Kfir (7/5): מלון במיקום טוב ללא יתרונות נוספים. לאור המתחרים באותו האזור- לא הייתי ממליץ - המיקום מעולה, המיטות נוחות וארוחת הבוקר (שהיתה במלון אחר) הייתה סה"כ טובה. למקום אין חנייה משלו (במלון במרכז תל אביב שעולה לא מעט חנייה מהווה שיקול מרכזי). המיזוג בחדר לא אפשר לקרר, והחדר היה מחניק כך שהשהות בו היתה מאתגרת... הגקוז'י (שהעלה את מחיר החדר) היה קטן, כך שאדם אחד מתקשה לשבת בנוחות בתוכו.

Amit (2/5): מאכזב - המיקום היה מעולה ובגלל שחגגנו יומולדת הביאו לנן במתנה בקבוק שמפניה ומקרונים החדר לא היה נקי במיוחד, במקלחת הרגשנו צורך להיות עם כפכפים והזרם היה מאוד חלש עם מים לא כל כך חמים. השירותים עצמם הם עם זכוכית חלבית אז אין יותר מדי פרטיות. רצינו שמיכה נוספת אז לקחנו אחת שהייתה בארון בחדר רק כדי לגלות שהיא מלוכלכת ממש ובריח לא טוב, גם הסדינים עצמם היו עם קצת כתמים. ובנוגע למיקום, אומנם המיקום טוב אבל בצמוד למלון יש מלון דירות ומגיע ממנו רעש ממש חזק שמרגיש כאילו האנשים בדיקה ליד נמצאים איתנו בחדר. דבר נוסף שהיה מאכזב מאוד זה היחס מאחד מעובדי המלון: הזמנו שני משלוחים של וולט לחדר, באף אחד מהם לא נתן לשליחים להיכנס ועשה בעיות עם להעביר את המשלוח אלינו/ להתקשר לחדר אפילו ושאנחנו נרד לקחת אותו ובמשלוח השני אף צעק ברמה שבאותו הרגע רצינו לסיים את השהות…. מיותר לציין שהיה מאכזב ושלא נחזור..

Had an attitude and Made me pay for bottled water at the end ( arent the first two usually free) i gave him 50 shekels for a bill of 30 and he looks at me and says with a shrug no change.

irit (7/5): - עשיתי צ'ק אין מאוחר. שומר/פקיד הקבלה ניל נחמד במיוחד, התקשר אליי לוודא מה שלומי, מתי אגיע והסביר לי היכן הכי משתלם להחנות. החדר היה נקי ושקט. משהו בשירותים לא היה הכי אסטטי. לא היו שולחן וכיסא קטנים שהיה עוזר הרבה יותר מאשר הכורסא הקטנה, נגיד בשביל לשבת לכתוב או לאכול.

Alexander (9/5): Cool hotel in city centre - Very accommodating staff! Arrived at 4am after flights were delayed. Clear instructions were left on how to pick up keys and access the lobby. Lovely free breakfast in the cafe next door and very friendly staff who let me check out late, which meant that I could get some sleep, have a leisurely breakfast and a nice long shower! Room was clean, really nice bathroom and well stocked with shower gel! A perfect start to my trip to Tel Aviv! Room was small! But as I really didn't spend much time in it other than to sleep and shower, this really wasn't a problem.

Ron (9/5): ממש היה נופש מפנק ומלכד, מה שהיינו צריכים - המיקום נהדר, קרוב לרוטשילד ולנחלת בינימין, בלילה הרחובות הסמוכים הופכים לברחוב אחד ענק, השירות ענה על ציפיותינו. החדר שודרג, והיה אף טוב יותר ממה שציפינו, מרווח ונוח. ארוחת בוקר טובה וטעימה. עוד שקע חשמלי ליד המיטה. מחיר ארוחת הבוקר גבוה באופן יחסי (ניתן למצוא ארוחת בוקר זוגית ב 130 ש"ח בסביבה, לא הגון לגבות 150 על כך)

The staff is pleasant and helpful. It has a modest cheque. Have seen better air-conditioning especially in August.

Unfortunately we received a not so pleasant welcome at the check-in from the receptionist who is apparently also the security guard…? Also, weak A/C which is a big problem in the Israeli summer. Dead cockroach on the floor. The faucet in the toilet is covered in limescale. By the time we went to sleep - a bothersome repetitive beep sound from the reception (which our room was nearby) that went on all night long because of a broken smoke detector in one of the rooms.

Dale (9/5): Superb - the decor of the room was very nice,the bed was extremely comfortable I tried to figure out what kind of mattress it was it was wonderful ! I wish they had washcloths that was something what was missing in my room!
