• Ravi Kant (4/5): - Poor condition. Rooms were dirty. Used old bedsheets and pillow covers and towels. The only hotel which does not provide water to international guests. Breakfast dishes are cold and tasteless.

• Siti Nursyazana (8/5): Experience In Favehotel - The receiption r nice. But the room service very bad. I ordered 2 cups of hot water. Only HOT WATER. they never send for me. I request for hair dryer, also they didn't send to me. At least call me back to inform me it is not available. The food they are so lousy accept for egg and rice porridge.

• Verified traveler (2/5): 清潔さとwifiに問題 - 2日間の滞在のうち、wifiが初日は壊れていて 全館で使用不可、2日目は部屋ではほとんど繋がらない（ロビーなら辛うじて繋がる）状態でした。 部屋には5Fなのに小さな蟻のような虫が何匹も散見されたり、シーツもシミが落ちていなかったり、挙げ句の果てには2日目は掃除が全くされていないという状態でかなりがっかりした滞在でした。 せっかく場所はモールにも近くて便利なのに、清潔さとwifiの状態にかなり問題があったので私はもう利用はしないと思います。
• Stanley (6/5): nice hotel close to amentities - overall stay was good except 2 points; breakfast variety seem short and soundproof wasn't very good, could hear clearly next door shower waters running.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Very moderate hotel - Book 2 rooms with city view but got rooms without a window. After insisting that I must have the rooms with city view as booked, they finally gave the required rooms. Better cleaning of linens is a must as they are off-white. The location close to a mall is convenient and the housekeeping staff are helpfull and friendly. Shower with warm and cold water is quite good.

• Peng Cheau (8/5): Value for money. - This is a low cost hotel so cannot have great expectation. The breakfast is very simple but it is included so no comments. The Standard Room is small and not my choice but Hotels.com does not have higher grade room. The hotel house keeping is so so. The bathroom is not clean properly. The window is dirty. The front desk staff is very helpful and carrying smiling face. This hotel is the good choice if had budget limitation. Very near to local market and huge shopping mall.

• ERIK (8/5): Great Budget Hotel - Great budget hotel for the value. Services are great, the ac is freezing cold just the way I like it. Wifi is excellent, the speed is the best among all the budget hotels I have been around in Jakarta. Anyway, great stay and mostly recommended.
• henny (6/5): Housekeeping ignoring ur calls - It was quite a good stay except for the towel incident. Their towels are stained!! Even their bathmat is cleaner!! Requested a new towel, waited 15 minutes for it, asking twice from the phone to housekeeping n got nothing. In the end my friend who was in the room picking us up for a day out, go n grabbed it from the housekeeper's cart. He was just a few rooms away from us n didn't bother with the calls nor helping us!! Hubby was in the shower n he needed it urgently that time, so I consider it as a bad service. Front desk is ok, bellboy a bit slow. Have stayed here last year, it 2as good. This year their service have gone downhill!!
• Glody (8/5): Budget Hotel near Mall and Culinary Heaven... - must upgrade my room (cause my request isn't available), chaos in reception (many sport athletes from different countries can't speak english well), less parking lot, Hot shower not stable, buuuttt..., reasonable hotel price in a strategic place near la piazza (culinary heaven) and kelapa gading mall (the best shopping center in east jakarta)

• YULIANADHI (6/5): Minimalist budget hotel within culinary area - The location is at the center of culinary area, however, the entrances to hotel were small streets occupied by motorcycles parking lot and hawkers. No proper car parking lot provided. The room quite small but comfort. The cleanliness was superb even though the bathroom was so small.

• Lenny Koh (6/5): Small hotel next to Mal Kelapa Gading - Spent the entire 4 days shopping and eating in Mal Kelapa Gading and nearby Mal of Indonesia. The hotel room we stayed was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Cons........we were given a room without windows despite booking about a month in advance with a request for windowed room. Attempts to upgrade failed.
• Mohamed (8/5): An excellent hotel for a purpose - If you are arriving in Jakarta with only a certain business in mind this is an excellent place for its price. The food is nice as well as the laundry is efficient, but do not order pizza as they get it from a next door bar and the taste is bad.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Near LaPiazza Food Centre n MKG - It was nice n quiet but on d last night a group just check-in was raudy until early morn n the lady group was noisy around 4:30 in d morning. All making noise in d alleyway. In overall, I think it is a nice place to stay.

• Lai (8/5): the hot water shower system - its been quite a few complains since i have been regularly satying in this hotel. the shower for hot n cold water system have not been look into. sometimes its very hot and sometimes no hot water at all while havng a good shower.....hopefully my next trip to jakarta and stay again at this hotel to see this matter been resolve...i hope the management should check into this as i have complain more than 5 times eversince l saty at this hotel. lastly the parking lot at this hotel is terrible...not enough at all....
• danny (8/5): close to mall n restaurant - Hotel location is good only thing is NOT enough PARKING LOTs as my friend from Jakarta couldnt get a parking lot to visit me at the hotel......hope that the management can do something about it. As for the hotel HOT & COLD water the system is not stable...meaning sometimes the water supply is too HOT n sometimes cold...hope to have one dustbin near the bed side area....
• Mahdi (8/5): Great value Hotel - Stayed there for a single night, and I couldnt ask for more than that. Very clean, at the heart if the city, good WiFi, colorful, great price, and the room is well equipped with everything, including a small desk and many hangers for clothes.
• Ange (8/5): Friendly and Convenient - The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to assist in getting the taxis and advise us regarding where to go. The location was close to the malls and there were plenty of street food around the area for indulgence in the local delights.
• Pao (8/5): Nice hotel, perfect location. - For the price, the hotel is very good. Friendly staff, excellent location. 2 minutes walking to Kepala Gading Mall, 7 minutes by bus to MOI. The room is confortable.
• Khan jv (6/5): Located in an obscure location - The hotel is located in an obscure location, vicinity quite run down but within walking distance to LA PIAZA AND MALL KELAPA GADING is a plus, entrance to the hotel has too many motorcycles parking there which make driving into the hotel entrance difficult but I don't mind staying there again as the staff provide good services.

I had appointment early in the morning around Kelapa Gading area, so I came down from Bogor a day before and decided to stay here. Not bad, room is small but acceptable considering the value I paid. Bed is quite comfortable and the room is also clean. Only thing happened during my stay was the leaking in the toilet. But I reported it to front office and they fixed it straight away. Location is good since it's very near to shopping mal, but I don't really like the neighbourhood. Seems like those motor bikers who go to shopping mal use hotel area as a parking lot. Hotel is already located on small one-way street, and it's packed with the motorbikes which parked everywhere nearby the hotel, even in front of the hotel. So, getting a car parking is extremely difficult. I think hotel should really do something about this, because it is very uncomfortable for the guests. Hotel only has few spaces for car parking available, so letting those motorbikes park around the area is quite annonying.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Clean and cozy room - First time stayed at Fave Hotel, I was actually quite impressed. It was not a bad stay. Room is very small...well what do you expect from the 2* hotel, but it was quite cozy and gotta love the water pressure in the shower. AC is cold and bed is comfortable. It's a smart hotel but really worth the money. Maybe out of all, what I don't really like was the surrounding neighbourhood. It was very closed to the mal, it's within walking distance. But hotel itself is located inside the small alley with all these motorbikes parked everywhere, hence it was quite hard to park my car. However, despite that I don't mind to choose Fave Hotel again next time I come to Kelapa Gading.

The guest are low segment so don't expect cleanliness in ur room or even in the restaurant.. Sometimes they use hand to pick food and fruits.. So u pay for the price...
