Les propriétaires sont des personnes très sympathiques qui nous ont donnés de bon conseils pour visiter l’île. L’hôtel est propre, tout est bien entretenu, le petit dej est top. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

My business is suffering a lot, I knew I had to find ideas to boost it, but failed... Then I came back to Koh Samui and of course in Sallamai Resort. This place is so quiet, magical, peaceful, breakfast are hand made and so delicious! And the hosts!! Believe it or no.. I find new ideas, my team si super motivated and my clients happy!! Thank you Sallamai!! Always Ever!!
• Mark_Bath_UK (8/5): Quiet, bijou but not too far from the coast - Great hosts are what make the Sallamai. A trip to an elephant sanctuary booked on our behalf turned out to be one of the highlights of the holiday. The only meal served at the Sallamai is breakfast but there are eatery options a 15 minute walk away by the beach. The lane down to the coast road can be very dark so best to take a torch. There is a clean swimming pool on-site and there is also a small bar. Our hosts were kind enough to provide us with another room on the day that we left as we had a later flight. The Sallamai is around half an hour from Koh Samui airport by taxi or car.
• simonb236 (10/5): Dream Trip To Koh Samui with Family - We had an amazing time in Sallamai Resort. Bruno and Isabelle are great hosts, with some nice recommendations on restaurants options + activities not to be missed on the island. The resort has 10 rooms, is located In Lamai area, nice beach close by. We rented a car for the whole trip, needed as a family of 5, Scooter is also a great option to move around. Breakfast cooked by Isabelle in the morning under the sun, perfect way to star the day. Would definitely return to Sallamai if we have the chance to come back to Koh Samui ! recommended for couple and families !
• 328angelinam (10/5): Great place to stay with friends and families - Room is super clean, and no mosquitoes. Location is easy to reach anywhere you want to go. Its a very cozy and comfy place to stay. The owner always give us suggestions for going to good places to eat and visit. Will definitely come back.
• FlorencePaget (10/5): Just the Best Ever - It is quite difficult to describe this lovely place because it has been always an awesome experience!! Only 10 rooms, super quiet, super service, lovely host, amazing breakfast, very well located in Lamai, very close to anything, always good advises from the owners. It is our 4th time in Sallamai Resort and I already book next Xmas holidays there with my friends coming from Paris. Bruno & Isabelle, the French owners, always know the best places and activities to recommend you.. what else Should you stay?!
• XIXthCenturyTerroris (10/5): Return trip to lovely Sallamai - I had stayed here previously while visiting Samui. It was an easy decision to return here to stay another 22 nights on a cycling holiday Bruno and Isabelle are great hosts and once again I was looked after very well. They give great advice for looking around the island and I have to give a special mention to their knowledge of where to eat in Lamai. Every recommendation for food was better than the last one :) Breakfast is very good and the overall value for the room and breakfast combined make the Sallamai great value for money. Rooms are basic but clean and Wifi was good throughout the hotel. The hotel and surroundings are very quiet and on a quiet road. Probably about a 15-20 minute walk to the main area of Lamai. I always rent a scooter through the hotel which is easy to do. I hope to be back asap!
• FlorianS9301 (10/5): Cute little resort for exploring Koh Samui - We stayed there 4 nights in order to enjoy & explore Koh Samui and had a great time. Our days started with an amazing breakfast and afterwards either walking to the beach (about 10 minutes walk) or exploring the island with a scooter. Bruno and Isabelle had great suggestions for dinner and helped with organizing our activities (they organized our scooters and transfer to Koh Panghan). Our room was nice & simple and very clean. The staff was also very lovely & helpful. We would choose Sallamai Resort again!

• eda_ecan (10/5): Great hotel - I went to Salamai Resort for a few days and had a great time with my friends. Nothing was wrong. I definitely recommend you this place if you go to Koh Samui. This hotel is beautiful and the staff is really helpful and friendly. They gave us lot of tips, they are so welcoming. My room was nice and really clean. Then, the breakfast was delicious, the jam is homemade (more than delicious), you won’t be disappointed for sure! Unfortunately, with my friends we went to Koh Phangan where we could have stayed only 3 days. So enjoy longer in Koh Samui but it’s with great pleasure that I will return to Salamai Resort. Thank you to Isabelle and Bruno and the staff for everything.

• PAD19741974 (6/5): Poor location Lamai Beach not ideal for swimming - It was a trip we really looked forward to. The resort is small and has just over 10 rooms. The resort is run by a French couple who are friendly and welcoming. We really looked forward to swim in the sea. The beach and Lamai is very polluted and dirty. The resort is hidden and it is difficult and dark at night to get back. Overall we felt it was not what we were expecting from this trip. It was just ok.

