- Bruno (8/5): - Staff is very polite, views for the city are great, very good hotel shop with lots of nice products and amazing breakfast, mixing japanese and western standards. Rooms were small and with old fashioned bathrooms, more of motel style then a 4-star hotel. Also, the only option for dinner after 9pm was the Lawson shop 15 min walk downhill. No expresso machines available during breakfast or in the restaurants. Very cerimonial treatment during checkin, they offer treats and beverages, but it takes time... feels very slow when you just need a refreshment shower!

- Anujan (9/5): Beautiful stay with excellent views in a vibrant city like Fukuoka - Staff, amenities and views were nice. The location did make it hard to travel into the city while walking.

- paul (8/5): - The resort shuttle bus made the remote hilltop location more accessible. The shuttle left on the hour during the week and every 30 minutes on the weekend. It stopped at two locations: the second one being the main HAKATA train station. Few of the staff could speak any English or Chinese or French. These are international languages spoken by millions / billions of people. It is difficult to be an international city when you only speak and write Japanese.

- Jennifer (7/5): Mid - It was beautiful. Check in took a little longer than most but because she showed us the hotel I told the front desk the night before we were leaving that we would be leaving at 7 am in the morning and to not worry about breakfast. I wasn’t told anything about needing to stop by the front desk to check out and pay for our meal and room. I received a call at 11:35 am already almost four hours away while on the train from the hotel that I didn’t pay. I told them they had my card on file and to charge it. He told me I couldn’t and that I needed to come back and pay. I told him there was no way to catch a train the opposite direction than Tokyo for four more hours. He said he would have to call the cops and put a hold on my passport. Not what you should be told in a foreign country. I asked many times but there was a language barrier if I could pay over the phone. He said no must come back. Finally he talked to someone else and said we could pay via wire. So while on a train I had to wire money. The check out process should have been explained. I put my card on the counter during check in but she never took it
- Zoe (8/5): Sehr besonderes Hotel mit eigenem Charme - Sehr schöner Blick über die Skyline vom Balkon und Dachterasse, sehr nettes Personal man wird direkt mit Tee und Schokolade begrüßt und darf entspannt ankommen. Ein Fitnessstudio und Onsen hat das Hotel ebenfalls zu bieten, die beide sehr schön sind. Außerdem bekommt man immer frische und bequeme Freizeitkleidung, mit der man im Hotel rumlaufen kann und die sehr entspannt sind. Leider waren auf dem Teppich ein paar Flecken, die in einem Hotel mit dieser Sterneanzahl nicht sein müssten und auch das Bad hat schlecht gerochen.

- mayumi (7/5): ゆっくりしたい時に来る場所 - 兎に角広かった、泊まったとこが３人部屋なのもあるかも知れないけど、広い！ 大浴場も肌がスベスベになりそうなくらい、いいお湯でダイソンのドライヤーを設置していたのにはビックリしました。部屋には無料ドリンクがあり、ビール、ラムネ、抹茶いりドリンク、水、そしてコーヒーセットなど飲み物満載で大満足です。 シーツからか窓側からか水が腐った匂いがしました。エアコンが効かなくて、寒かったです。電子レンジがフロントに行かないと無いのは、心苦しいですね。

The spacious tatami rooms - We loved this hotel and will definitely visit again next time. We stayed in a Japanese tatami room, which was very spacious—perfect for our two young kids to run around. The hotel also has a public bath with an onsen, and we enjoyed going there every day. The location is a bit inconvenient, and the shuttle service is limited—especially on weekdays. It takes about 20–30 minutes to get to Hakata Station. Dining options are also somewhat limited, including the room service menu—there’s no kids’ menu, so we had to request smaller portions for our children.”

- suzuki (9/5): リフレッシュ 安心・安全 日常を離れてリゾート気分 - スタッフの対応がテキパキとしていて、安心・安全に過ごすことができた。お部屋も清潔で、ワイファイもスムースに機能して、メール確認等旅先でもできた。朝食時のスタッフの対応もよかった。朝食も落ち着いた環境の中でおいしくいただいた。 英語表記が多く、日本語での記載があればもっと良かったが、日常空間から解放されたという面では「よかった」とも言える。カーナビでホテルに向かったが、やや道に迷う場面があった。

