- Simon (10/5): - I stayed in room 514, a twin room facing across the library and university. The staff were warm and friendly and the place is divine, we had cake and tea there which was delicious. The room itself had a really spacious bathroom, great wifi, cups and saucers and a kettle. Plus lots of power sockets. The beds were nice and wide and not too soft. The only downside is that the high Tea has to be booked in advance, maybe it's on the booking.com notes or in an email but this could have been highlighted via message the day or week before.

- David (10/5): Very relaxing stay at a very lovely hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful. - This was a very classy, relaxing, European-styled hotel - being there felt quite special. The staff were exceptional - also for us, the out-of-town location was exactly what we wanted. The buffet breakfast provided a wide selection. The only (minor) thing that could be improved is to have a lift (elevator) joining the basement car-park to the lobby.

- ryoyore (10/5): 豪華なホテル - ビジホとは違い館内、室内すべて豪華な造り。 朝食の材料の品質はワンランク上。 広い中庭を見ながらの朝食は気持ちいい。中庭のテラスで食べる事も出来る。 銀食器もいい。 部屋は静か、エアコンはほぼ無音。 テレビの音をバスルームでも聴けるのはありがたい。 ホスピタリティも優れている。 特になし。

- SHINYA (10/5): 最高の宿泊になりました。 - 何と言ってもスタッフの素晴らしさです！ 景色も良く部屋のしつらえも素敵で広く綺麗でゆっくりくつろげました。 椅子がすごく座り心地が良かったです^ ^ お風呂の窓を開けると気持ち良い空気が入って本当に癒されました。 ありがとうございました お安く使わせて頂きましたのに車寄せまでスタッフさんの迎えもあり荷物も部屋まで運んで頂いて、帰る時も車寄せまで荷物を運んで頂いて 丁寧にお見送りまでして頂いたことに驚きをかくせません 普段口コミを書くことはないのですが今回だけは 感謝の気持ちをお伝えしたく書かせて頂きました。 とくに無し

- Mahiro (5/5): 安いプランで泊まることができたこと、少し時間はかかるが仙台駅との往復のシャトルバスがあることから、概ね満足である。 - 建物の景観や、中の飾り付け、装飾が良かった。近くにファミレスや、スーパーなどがあったことも良かった。 イメージ画像と部屋の内観に差異があった。大体のホテルや旅館では、冷蔵庫や電子レンジが部屋内に置いてあるが、それがなかったのが残念だった。 また、トイレ、シャワールーム、洗面所のドアに鍵が付いていないため、少し居心地が悪かった。

- Ryoji (10/5): 奥さんを喜ばせる素晴らしいホテル - 施設が素晴らしく、スタッフの対応も洗練されていた。また、チェックインの時に追加料金でしたが、良い部屋を紹介してくれて、妻を喜ばすことが出来て感謝しています。ホテル内の食事もとても美味しかったし、朝食も地元の食材をふんだんに使用した豪華なものでした。 特になし

- Ryo (8/5): かなり満足しました。おススメです。 - セミスイートが海外のホテルとおないような設備でよかった。車いすも何とか使える。 ドリンクサービスチケット（3000円余り）が、わかりにくい。ドリンクの種類の中にアルコールが少なすぎる。よって、1500程度ものを3000円で交わされた感がありました。どうでもいいけど。

- Wei-An (10/5): - 1. 在仙台駅有接駁車。 2. 辦理入住的女性員工很親切，感謝安排520號房及贈送飯店明信片作紀念。 3. 維持得很好的老式古典風格飯店，兩張床的房間住得很舒適。 4. 早餐美味，有牛舌咖哩，喜歡喝蜂蜜茶包。 5. 喜歡有池塘的大庭園，可惜下雨沒有好好散步。 1. 電視在櫃子裡，使用上較不方便，而且櫃門打開時走路要注意。 2. 房間有延伸插座，但無法使用USB與Type-C。
