzi est à moitié en panne depuis très longtemps d’après un habitué, à 10€ par personne c’est dommage de pas investir un peu pour le réparer. Sinon le personnel est cordial et arrangeant. Bonne isolation phonique et bonne literie.

• Annette (10/5): - Für uns genau richtig gelegen. Auch wenn alle emails auf französisch sind, sprach der sehr freundliche junge Mann am Empfang hervorragend Englisch. Die Zimmer sind sauber, allerdings sind die Teppiche etwas alt. Sehr sicheres Eingangssystem für Hotel und Tiefgarage. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank.

Pas de commentaires sur le petit déjeuner carnon pris. La chambre : bien équipée, table, frigo plaques ,vaisselle... Toutefois le frigo fait du bruit( compresseur!) La literie : le matelas meriterait d'etre changé car on s enfonce.

Il manque quelques accessoires dans l’appartement au niveau de la cuisine (cafetière, chiffon, lumière au dessus de l’évier…) écran TV trop petit, manque des crochets dans la salle d’eau et manque oreiller supplémentaire. Pour ce prix on peut s’attendre à mieux équipé.

En enda negativ upplevelse och det var bilparkeringen. Vi var där ett par gånger och skulle hämta saker men vågade inte närma oss bilen pga ”ett gäng killar”. Kändes som ett tillhåll. Upptäckte dock på morgonen att det fanns kameror. Hade vi uppmärksammat det på kvällen hade vi känt oss tryggare.

Peu d’options de restauration à côté, mais un excellent sushi juste en face. Le restaurant de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas pour le moment et le petit-déjeuner n’est pas assuré le samedi, dimanche et lundi matin. Il vaut mieux prendre un parking ouvert 5€ ou couvert 10€, car il est très difficile de trouver une place de parking dans les rues adjacentes.

• jrio639828 (2/5): Not very practical solution. - Room very small, hard to use the kitchen, you need to clean the dishes if you use them or they charge an extra, the ones in the room were poorly washed by previous guest. I wanted to leave the luggage in the storage room, but the staff leaves on sundays at 12 so no possible, had to carry the luggage to the city center with me for the rest of the day until my flight leaves.

• Hannah (6/5): - The positives, we stayed during the RugbyWorld Cup so everywhere was busy. The staff at reception were brilliant and very helpful. The room was on the yellow floor and was clean and quiet. The shower had good pressure and was always hot. Although outside the city centre, it is really easy to get about with the T2 and T4 within in a 5 minute walk. The area felt safe to walk about even late at night. The improvements (minor), the pillows were incredibly flat and not comfortable to sleep on. A shelf in the shower would be useful to put things on. Reception is bright and modern but certainly on floor 2, the first impression out the lift wasn’t the best. The red carpet is old and stained and with the black walls it looks tired and dated.

The bath / shower area has a panel missing. They are currently charging a small fortune, cashing in on the rugby world cup, but some good management would be useful.

Very Small bottle of shower gel for two. Dirty walls and just wired. A lot of unnecessary shelves in the room. A very small TV looks like a computer desktop. No English channels. Very confusing signage in the parking lot.

• neale (8/5): - A rustic, charming 200 year old farmhouse. I had a lovely stay- the host was delightful and very kind. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with homemade breads, jams and locally made cheese. Enjoyed my stay very much.
• Sarah (10/5): - Good location and easy parking. The "spa" is a jacuzzi with luke warm water and a steam room. Hallways are too dark all all room lights go out immediately when taking key out, doesnt feel safe
• Kathryn (10/5): - Absolutely top-notch customer service. Fabulous communication and great assistance when I arrived. Very friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was lovely. It is an easy 5 minute walk from the tram. The location is a little blah, not the mostbsecenic area or a tourist hot-spot, to be sure, but I felt totally safe walking my dog late in the evening. The price was great for how nice the room was, and I'd stay there again, for sure.
• Neil (8/5): One night in Lyon - I stayed one night to go and see a Europa League football match at Lyon Groupama Stadium. A decent hotel room with a small kitchen (which I didn't use). It's fairly basic but it was fine for one night's stay, perfectly adequate. It was clean and tidy. The shower in my room was cheap and falling apart, but it just about worked ok, aside from that, the room was fine. The location was fairly near the Part Dieu train station (15 mins on the tram) which we were traveling from, so it was convenient.
• HAYLEY (10/5): Nice hotel, good location - Easy check in, staff were helpful and friendlyl. Comfortable room with good facilities. The location was great and very easy to get into the central areas using tram and metro
• Steven (8/5): A few days in Lyon - I was happy with my stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms are quite small so keep this in mind when booking and I would also recommend asking for a room not facing the busy street. My room was facing the street and with the window open tended to be on the noisy side, but the with the windows closed any noise was not a problem. Overall was a comfortable stay and would stay here again if back in Lyon.