- Anri (8/5): - チェックイン前のひとときから、このホテルの上質さはさりげなく伝わってきます。ウェルカムドリンクとともに供された生チョコレートは、旅の疲れをやさしくほどき、これから始まる滞在への期待を静かに高めてくれました。 今回滞在したのは、追加料金でアップグレードした「new knows old」のお部屋。リニューアルした空間は、和と洋が美しく溶け合うジャパンディスタイル。やわらかな照明、選び抜かれた調度品、そして細部に宿る美意識が、穏やかで心地よい時間を演出します。 お部屋に用意されたお茶の飲み比べセットも、この滞在を印象づける一つ。なかでも、ほうじ茶と抹茶を合わせたそれぞれ合わせた金平糖は、サウナ後の体にすっと馴染む上品な甘さで、記憶に残る味わいでした。器や、フロント階に漂うお香の香りに至るまで、空間全体がひとつの“体験”として丁寧に設計されていることが伝わってきます。 赤坂や大濠公園といったエリアへのアクセスも良好で、都市の利便性と落ち着いた滞在の両立が叶う立地。周辺には料亭やレストランも点在し、食の楽しみも尽きません（訪問の際は事前予約がおすすめです）。 大浴場は落ち着いた雰囲気の中でゆったりと利用でき、ドライサウナと水風呂が心身を整えてくれます。さらに、一部ではありますが、ReFaやYA-MANといった美容機器の導入も嬉しいポイント。ジムもまた清潔感にあふれ、有酸素運動から全身の筋力トレーニングまで、旅先でも自分のリズムを崩さずに過ごすことができます。 3泊4日、異なるホテルを巡る中で出会ったこの一軒は、滞在そのものが記憶に残る特別な場所でした。慌ただしい日常から少し距離を置き、静かに自分を整える。そんな時間を求める人にこそ、訪れてほしいホテルです。 いくつか気になった点がありました。アップグレードした客室の満足度が非常に高いだけに、初めて訪れる方にはより積極的に上位カテゴリーの提案があっても良いように感じます。現状の予約導線ではスタンダードルームが中心となっており、魅力的な客室の存在がやや伝わりにくい印象を受けました。 また、大浴場の設備においては、ReFaのシャワーヘッドやYA-MANのドライヤーが一部のみの導入となっているため、全体で統一されると、より一層の満足感につながるのではないでしょうか。スタンダードルームについても、やや経年を感じる部分があり、空間全体の印象とのギャップが気になりました。 ジムに関しては設備自体は充実しているものの、マシンの使用方法について簡単な案内や声がけがあると、より安心して利用できると感じます。加えて、マシンの配置の工夫があるともっと良くなると感じました。レストランの臨時休業に関する案内がチェックイン時になかった点も、今後改善されるとより快適な滞在につながると思います。 スタッフの対応については、お部屋まで案内をしてくれたスタッフは非常に心配りが行き届き、こちらの意図を先回りして汲み取ってくださる笑顔が素敵な方がいらっしゃる一方で、お声がけのタイミングによってはやや余裕のなさを感じる場面もあり、対応に少しばらつきがある印象を受けました。全体としてのサービス水準が高いからこそ、今後さらに均一化されることで、より洗練された滞在体験につながるのではないかと感じます。 それでもなお、全体としての完成度と体験価値は非常に高く、再訪したいと感じさせる魅力にあふれた滞在でした。

- sinyithan (1/5): Worst experience in Japan - Morning sunrise is nice Worst hotel service I’ve experienced in Japan. Check-in was extremely slow and disorganised. We were seated away from the front desk and left waiting for a long time. A staff member, Anish, kept changing the charges, asked us to pay multiple times, and described additional fees as “very cheap,” which was unprofessional. Taxes were charged double times and could not be clearly explained in English. We waited over 30 minutes past the check-in time due to staff’s lack of knowledge about the charges, yet the hotel charges for early check-in with no consideration for delays caused by their own low efficiency. The shuttle bus service ends at 4pm, and when I asked where to go or how to travel after that, I was only told to “take a train or taxi,” without any directions or guidance. I also requested larger-sized pyjamas, but this was refused. I was told to “try first” and return to the front desk if they didn’t fit. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, the service, communication, and professionalism were far below expectations. The room itself was quite old, although the view was nice The location is inconvenient without the shuttle bus, especially for guests who do not wish to take a taxi.

- DONGHOON (10/5): - 일본 호텔은 일반적으로 공간이 좁은데 방이 아주 넓었습니다. 직원분들도 모두 매우 친절하시고 미니바에 무료음료를 매일 매일 새로 리필해주는것도 좋았습니다. 대욕장은 한가한 편이라 사용하기 좋았습니다. 셔틀버스가 있어서 편리했습니다. 위치가 대중교통으로 이용하기에는 약간 불편함이 있습니다. 셔틀이 1시간에 1대씩 다니다보니 놓치면 다음 버스까지 1시간을 기다려야합니다. 대욕장 시설은 좋은데 물 온도가 아이들에게는 너무 뜨거웠습니다.