• bruceron (10/5): Great little B and B - Nice hosts and staff, lovely room with sea view and great balcony, excellent breakfast (with two resident wild birds partaking!) and very good value for money. Easy walk to restaurants but not quite as easy coming back in the dark due to traffic! That said, overall an excellent stay, can thoroughly recommend.
• Ray755 (8/5): Lovely place to stay - We stayed for 5 nights in early January and had a really enjoyable time. The hosts and the staff were really nice and helpful. While we were there there was a tropical storm (unusual for January in Koh Samui) and the staff did not miss a beat ensuring every thing was ok.

• Nellienooo (10/5): Perfect - Beautiful resort peaceful and tranquil, immaculate grounds and the room we had was an ocean view with a spa tub on the balcony, the room was comfortable the out door space perfect , breakfast was included which was delicious, but above all Hugo Isabelle and all the staff were beyond helpful from where to eat to hiring the scooter and the best places to visit, the road to it only taxis will access not the tuk tuk but that’s no problem, perfect place far away from the centre but close enough to all restaurants and bars without the noise. X

We wanted to check out one day earlier, what was not a problem at all. Absolutely recommended if you search a home aside the crowdy tourist area!

Sallamai Resort service met all our expectations : - very welcoming and nice staff - good quality accomodation with great breakfast, nice home made yogurt and cakes ;) - quiet place and nice view on Lamai - very easy access to good restaurants with great variety of food - convinient location to discover south part of the island and the mountain center part Moreover, the owners, Isabelle and Bruno, were quick to understand our wishes. They gave us plenty of good advise and were very helpfull to arrange nice day trips to Koh Tan and Angthong. Entfernung zum Meer: 600 m, zum Stadtzentrum Lamai: 1,2 km. Roller können kostengünstig vom Hotel gemietet werden. Frühstück ist liebevoll angerichtet und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, sauber und mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank ausgestattet.

Isabelle et Bruno nous on tres bien accueilli et conseillé sur tout activitées, endroit ou encore restaurant. Bruno connais la carte Sur le bout des doigts ce qui a été un vrai plus car on a pu éviter les pièges à touriste pour notre premiere fois en Thaïlande.l'hotel se trouve à 5 minutes en scooter de la plage, boutique, restaurant.ceela faisait un bien fou d'être si proche de tout mais à la fois au calme dans une détente absolu.apres une journée plage ou visite ya pas mieux.isabelle et Bruno se font si discret que l'on se sent tout à fait à l'aise un peu comme à la maison, mais tout autant à l'écoute si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu que ce soit dans les chambre ou à l'extérieur, la piscine est nettoyé tout les matin. Dans la chambre il y a tout se qu'il faut. La literie est impeccable on a si bien dormi sans parler du petit déjeuné d'Isabelle et de ses confiture maisons exquise.npus avons tout simplement hâte d'y retourner mais avec notre petite fille pour la prochaine fois car l'endroit est tout à fait adapté pour les enfants.mille merci à Isabelle et Bruno de personne fort sympathique qui nous on fait passer de super vacances au sein de leur établissement.une petite pensée au si mignon chat blanc. • VOLNEI CARLOS (8/5): - Hotel preço justo, tranquilo, limpo, quarto grande. Fica em uma região alta, para quem está a pé precisa de um pouquinho de esforço. Possuem motos pequenas para alugar, orientam sobre passeios,etc. Hotel estilo europeu, onde os donos administram, ficam lá das 08:00 até as 20:00 horas, depois cada hóspede possui chave para entrar. Café da manhã simples, estilo americano.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Very tranquil yet close to the town nice to relax in the pool which was well maintained.We were surprised we were the only UK guests,all of the other guests were French which although not a problem we would have liked to have chatted to other UK guests.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Great hotel but things to consider - Hotel itself can't fault. Very friendly staff, especially owners, always ready to give advise and also offer it. Scooter hire at hotel, jacuzzi in delux rooms. Buffet breakfast very good, eggs to order, fruit, juice and tea/coffee. Few things to bear in mind though. 1. The hotel is around a 20min walk to the beach, and a 10min downhill walk to the main Lamai road. 2. If walking back after dark, a torch will be needed as their are 2 short sections on the road leading to the hotel that are unlit. 3. Their are a pack of local dogs near the hotel on the way back from the main road that may harass walkers, so for those scared of dogs, you should avoid walking to the hotel. 4. Wifi in the room is intermittent.
• Erin (10/5): Relaxing Retreat - The location of Sallamai Resort was great, far enough away from the busy streets, but a quick 10min walk to the restaurants and beach. We felt relaxed and safe staying there, the atmosphere was pleasant, the breakfast was lovely and our room was spacious and clean. The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly and made our stay great!
• lise (10/5): Very homy feeling. Like visiting relatives. - The room has everything you need, bed is comfortable, ac works fine, the place is quiet and the general layout is zen. Location is central and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Amazing spa just a block away. Breakfast is perfect with amazing omelette and (if you are lucky) the best fresh homemade Fromage blanc.....
