• sanotra (8/5): Recommend to everyone who want to save some and stay in Banff - Property was well maintained the mattress was very soft bed was making noise when you toast n turn . Love it that it has separate rooms for females Bed could be better . The property was amazing location was awesome .

• PabloAns (6/5): Only for 1 or 2 nights. - The best part was having a private bedroom with a private bathroom (I rented a room with 4 beds), and the staff were friendly. The kitchen has ample storage space, but it could have been cleaner. The rooms were not clean, and the mattresses were uncomfortable. The kitchen was a mess, with an extremely old sponge and no detergent, and overall unclean. I didn't see any housekeeping staff during my stay. It felt more like a lived-in place than a tourist accommodation.

• Nina (7/5): Séjour agréable ! - L'emplacement est idéal, dans le centre de Banff et proche de tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. L'organisation est facile. Il y a un parking gratuit où j'ai toujours eu de la place. L'ambiance était un peu particulière parce que d'autres personnes vivaient dans la chambre sur une période plus longue que des vacances.

• Bratz (9/5): Súper ubicado - La limpieza y el lugar fue tranquilo, también hubo espacio de Parqueo. Nos dijeron el horario de desayuno pero no que era auto servicio. No había quien nos dijera en donde estaban las cosas, ninguna dirección al resp3.

• Allane Rafaele (9/5): Affordable stay at Banff - - Each bunk bed has a curtain for privacy - Appreciate the breakfast consisting of coffee, milk, orange juice, bread, jams, peanut butter, hazelnut, and a selected baked good of the day - Each room has its own toilet, shower, and separate sink, so it doesn't feel as "shared" as other places - Room has a fridge, smart TV, hair dryer - Staff and reception are open until 11 PM, so I was able to check in that late - Can leave luggage before check in and after check out - Walk-able to Banff downtown and near the Roam route 1 bus stop - Convenience store is just across the street (Shell) - No amenities to expect like towels, shampoo, body soap/wash - Pillow is thin and is not substantial - If your room is located on the first floor, footsteps can be felt/heard on the room above it, depending on the guests staying

Needs a renovation to get rid of the smell. - Some of the staff were very friendly and did their best to be supportive and respectful. The overall cleanliness of the kitchen was smelly and dirty. There seemed to be a challenge for this location in the winter hosting young people for extended time frames who wouldn't clean up after themselves in the shared spaces which I understand is a challenge. Perhaps knowing this trend, the hostel could staff the kitchen for cleaning and put visitors with the same agenda in the same rooms. Like do you want to stay up late to party or be up early for the hill. I felt badly for a visitor from another country trying to get to the ski hill early sharing a room with a rowdy party girl who came in from the bar in the middle of the night.

• Laressa (7/5): Great value for money! - The lamp and shelf by every bed was fantastic, and the multi boards have usb slots for charging phone which was great so you aren't fighting for a space to fit your wall socket. Loved that there was parking - minimal availability but I did manage to get parking! The blankets sucked, it would keep falling out of its cover or getting bunched in a corner. Pillows kinda sucked. The room was way too warm - people kept opening the window even though the sign said not to be when I woke up at 3am I discovered why! and thats with someone opening the window after I fell asleep! Was also kinda sad I was given a top bunk when the bottom bunk was empty.
• Tetiana (8/5): Якщо ти їдеш сам чи з малою родиною то це місце ідеальне - Жили ми з малою дитиною, 4 дні, в нас було все що необхідне, в номері є кухня, яка має все необхідне для приготування їжі, також ми скористалися можливістю та приготували барбекю який стоїть у маленькому затишному дворику де можна розслабитися та відпочити. Адміністрація дуже відчлива та залюбки допоможе вам у всіх ваших питаннях та турбується про вашу безпеку та спокій. Розташування хостелу непогане на головній дорозі, з нього легко дістатися куди вам заманеться навіть громадським транспортом. В загальному немає зауважень але на вечір увімкнули опалення та було дуже спекотно вікно не могли лишити відкритими бо воно до самої підлоги та це небезпечно для дитини. Є в номері кондиціонер але він має запах тому його невмикали. І ще було б добре якщо мали б стільчик для годування дитини, це можна було б додати для зручності.
