Guest Reviews
- Jocelyn (10/5): - Convenient stay for a long layover at Incheon. Quick and easy check in. Clean and comfortable.
- Sarah (8/5): - Comfy bed and clean facility
- Luu (10/5): - good
- Olivia (10/5): - The check in process was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable, perfect for resting for an overnight layoff. It was quiet and the shower was refreshing for a long journey.
- XueFan (10/5): - Prefer to have a small refrigerator in the room
- bo (10/5): - Clean friendly staff
- Nandinerdene (10/5): - Clean
- Su veng (6/5): - ?
- Kama (8/5): - Great place to stay for long haul layover. Only issue was the construction noise that was done outside of the expected hours I was told it would happen on by the staff both via email and check-in. This made it hard to sleep at night. Otherwise very convenient as there's a KFC and other shops nearby.
- Elena (10/5): - All things is very good
- Erdenebulgan (10/5): - friendly
- HSIAOWEI (10/5): - Great hotels to get rest
- Matt (10/5): - Easily the smallest “hotel” room I’ve ever stayed in, but given its level of convenience of not having to go through TSA again OR sleep inside a noisy airport on the floor. TOTALLY worth it!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Location, plus decent room - Location is great, quick check in, breakfast buffet next door with long line.
- Ning (10/5): - Very beautiful view and nice hotel service
- Suk-Joong (10/5): - Great convenience at the departure area of Incheon airport. All Good
- zhaoxin (8/5): - Hotel is so clean and comfortable. I will be recommending this hotel to my friend.
- Herawaty (8/5): - Very practical to just stay in the airport but didn’t realize that the hotel is inside the gate.. so we couldn’t leave the airport. Apart of that all is good
- Joshua (10/5): - Great for travel.
- LaTonya (2/5): - Definitely would not recommend this property
- SHIFENG (10/5): - First time during the transit (7 hours) chose a hotel to rest instead of waiting in the boarding gate. It’s a formal hotel with shower & bathroom in your room. Great refresher for a long flight 10+ hours even though you cannot really fall asleep due to the time differences…
- salvatore (10/5): - In the airport, just perfect.
- Erdenebulgan (10/5): - I liked everything. Friendly.
- Jonice M (4/5): - I would stay in the airport waiting area after staying at this transit hotel. The safe at check was difficult (to be polite). The first round of morning staff was also difficult and all about the "no". The second round of morning staff was fine.
The hotel is very noisy for a transit hotel between the cleaning staff and the nosiy guests (with no signage reminding people that this is a transit hotel and people are there resting/sleeping). The most concerning was that the toilet seat was too small for the toilet and loose . The chair was shabby.
I would opt to stay in the general seating of the international terminal over this hotel.
- Tuwanda (8/5): - The room was clean and pretty basic. No refrigerator, no iron nor ironing board. The only issue i had was, they didnt tell me i had to insert the key into a slot on the wall after i opened the door. If you dont do this, you can turn on any lights. In my attempt to turn on lights i accidentally hit the emergency button on the bathroom wall Dont do that!
There is a KFC at the bottom of the escalator.
- Young (10/5): - 5star overall
- Micky (8/5): - Easy to stay
- Jack Chik Ming (8/5): - Staffs are indifferent towards guests, not a very welcoming hotel, only other for convenience only
- kathy (10/5): - Great employees and beautiful property!
- Justin (10/5): My Review 😆 - It was GREAT! I stayed there before, I will come back again! 😊. Very nice and comfortable! 😊
- Tanya (10/5): - Great place, clean safe and relaxing for a long layover
- Philip (10/5): - Staff very friendly and professional. Room very clean and detailed nicely
- Celia (10/5): - a 12 hr layover at ICN and we just walked a few gates down and up an escalator to the hotel. we arrived early AM and had booked for the day before so we didn't have to wait for 3pm check in on the day we arrived. small clean room. figuring out the lights and then the shower not too difficult. Will definitely stay here again.
- Bernardino (8/5): - So convenient and clean
- Leslie (10/5): - We stayed at the Incheon Terminal 1 transit hotel during a 12 hour layover. It was so convenient, comfortable and clean. Great place to be able to rest, relax and freshen up before our connecting flight.
