Nicht gefallen hat: dass die Bade-WC-zimmertür nicht gut zu schließen war. ...dass der Deckel des Siphons im Badezimmer immer verrutscht ist. ....dass die Hand- und Badetücher täglich getauscht wurden, auch wenn sie aufgehängt waren. ...dass der Frühstücksraum zu klein war. ....dass wir lt. Buchung einen Blick in den Garten haben sollten und tatsächlich auf einen Parkplatz geschaut haben.

- Monica (8/5): - In generale tutto L unico neo della struttura è che dicono che hanno a disposizione parcheggio interno alla struttura.questo è vero .ma non dicono che dalla sera check in ( arrivati alle 20.30))alla mattina check out (partenza alle 11 ) solo il parcheggio ha un costo di €24,00.per trovare queste informazioni deve andare quasi in fondo alla pagina dell’albergo sui loro servizi. Booking non menziona niente.

Sinceramente in fase di prenotazione non lo avevo capito. Scomodo per il bar e la piscina interna ubicate nel corpo centrale. Il posto auto costa 24 euro al giorno sia per il garage che per il posto auto in cortile. Pulizie sufficienti niente di più. Informazioni molto sommarie ricevute dagli addetti alla reception.

Персонал приветливый и гостеприимный, быстро решают все неудобства чтоб вы чувствовали себя комфортно, рецепция достойна всех похвал, спасибо им за их труд. Завтраки были вкусные и достаточные., хочется поблагодарить поваров и официантов. Так же уборка номеров была качественная и незаметна для нас. Всем рекомендую. Спасибо, приедем ещё.

Hotellet ligger i ena ändan av Portoroz vilket gör att det tar lite tid att ta sig till andra hotell och till Piran om man råkar ha ärende dit. Rummet var inte helt tyst.

Die Tiefgarage müsste definitiv dabei sein, , also im Preis inbegriffen.. oder zumindest für Elektroautos eine kostenlose Möglichkeit!

- Aleš (8/5): - Free upgrade to deluxe suite was a nice surprise, staff was friendly, room was extremely big. Great location - close to beach, newly built recreational courses and shop. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good. Floor boards on balcony were mostly torn, chairs were dirty, not a deluxe level of cleanliness. Also there is a full kitchen with dishwasher and water heater but there's nothing in it - not even coffee mugs, just two water glasses.

- Nastassia (9/5): Wunderschöner Urlaub. - Der Service war exzellent, die Lage in der Nähe von vielen Spielplätzen und sehr nah am Strand, einfach perfekt für uns. Das Frühstück vor allem dank der slowenischen Spezialitäten wirklich lecker und das gesamte Hotel war immer sehr sauber. Außerdem waren sie sehr tierfreundlich. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort und da war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis perfekt, wie es in der Hauptsaison ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. In der Beschreibung steht nichts darüber, dass sie eigentlich nur kleine Hunde akzeptieren und vor allem nur in bestimmten Zimmerkategorien. Ein vorheriger Austausch mit der Rezeption ist empfehlenswert, wenn man mit einem Hund anreist.

- Vaszolyi (9/5): - Az elhelyezkedés kiváló és a reggeli pékárú kenyér kávé nagyon finom volt. A többi meleg étel egyhangú. Superior szobában a wcben le volt esve a törölközőtartó és ki volt szakadva a wc ülőke. Nem volt sminktükör pedig hatalmas a fürdő és az ágyak mellett kevés a konnektor pedig mindenki ma már töltés miatt igényli. Utolsó napon reggel 8kor egy férfi dolgozó kopogás nélkül nyitott be a szobánkba és elnézést sem kért. Az élőzene esti hangulat nagyon hiányzik legalább hétvégén a szálloda bárban.
