Obsługa klienta- jak na hotel 4* bardzo na niskim poziomie. Można się czuć jak gość miłe niewidziany, niepoinformowany o podstawowych usługach obiektu ( a w ofercie jest np. SPA). Śniadania bardzo przeciętne, z bardzo niesmaczną kawą. Restauracja czynna do godziny 21.00- zatem o 20.00 nie można liczyć już na miłą obsługę ( pani kelnerka mało sympatyczna- sposób obsługi- jak z baru mlecznego). Hotel reklamuje się jako dom wina- a nie ma możliwości serwowania wina na lampki.

- Lars (7/5): Overall, while there are some lovely aspects to this hotel, the negatives — particularly in terms of service, spa experi - The location is beautiful, and the building itself has a lot of charm. The breakfast room is particularly lovely with all the plants. The bathroom taps were not functioning as expected. The spa experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The wine jacuzzi (45 EUR) did not meet expectations at all — the photos suggested an outdoor setting, but in reality it was located in a small, rather claustrophobic room. The tub was quite noisy, and the overall setup (just a chair and little ambiance) did not justify the price. The restaurant experience was also not up to standard. One of the waiters was quite rude and initially unwilling to accommodate dietary restrictions. Only after speaking with another staff member were we able to find a solution. Additionally, we were seated right next to a coffee machine with stacks of mugs, which felt out of place and not in line with what you would expect from a restaurant of this level.

- Monika (10/5): - Wchodząc na stronę www, znalazłam zdanie Gospodarzy: "taka jest rola dworu, ugościć przyjaciół i dać im to, co gospodarze mają najlepszego". I tak było, dwór przepiękny, gustownie urządzony z wszelkimi detalami, pokoje urządzone ze smakiem, komfortowe łóżko, można poczuć się jak w innej epoce. A śniadania to prawdziwa uczta, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, świeże warzywa, pasty, wędliny, sery, koktaje i bardzo smaczna kawa. Obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie. Dziękujemy za udany pobyt.

Ik vond de afstand naar Krakau overkomelijk, maar je moet wel een auto ter beschikking hebben. En het is heel fijn om na het bezoek van een drukke stad in deze rustige omgeving te vertoeven.

- Michał (2/5): Katastrofa - Jedyny plus to jedzenie na kolacji w restauracji Absolutnie wszystko, zdjęcia na booking wcale nie odpowiadają temu co można zastać na miejscu. Mam wrażenie że nie sprzątają. W każdej części wspólnej pełno liści, pajęczyn. W dniu przyjazdu naczynia na basenie od 16 do następnego poranka nie zostały sprzątnięte. Nigdy nie byłem w gorszym 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Obsługa hotelu nie ma szans ze powie dzień dobry czy uśmiechnie się. Czułem się tam niechciany. Nie ma miejsca żeby usiąść na zewnątrz a bardziej „czystego” miejsca żeby usiąść. Czuję się po prostu oszukany, wykupując tam 3 noce chciałem odpocząć w ciszy, warunki tam spotkane były tak słabe że wyjechałem po jednej nocy mając zapłacone za cały pobyt. Hotel oczywiście nie chciał w jakiś sposób się dogadać i nie oddał grosza. Przed przyjazdem poinformowałem hotel że przyjadę z psem, dostałem odpowiedź że jest to płatne 50 zł za dobę, po sprawdzeniu na ich stronie gdzie widnieje informacja że przy 3 dobach pobyt pieska gratis, odpisałem im to. Dopiero wtedy stwierdzili że będzie gratis, jakbym nie szukał informacji na stronie pewnie by mnie skasowali na 150 zl, czułem się że ewidentnie chcą mnie oszukać. Najgorszy pobyt w moim życiu.

