- makhoba (3/5): Not satisfied about the cleaning, do better - we booked for 2nights,first day went to a wedding came back late the room was not cleaned called and asked why or maybe they forgot to clean but the answer was THEY CLEAN AFTER 3NIGHTS!!! Next time u should mention that on the description of the room. Clean the room after each night please!!!!

- van Blerk (5/5): - Close to beach and restaurants Toilet seat was broken missing knife and spoon ,I asked 3 x managers to replace it they informed the owner Gray but still it was not replaced Unfortunately the night club across the road has excessively load music and noisy drunk patrons who carried with music and noise until 5h30 every morning, hence one could not sleep. If it wasn't for the club our stay would have been perfect.

- Noluvuyo (4/5): Not a very pleasant one but proximity to amenities was a positive one - It was bed only, no breakfast. The staff is friendly, the place is walking distance to the beach, good restaurants and Spar. Also, public transport is just a minute walk if one does not have own transport. The passage to the suites with private bathroom is dirty, a simple tiling of the floor would give it a facelift. It was raining and the passage floor was wet, a safety hazard to the tenants. The wardrobe was tiny and squeaky when opening it. Having to chase away people making noise under your window and the noise from the night club opposite the Backpackers is not tolerable. I could not sleep over the weekend, I slept at 04.00 am on Saturday and Sunday mornings when the club closed. I fully understand that there is nothing they can do with the club but they can at least pre-warn the tenants and maybe provide earplugs.

The place offers braai area, we had a braai for dinner 🍽 😋 There was no television and bathroom in our room, we had to go to children's room to use bathroom and shower, no bath towels and bathroom door was broken😔😌 there was absolutely no privacy for using the bathroom!

- Minnie (7/5): Lorraine deserves a raise! She’s makes the environment friendly which is what it should be at a Backpackers! - Beautiful location Lorraine was absolutely exceptional during our stay. She was attentive, warm and genuinely friendly from the moment she arrived. She personally made sure we were comfortable and ensured our room was properly cleaned and prepared. Her professionalism and approachable nature truly stood out. Lorraine sets the standard for excellent customer service other staff members in the hospitality industry could learn a lot from her dedication and how she treats paying guests with care and respect! She made our experience so so much better.

- Loraine (6/5): All good, convenient. It was just the water pressure, weren’t able to shower properly. - Location was ideal and close to all the nice shops, restaurants and the beach. The aircon in the rooms were a lifesaver as the weather was very hot. We had a safe parking for our cars upstairs. We had no water pressure in our bathroom and shower. Would be nice to have a kitchen towel/ cloth for the kitchen area in the room. More toilet paper in the bathroom was needed.

- Loraine (6/5): - It was convenient and close to everything. BBQ facilities were ideal. I feel like all the rooms should have aircon. The fan didn’t help much with the weather being so hot. The shared bathrooms and shower were a little dirty. Paid a lot for a room that didn’t have its own bathroom, kitchenette and aircon.