- Fang (2/5): - My parents are over 80 years old and don’t speak Korean or English. They need help finding their way from gate 24 to the hotel. No one helped. I requested online and on phone with the hotel for a favor to pick them up at gate 24, but the hotel refused and my parents stayed around Incheon airport terminal 1 from 5am to 10:30am.
- jeffrey (10/5): - Reasonable Price, Interesting Television, Comfortable bed
- Andreya (10/5): - I would recommend this hotel to those overnight travellers or those looking for a quiet place to rest.
- ROCHELLE (2/5): - Flashing strobe light over bed, prevent it sleeping. Clerk at front desk said it was part of the fire alarm system and could not be turned off. They moved me to another room a long distance from the front desk. Same situation clerk asked me to put covering over strobe on the ceiling, I could not cause I had no ladder. She returned with ladder and covered the strobe. However at this time I lost two hours of my sleep time for this foolishness, she stated I would get a full refund in the morning. The shift changed no refund. Additionally there were no toiletries. There’s no cup to drink water to brush my teeth And no toothbrush or toothpaste if I would’ve known this I would not have packed in my luggage being transferred in the morning to another plane very disappointed I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as they do not live up or back up with the front counter tells people plus I was not a relaxing night of sleep to prepare me for my next 24 hour journey home. I was very upset that the front counter person must’ve known of this problem and I had to unpack and repack twice to be moved. I could not sleep. I’m extremely disappointed plus she lied to me for these reasons. Pack a sleeping bag and sleep in the terminal you’ll get a better night sleep. Amazing cost me $220 US for this wonderful experience. I don’t blame the Koreans but whoever owns this hotel should not be rewarded for such poor customer service a pathetic ending to a wonderful three month vacation.
- Racheal (2/5): - Had hard time finding the place. Asked people inside the airport they don’t know how to get there. I was told to go out and ask the information. I went out and information said I shouldn’t have went out. I end up finding another hotel outside the airport after two hours of trying to find the hotel.
- Robert (10/5): - Very easy to check-in/check-out.
This hotel is run very efficiently.
Its a simple, clean room for sleeping between flights.
Nice and quiet conditions for travelers passing through!
- Yiyang (8/5): - tiny room with no window, but save hours at border control lines.
- satish singh (10/5): - Very good service
- Paul (8/5): - Make sure you go through transfers to get to the hotel.
- Grace (8/5): - Its perfect for long layovers.
- Aliya (10/5): - A really relaxing place to sleep overnight
- SONGLI (10/5): - This hotel is very good place for the transferring plane.
- Yuan (4/5): Not worth it. - The hotel does not provide even cups (paper or glass). When I asked, the front desk was very reluctant to give me a metal glass. The room was warm with thick bed blanket. I had to turn on A/C to cool down for the entire night even the outside air temperature was hovering around 1 deg C. The only plus is it is in the terminal. The price is twice as expensive as nearby 3-4* hotels with 1/2 the space and almost no amenities.
- Yalin (2/5): - Bad
- Steven (10/5): - Easy stay. Property is inside security and very clean. Helpful staff
- Tian Hui (10/5): - nothing to dislike
- Edward (6/5): - Phone does not work. Asked for wake up call but none came.
- Hoang Du (6/5): - Nothing
- Srinivas (2/5): - The description of the property should clearly say this is for passengers arriving and leaving terminal 1 only. Thanks to the corresponding terminal 2 hotel staff, we were able to find a room at the last min - could have been avoided if only terminal 1 hotel desc listed it clearly
- Lawrence (10/5): - Very easy to stay and catch connecting flight
- Shuang (6/5): - N/A
- Cheryl (10/5): - Convenient place to rest and freshen up for transit passengers with long layovers, without having to leave the airport. Has a private bath and shower, nice comfy bed and slippers. Shops and restaurants are just within walking distance.
- Timothy R (10/5): - Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable. A nice place to stay with a long layover.
- SCOTT (6/5): - Very convenient.!!
