• Brittany (8/5): Lovely staff, enjoyable one night stay. - The room was what we expected at the price we paid. Staff were really friendly. There were few guests so we were all nicely spread out, meaning no noise concerns. Not a negative, just a note the tub takes a while to fill. Just keep it in my mind if you’re planning to enjoy the spa tub.

• Claudie (3/5): Bof..non recommandable - Pas grand chose. Ça sentait mauvais. Chicane avec un gars de la piscine. Pas de serviette pour deux dans la chambre. Sentiment d'insécurité. Pas capable de barrer la porte de l'intérieur. Aucun service la deuxième fois pour avoir une serviette.

• Roxane (6/5): Parfait pour un court séjour mais attention à la propreté - Parfait pour une nuit, très bon emplacement, permet les chiens, ce qui est très apprécié. La personne a la réception était très gentille. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. C’était moins propre que lors de notre dernier séjour (déc. 2023). Les draps avaient été mal lavés (sentaient propre mais il y avait des poils et des particules) ainsi que l’évier de la salle de bain.

• Kasandra (4/5): décevant, je n'y retournerai plus sachant qu'il y a pleins de motel autour dont 2 en face! - Il m'était impossible de parker mon véhicule devant ma chambre qui se trouvait en haut de la côté enneigée et extrêmement glissante! J'ai du manoeueuvrer avec mon VUS au point d'abîmer ma transmission. Je suis rester prise dans la neige , l'entrée est TRÈS mal fait, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel en plein hiver. Devoir monter et remonter à pied une TRÈS grosse pente à plusieurs reprises pour apporter mes valises et effets personnels a -20 degré n'était pas dans mon planning!! La chambre sentait la cigarette malgré avoir demander une chambre non-fumeur.

• Gaëlle (8/5): Très reposant et merci d’avoir permis le vélo à l’intérieur! - Propre, confortable, bien situé et assez insonorisé pour ne pas entendre les voisins (ou voisins respectueux!). Frigo et micro-ondes très pratiques! Odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain malgré le ventilateur.

• Manon (4/5): - Nous avions une chambre à deux lits double, heureusement car un des deux lits n’avait pas été lavé, draps friper, cheveux dans les draps. Notre deuxième barrure de porte ne fonctionne pas. Notre télécommande de télé ne fonctionne pas pour ajuster le son et il est très fort! On entend les voisins parler! Heureusement, on est près de l’épicerie et des restaurants qu’on peut faire à pieds. L’endroit en général aurait besoin de rénovations et de beaucoup d’amour!

• Sneha (8/5): - Good value for money. The room had AC and heating controls which were easy to use. The room was pretty clean. Note: this facility is not wheelchair accessible as there are stairs to most rooms, and the bathroom is very small. It would have been nice if there was a hook in the bathroom for clothes or a towel. There are mutiple wifi networks. The one I had connected to at first was too slow but once I changed to a different one, it was able to support the streaming of a movie. The front-desk was very kind to check us in late at night.

• Louise (5/5): C’était OK pour une nuit. - Tranquillité, aucun bruit de circulation automobile, proximité avec le centre ville de Ste-Agathe-des-Monts, quelques restaurants dans les alentours, wifi disponible et gratuit, accueil OK, stationnement à proximité de la chambre. Motel vieillot des années ‘50’, non rénové. Chambre petite pour deux personnes, peu d’espaces de rangement.

Bed and pillow were more confortable then expected Mention of a pool, pictures of a pool, a very hot end of June stay, we anticipated a nice moment in the water. Pool broken, no water in it, no excuse, no mention before arrival. So the stay and the price are not OK after all

La chambre la moins chere lit queen confortable, salle de bain propre, frigo,micro-ondes,signal wifi tres haute vitesse, télé, grand stationnement. Tout fonctionne bien. Proche de la sortie d'autoroute. Personnel sympathique

• Melisa (6/5): - This property is in a good location off the highway. The view of the woods in the back is a lovely touch. The location of the pool is a few steps back from the highway which is not very private, this could possibly be remedied with perhaps a higher and more private fencing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they upgraded our suite and allowed early check in at no extra cost. Now the interior could definitely use a refresh, we were disappointed to not be able to use the jacuzzi tub due to all the spiders, the cobwebs were everywhere. The bathroom provides the only view to the wooded area unfortunately and the shower and location of the toilet was awkward and uncomfortable my husband and I aren’t tall people we are less than 6 feet tall. Anyone taller than 5 10 would not be able to fit in the shower or sit on the toilet. If it were up to me I would get rid of the jetted tub and rebuild a bathroom with a more usable layout. Overall if you are looking for a rest stop after a long drive it’s not too terrible but no longer than one night.
• GHISLAINE (2/5): Will not go back...even to save $$ - When we arrived the office was locked...No one in the office. A phone no. was posted on window. Finally the person arrived and i checked in with reservation. The website says the place is pet friendly but those not ask if you have a pet and does not mention extra charge for pets. ...I volunteered the info. The guys charged me extra 10 dollars for pet. I argued the lack of info but he dismissed my concern by saying it was the same everywhere. I disagree. I have checked in places before that tell you of the pets fee on the website. The room smelled terrible (very closed in) and the place is old and not modernized at all.
