• Stout (3/5): Not worth 40 dollars per night let alone 20. - Location was fine and the air conditioner worked good Ants everywhere and the photos did not look like the listing. At 1130 this morning they were ringing the phone and then came and banged on the door for me to leave. I was on the toilet and I was like go away check out is at 12. He’s like it is almost 12. I’m like I still have 30 minutes I’m on the toilet. Very rude. The chairs and walls are filthy

• Huynh (4/5): It just average provided basic things for couple day stay - Location is good, you can walk to markets, good food nearby. Staff is friendly and supportive Noisy location although our room is in quiet area away from street. No free breakfast. It seems there were a lot of stuff in the hotel used as storage area.

• Esmeralda (7/5): Convenient for short stay - Strategic place. Near with halal restaurants, all toiletries provided so i can light up my things. The staffs were friendly. Got mini refrigerator, hairdyer slippers and hangers My room is not sound proof, noisy outside the room, even the lift bell i can easily hear. Water draining slow in the sink and shower room.
• Sandra (6/5): Good location/ staff, but basically uncomfortable hard beds - Good Location, very nice staff. Air conditioning worked well. Small frig for meds was nice to have. Beds were pretty hard an uncomfortable. Lock box was brought to our room. But you didn’t feel comfortable leaving stuff in it as it was light weight and easy to to carry off. And not secured in place.
• Levente (7/5): It’s ok for one night only. - Very good location, next to Ben Thanh market. The staff were kind and helpful. The neighbourhood was so noisy all day and night. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. Even flushing a toilet above you.

• Cuong (8/5): - location was the best , easy to navigate around the area and also convenient to get basic things you need for daily use. Room was okay but shower room floor kind of slipped when it’s wet , hopefully they would change to different tile flooring to prevent accident.

Peanut peddler in front of the hotel 😅.. just be careful of him..do not take if he give to you to taste.. strictly dont take any if you dont have plan to buy..😉 take my advice..

• Gu (9/5): Surprisingly well-maintained hotel - - Surprisingly well maintained for its price - Excellent location just next to Bến Thành market - Might get noisy at night from adjacent activity (ex. Karaoke, construction sound) - Small ants observed, which may be quite common in such a hotel like this - I needed to ask the counter to power on the air conditioner, meaning that it was not readily available upon checkin. - When I wanted to check-in a bit early (10 minutes before), the counter provided a false explanation that I need to wait for about 10-20 minutes 'to fix the air conditioner'. Much better if the counter honestly asked me to wait, rather than making an incorrect statement. - I didn't appreciate a painting in my room that was a bit 'inappropriate' in my point of view'.🫣
• Andrew (6/5): A reasonable hotel ruined by poor running, would not return - The room we eventually got was fine. The staff were kind and friendly but sadly unable to resolve the management incompetency. I can’t remember writing a negative review before. We didn’t get the room we had booked, it had no window. All the pictures of the type we booked showed a window. They upgraded us, but only for a night then we were moved again to another room. Both these rooms were fine. We arranged for some washing. It was the most expensive we have paid and was returned damp and the white things were now blue. Items had to be thrown away. We haven’t had this problem elsewhere. When we arrived we were asked how we would pay and we said debit card. Three days later the machine didn’t work and we had to rush around trying to draw out the cash. The poor receptionist was embarrassed.

We stay for 5 days n we did not get any free bottle drink but was ask to paid for the bottled drink we took from the fridge.

The hotel is conveniently situated near Ben Thanh Market, Malaysia Street, and other key tourist attractions in District 1. It takes around 35 to 40 minutes to reach the airport via Grab or taxi. The area is safe to walk at night, with nearby convenience stores, coffee shops, and plenty of halal food options. Service: Good. The receptionist spoke good English, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Breakfast: Not provided. Water Pressure: Strong and consistent Room & Amenities: The room has two power outlets, one conveniently located near the bed. The TV offers plenty of English channels, and the air conditioning works well according to your preference. Housekeeping: Daily. Overall: I was totally satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Highly recommended for families.

We can put our luggage & rest at the lobby after check out while waiting for transport to pick up at 3.30 pm. The hotel easily arranged transport to the airport. The toilet door at the lobby is not good & no dustbin. Half of the lobby area is occupied with other customers' parcels.