- Enkhjargal (2/5): - hello. Im stuck in incheon international airport terminal 2. Here is impossible to travel transit terminal 2 during midnight. My carring 3 babies and im very upset. No one warned us about this rules. Im premium member and im looking for reparations and refund . Im using this application last 13 years.
- Joanne (8/5): - Basic, but clean and sufficient for a lay over.
- Jingjun (8/5): - Room is clean. Service is good. Bath tub needs a better full curtain so shower water does not spill outside floor.
- Jia Can (10/5): - Highly recommend to friend.
- Xiao (10/5): - It is a simple, comfortable place for an overnight stay. Really worth it.
- LUNG (10/5): - Good.
- WENJUE (10/5): - Good area in the room, clean and comfy bed.
- Claire (10/5): - Convenient location for overnight transfer flights without having to go through customs
- Sam (10/5): - A comfortable bed, a shower and a TV were just what I after a long flight.
- CHUNYUE (10/5): - All good
- Xiujun (10/5): - Good
- CLINTON JOHN MAULION (10/5): - A safe and quiet area to stay in during my long layover.
- Sunny Kuan Lee (10/5): - It's good that with a reasonable fee, my check out is just minutes before boarding time
- AILI (10/5): - Good place for stay over
- Mien (8/5): - So convenience!
- Mien (8/5): - Small but good and convenient.
- Zhenhua (10/5): - The service is one of the best.
- Jerry (10/5): - Very clean. Staff was great. The only thing we did not like there was a bright flashing light on the ceiling. It would wake us up thinking it was an airplane coming in.
- CHOOYOUNG (10/5): - A
- Risheng (10/5): - Good
- Lindy (10/5): - Very comfortable room. Would recommend
- Alexei (10/5): - This is a great stop for a few hours between long flights.
- Lori (6/5): - I cannot submit an accurate review for this location because I was unable to access the hotel due to timing with my ticket. You can only stay at this hotel IF you have your boarding pass and your luggage is checked and so they would not let me pass and the hotel was not willing to give me even a partial discount. So, it would have been convenient to stay there but the process was inconvenient.
- Lingxin (10/5): - It is a nice hotel for brief rest in the airport terminal. The place is by no means fancy or anything, but serves the purpose well. One thing of note is that one does have to go through another security check when transferring, and the transfer terminal is not the easiest to find, but that is not an issue with the hotel itself.
- Yuan (2/5): - We called the hotel before booking and was instructed that we could check in the night before early morning flight. However our airline didn’t allow online checkin and no overnight checkin, we were not able to get into the terminal. The hotel refused to cancel. When we finally got there in the morning before our flight, I found the rooms extremely small and the hotel was difficult to find. Worst experience.
- George (8/5): - Not so good; The room has below basic necessities for an overnight stay.
- Joseph (10/5): - Nice place. Complimentary coffee would be nice
- Junqiu (6/5): - Compared the priced paid, the room is mall and bathroom need to remodel
- roger (10/5): - Very convenient for long layover transits.
- Daryl (8/5): - For the price of the room it would have been nice to have access to the lounge buffet included. At least it was discounted.
- Jimmy (10/5): - Very convenient hotel for transit.
- Zhigang (10/5): - It is safe & conenient
- LiLi (10/5): - The room is very clean staff extremely nice!
- Andre (10/5): - Small, cozy, and quiet.
- Mantian (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Andre (10/5): - Very quiet, small, and cozy. Idle for sleep after a long flight and before the next flight oocurs.
- steve (10/5): - We had a long layover at Incheon. We were able to go right to the hotel (near gate 11 in terminal 1) and we were in bed within 30 minutes of deplaning. Quiet, scrupulously clean and a great value. We got to our gate within a few minutes of waking up. Bags had been checked through, no security, no immigration. Made a long trip SO MUCH EASIER!
- Qinghui (8/5): - It's just so convenient that the hotel is inside the security check line for connecting passengers to save trouble of going through security and immigration check twice.
- Young (2/5): - Very strict rules for transit.
- Hongtai (10/5): - Inside the airport, good for transit
- Kathryn (8/5): - Clean and staff very friendly. A bit noisy but earplugs worked
