- Haruka (8/5): Great cost performance - Everything was clean and comfortable, well maintained except for hot water system. During my 3 nights stay, there were no hot water came out from shower for 2 nights. Asked to fix on the initial morning but not been fixed on the second night too, fixed on the last day. As long as your room has no problem very recommended place.

- Dean Peter (2/5): Grauenvoll - Nichts ! -Es war sehr laut, auf der einen Seite Hauptstraße, auf der anderen Seite Rotlichtviertel mit tausenden Besuchern -Klimageräte am Fenster auch sehr laut -Überall Haare auf dem Boden und allgemein schmutziges Zimmer -Schimmel auch Teilweise an der Decke -Schimmlige und dreckige Teekanne im Zimmer -Bad Stinkt und ist allgemein unhygienisch -Der Orangensaft und das Trinkwasser beim Frühstücksbuffet, Standen Tag und Nacht einfach an Ort und Stelle und wurde nicht nach Beendigung des Frühstücksbuffets in den Kühlschrank gestellt oder entleert.

They messed our booking the night we arrived and put us in an apartment hotel just half a block down the street. That was not a a place I would return. Also the bathroom doors were glass so no real sense of privacy when you shower or use the toilet(toilet glass is frosted)

- SATO (1/5): 大変いやな気分になりました。 - ロケーションが良い シャワーからボディーソープ設置場所が遠いので取り出して近くに持ってこようとしたら設置されていたビーチサンダルが地面に貼り付き足を取られた結果ボディーソープのボトルを落として割ってしまった。そのあとベッドメイクの際も新しいボディーソープは置いてくれなかったのでこちらからお願いしました。ボディーソープ容器弁償代30万ドンも請求された。客間に注意事項も掲示してない。それに翌朝時点でベッドシーツがインクで汚れていたのに気がつきましたが、フロントに伝えると信じられない感じでした。このホテルは本当にサービスの質が悪く、がっかりしました。

Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy with crisp cotton sheets. Japanese style though so bed quite low to the floor. I felt the common areas needed a good clean/dust. I didn’t like the frosted glass door to the toilet and that there was no blind on the internal glass window to the bathroom.

- dilara (4/5): - The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful! Their service was great and I give them a star for their assistance. However unfortunately the hotel itself was awful, there was a strong smell of cigarette lingering throughout the hotel, and the window was broken and jammed open. Not to mention the air conditioning wasn't working in my room, I'm not too sure if its because it was 35 degrees Celsius and the window was stuck open or if it was the "Check Filter, Service Required" message. The hotel was very noisy and you can hear all the plumbing, your neighbours and road noise. I was pretty unimpressed and sadly checked out as soon as I checked in as I felt unsafe at this establishment.

If you don't want that, choose another option. The staff is amazingly helpful, respectful, and always willing to help. Breakfast was simple and fresh. The room was spacious by US standards. If there was a complaint it was the tub water pressure, but it wasn't terrible. Everything was clean and updated, nothing seemed like it could be better. I'd definitely stay here again and highly suggest it if you desire a place in this area.
