- Admin (6/5): - The hotel is situated in a nice location and away from the main town centre. It has a swimming pool, gym friendly for sport minded people, staff are extremely friendly and nice. It offers a decent value for money. The hotel has not been kept tidy; dirty carpets and dusty. The room doesn’t have a fridge - it is a must considering the weather. Some guests are allowed to smoke so you can smell the smoke across the corridors .. the bathroom/s have mould, and many bathroom fittings are loose. This could be a better star hotel should the management look into the above issues..

Breakfast great with so many variaty. Location not far to city. Large and beautiful swimming pool. All the staf are very polite.

- Fathur2223 (10/5): Recommend - good memories that impress when my family and I visited pekanbaru, this hotel has an old building but still looks good and luxurious. finta’s as font desk officer really helped me in getting a room according to my request, even though the hotel is old but the cleanliness is very good.

Leaking water in the bathroom -toilet facility area. Several sockets did not work. Floor in room looked very wornout although it was clean. Groundfloor no socket to be found. Staff of restaurant was nice enough to vacate one of the places where they normally gather dirty dishes as that was the only place with a free socket. They even moved a table there so that i could work there with my student. Very kind of them.The rooms need urgent refurbishing. Also strange that I could not pay for my 3 breakfasts at the counter at check-in but had to pay breakfast everyday upon entering the breakfast room. No shoppingmall in the neighbourhood.

Alot: as we entered the lobby, there is this smells like from an old house. The carpet on the coriodor was so old and the ones on the second floor to the meeting room was extremely old and need changing asap. The tv remote didnt work out. Tried to ring the reception twice with no answer.

Helpful staffs and very efficient front desk, receptionists, house-keeping, and helpers. Some of the furniture and fixtures were dated. Particularly the bed and also some smell from air cond vent. However the staffs made sure my concerns are heard and took action.

Im staying at room 605 from june 20th til 21st 2023 - The room is filthy and dirty - room smells like it was kept locked for years, i even have to buy room refreshments by my self. Couldn’t sleep at all thanks to the stinky odor. - The water heater not working - I’ve tried requesting to change room, and yet they tell me its all full - The breakfast was not just bad, its also dirty. The plate, the glasses, even the seats im seating on is WET! - I suppose to stay here for two nights but im checking out on 1st night.. don’t care if i lost my money