- Zofia Roś (2/5): Przyjechałam odpocząć, wyjechałam jeszcze bardziej zmęczona. - Lokalizacja fantastyczna, piękne wnętrza. Niestety to tyle. Nie zostaliśmy poinformowani, że w czasie naszego pobytu w obiekcie będzie odbywało się wesele. Poza hałasem, wiązało się to m.in. z tym, że kuchnia działała w ograniczonym zakresie. Popołudniu chcieliśmy napić się kawy, po kilkunastu minutach ignorowania nas przez obsługę zrezygnowaliśmy, wróciliśmy o 20 - zgodnie z zapowiedzią miała być wtedy możliwość zamówienia kolacji. I była, ale w biegu, z kuchni dobiegały nas nerwowe dyskusje personelu... Jednak największym nieporozumieniem okazal się pokój, który dostaliśmy, połączony z innym jakimiś zamkniętymi drzwiami - skutkowało to tym, że do 2 nad ranem nie dało się spać przez głośne rozmowy gości z sąsiedniego pokoju. 3 interwencje na recepcji nie odniosły skutku, nie było innego wolnego pokoju ani chociażby zatyczek do uszu. W pokoju nie było też klimatyzacji, tylko głośny wentylator, a ze względu na trwające wesele "spaliśmy" (to dużo powiedziane) przy zamkniętym oknie - w połowie sierpnia, w małym pokoju było to umiarkowanie komfortowe. Czystość pokoju też pozostawia sporo do życzenia, rozumiem, że można zapomnieć o opróżnieniu kosza po poprzednich gościach, ale warstwa kurzu na szafce nocnej czy brudne naczynia to lekka przesada, zwłaszcza za te pieniądze. Poza tym z basenu ze względu na imprezę też nie można było skorzystać. Żałujemy, bo miejsce jest piękne, ale nie mamy ochoty wracać.

- Liliisc (9/5): Impresionante y encantador - Un edificio de época impresionante, super tranquilo, con unos paisajes preciosos, buen desayuno, se puede aparcar el coche sin problema y además gratis. Que la primera noche había un evento privado cerca de nuestra habitación, con el ruido que eso conlleva y no pararon hasta casi las dos de la mañana. El resto de días fue todo muy tranquilo.

- Michał (10/5): - Jest wyjątkowy, gustowny, zadbany z bogatą historią. Położenie niespotykane, w pięknym „parku” Basen z widokiem na góry. Przepiękna okolica. Polecam do wypadów na rower. Podwójne łóżko było ekstremalnie małe. Nie sposób się było wygodnie wyspać.

- Alicja (10/5): Miło i przyjemnie. Z małymi niedociągnięciami. - Byliśmy z przyjaciółką z niedzieli na poniedziałek. Było pusto i przyjemnie, pokoje czyste, obiekt cudownie utrzymany. Czysto wszędzie i jakość wszelkich detali na najwyższym poziomie. Dostałyśmy śniadanie indywidualnie, bo zostałyśmy jako 2 ostatnie z całego obiektu, Pani nas obsługująca była przemiła, bardzo profesjonalna, przyniosła nam mix śniadaniowy z uśmiechem i ogromną uprzejmością. Jedyne zastrzeżenia mam do obsługi baru w niedziele. Pani była bardzo zajęta, mając 2 stoliki i mówiąc że musimy czekać, bo ma do wydania 2 cappuccino i ptysia, po czym dostałyśmy Aperola za 35 zł z 2 kostkami lodu i całości 100 ml , to niestety nieporozumienie. Oraz Basen mógłby być też czyszczony regularnie z liści i robaków itp.
- Piotr (7/5): - Bardzo poprawny pobyt, miłe miejsce, właściwie bez zarzutu. Niepokojonym i niezauważonym przez nikogo można odpocząć. Ogromny potencjał, ale nie do końca wykorzystany poprzez brak "kropki nad i" - bardzo grzeczne przyjęcie w recepcji, ale żeby ktoś się uśmiechnął poza tym lub przywitał kolejnego dnia...; restauracja z nagrodami, ale żeby podczas śniadania coś zapadło w pamięć - na pewno nie ciasto z "Biedronki"

- Anna R. (9/5): Cisza, spokój, klimat eleganckiego dworu, stare drzewa w parku, alejki. Super klimat. Super obsługa. - Śniadanie przepyszne, urozmaicone, świeże, smaczne, podane w pięknej oranżerii. Ciasto, kawa i owoce dopełniły nasze potrzeby. zewnętrzny, urokliwy basen. Ławeczki i leżaki na zewnątrz. Można tu dobrze odpocząć z dala od miejskiego hałasu.
