Equipe muito simpática e gentil, atendem a todas as demandas. A estrutura é antiga, mas bem cuidada falta algum apoio mas nada que eles não resolvam. A localização não é ruim, mas o metrô mais proximo fica a uns 10/14 minutos andando do residence. precisa de nais luz na cozinha e no segundo quarto.

They clean the appartment each 2 days. The building is ok, surroundings is ok. There is a church playing nice bell ringing at 8 and 9 o'clock in the morning for a good mood of the day! Each morning while walking to a metro station you take a quick coffee with briosh in a nearby cafe. Recomend!

I wished they had wash machine, as our stay in Italia one month and a half, but I was able to many. 9/10 There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. The staff was above and beyond helpful. This is our third time in this city, and this was by far the best hosting experience.

Et il y a un super resto à proximité que je conseille (Trattoria Mirta) - pensez à réserver - ainsi qu'une excellente Gelateria (Chez Gianni). Logement un peu vieillot et la deco manque de chaleur, mais c'est quand même très bien !

Es un sitio silencioso, lo único que se escuchaba el baño de al lado como si estuviera encima tuya. como crítica constructiva, las almohadas eran demasido bajas para nuestro gusto quizas debería de haber diferentes tipos de almohadas y no que todas fueran iguales. Además, cada vez que alguien encendía el grifo o tiraba de la cisterna se escuchaba como si estuviera al lado.

There is a reception, and the staff is helpful. The apartment is a complete flat, bedroom, dining room, small kitchen, bathroom. It seemed, thet the furniture was repainted, the parquet was quite worn. The bathroom was clean, but could do with a renovation.

Utilisation des plaques de cuisine compliquée, bruits des ascenseurs et des voisins. Cuisine minuscule . Un peu loin du centre. Taxe d'habitation plus élevée que je ne pensais. La personne de l'accueil aurait pu expliquer l'utilisation de la cuisine.

• PREDRAG (9/5): Odlican apartman za boravak u Milanu - Apartman se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji, u mirnom kraju, blizu autobuske i metro stanice, a do samog centra moze da se stigne laganom setnjom za 50-ak minuta. Samoposluga je na bukvalno 5 minuta i to sa odlicnim radnim vremenom. Nas apartman se nalazio na sedmom spratu i imali smo ogromnu terasu na kojoj smo dosta boravili. Kreveti su sjajni a jastuci vrhunski (pogotovu ako vam to kaze neko ko je operisao kicmu par puta). Sjajna stvar jeste sto i u lobiju postoji kafemat gde mozete u svakom trenutku kupiti kafu, vodu, sok. Zadnjeg dana naseg boravka, osoblje je bilo toliko ljubazno da su nam cuvali kofere do naseg polaska na aerodrom. Cak su nam i vode za put drzali u frizideru da imamo kako da se osvezimo. Apsolutno za svaku preporuku. -

• Alessandro (8/5): Nice apartament in Milano - Nice apartament not so far from Milano Central Station. There's a small kitchen in the apartment, but unlucky, there's no dish, fork, spoon, knife, or cooking pot, so it's quite useless. I would also add in the apartament a full body mirror :)

Результат лучше ожиданий. Угрюмый цвет стен и недостаточно освещения, но у меня была не солнечная сторона, а я люблю солнце)

I did not expect such a huge place for the price they offered me and it was like living in a suite. Loved the ambince setting of the rooms, I had my own walkin closet which was so cool. The lady at the recepetion was so friendly and welcoming. The front lobby was like a chillout zone. If you want a private location and to chill, come to this place. There will be some sounds from the other flats like the bathroom flushes or water but its normal in Europe as all the buildings are connected. But when its quiet , you will sleep like a baby. Its not someting the owners can do about it but expect it and chill !!

Cinque anni fa, quando studiavo a Milano, ho soggiornato in un appartamento simile: mi dava la sensazione di essere a casa ed era pieno di stile artistico. La cucina, il soggiorno, la doccia e la camera da letto sono tutti accoglienti e molto puliti. Il personale alla reception è estremamente cortese, in particolare un signore gentile che è stato molto paziente, parla un inglese eccellente e ha un ritmo di conversazione che mette a proprio agio gli ospiti non madrelingua. Ti spiega attentamente come usare le chiavi, come portare i bagagli con l'ascensore fino al piano della tua camera e come prendere l'autobus. Tornerò sicuramente qui la prossima volta che sarò a Milano. I really like this apartment hotel; it represents the taste of Milan and Italy perfectly. Five years ago, when I was studying in Milan, I stayed in a similar apartment—it gave me a sense of home and was very artistic. The kitchen, living room, shower, and bedroom are all very cozy and extremely clean. The front desk staff are very polite, especially a kind gentleman who was very patient, spoke excellent English, and spoke at a pace that made non-native guests feel at ease. He carefully demonstrated how to use the keys, how to take the luggage to your floor via the elevator, and how to use the bus. The next time I return to Milan, I will choose to stay here again.

• Simon (5/5): Average place, but average price - The staff were helpful and it was spacious. The hot water didn’t work at the start, but got fixed. The shower head was so bad. The worst shower head ever. The bed was pretty bad. The air con kept stopping and eventually I worked out you couldn’t have the bedroom on with the lounge room one off, they both needed to be on or off. The kitchen sink water came put brown when I first used it so didn’t touch the water again after that. Overall pretty average but you get what you pay for.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt very old. Soft but hard and lumpy at the same time. The shower head was disconnected from the tap. There was a kitchen so I brought food but there was zero cutlery.
