- urbanhunter (6/5): Clean rooms but early check-out required by hotel at 1100 - Rooms/bed were clean n great. Housekeeping staff was lovely too. But on my check-out day. Staff called my room at 1100am and told me that Im late to check out. (I overlooked and thought the check-out time is 1200) The staff called again at 1115am to hurry me. At this time i was half naked and scambling to throw stuff into my luggage. At the reception, the staff insisted that i pay NT$200 for checking out late. I reached the reception at 1120am-frenzied. I would strongly suggest any potential guests to look for other hotels that allows you to check out at 1200hours.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 日本人観光客のおすすめ！ - 4連泊しました。 立地についてはほぼ満点。 主要駅に近く、夜食や朝食いつでも入れるご飯屋さんが目の前にあり、台湾では数の少ない両替所（お茶屋）がすぐ近くです。 観光地へのアクセスもとてもしやすく、台北辺りの観光なら持ってこいの場所かと思います。 外観にかなり不安を感じていましたが、実際それほどでもなく内観は写真通りとても綺麗で、清潔感ありありです。 サービスに関しては特に何かあるわけではないですが、愛想は悪くないです。 強いて言うなら、部屋が寝ること専用ってほどのサイズ（個人的には問題なし）ということと、トイレとシャワーの水圧が若干弱く感じました。特段問題ってほどでも程度です。 また台北行くなら同じホテルでもいいかなと思うほど快適でした。 とりあえずおすすめです！

- Tifffo (8/5): - Clean modern rooms. Good value for the price. Because hotel rooms share same building as residences and a karaoke night club, this hotel may not be the right choice for the light sleeper. Otherwise, good value and centrally located to the metro and night markets.

- daryltravel (10/5): Better than expected experience - The hotel is easily accessible to many tourists spots in the city and is 1 stop away from the taipei main station. Hotel room is clean and many free of charge amenities in the hotel room. The hotel even allows us to leave our luggage at the hotel as my flight was in the night and check out was at 12.

- Lammy (6/5): - Front desk staff were excellent. Very helpful. Unfortunately the property itself is quite subpar. Really more like a hostel stay. Here are some of the problems: 1. TV sound not working when connecting laptop via HDMI. 2. Hair dryer in bathroom not working. 3. Air filters in room way overdue for replacement as there is constantly dust coming into the rooms from the vents. 4. Our first room had a strong smell of mold and stale cigarette smoke. When we called the front desk, they were very polite. However their solution was to run an O3 (ozone) generator in the room while we were still in the room! This is incredibly unhealthy so I shut it off immediately. On further inspection of the room the sheets had stains on them so I called the front desk again. This time, without hesitation they offered us the same room on a different floor. This room was much better. The rooms on the 5th floor share a floor with apartments that are not affiliated with the hotel, and as such I believe that those people can smoke in their rooms, which also contributes to the smell in the hotel rooms. The staff were really the only redeeming feature of our stay. Can't recommend anybody stay at this hotel in its current state.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 素泊まり2泊 - 外見は古く、エレベーターもボロいがホテルは外見からは考えられないぐらいに綺麗だった。 英語があまり出来ずともチェックイン/アウトは問題ないです。 台湾は水道水が飲めないので毎日500mlペットボトルのお水を2本置いていただけるのはありがたかった。 コンセントはすべてのタイプに対応したコンセント(と思われる)のため、私を含めあまり海外旅行に行ったことのない人間は最初驚くかもしれません。日本のコンセントプラグそのまま使えます。 シャワーは水圧、水温共に不安定だがそこまで不便に感じなかった。 他の方のレビューにもある通り、若干壁が薄い気がするが、神経質な方以外なら問題ないと思います。 立地としては中山駅から徒歩8分程度で、さらに台北駅へは中山駅の地下街から歩いていけるので良いと思いました。 値段の割にとても綺麗なのでコストパフォーマンスに優れていると思います、ただ部屋に窓がないので雨降っているかは1階まで降りてからではないと分かりません、不便だと感じたのはこの1点のみです。

- 由妃 (8/5): 整體還不錯 - 覺得內裝真的很不錯，有浴缸還有電動式的馬桶，馬桶溫溫的讓人覺得舒服，有付飲料丶餅乾\茶包，只是床太硬，枕頭太軟，不好睡，隔音不好，尤其還在櫃台旁邊，真的不是很好的位子。假如你旅遊不推薦來這住，如果是住個甜蜜一天是可以的。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 깨끗하다 일단. 건물은 더러운데 안은 졸 세련됨. 타이페이 전체적으로 겉을 신경 안씀. 극실용주의 라는데 안은 진짜 세련됨. 혼자 잤는데 침대가 킹사이즈?더블 퀸? 암튼 절라큼. 이가격에 이정도 잠자리라니. 행복하게 이틀 지냈음. 즈엇 같은 709혼가 사랑을 나누는 소리에 나도 세벽 늦게까지 불끈불끈하며 잠을 제대로 이루기 힘든것을 제외하면 다 맘에 들었음 ㅋㅋㅋ일층 길건너 맞은편에 절 맛나고 유명한 만두인지 딤섬인지 가게 있음ㅋㅋ링딩동인가 하여튼. 쉥린역까지 한 1km걸어야 했던듯. 첨 찾기가 힘들지 그뒤로는 몇발 걸으니 바로 숙소. 무엇이든 니 마음 먹기 나름이니라.

- SHINICHI (8/5): 非常に満足 - 部屋は非常に清潔だし、ベッドも柔らかすぎ快適でした。トイレもウォシュレットが付いていて、シャワーとバスタブが別々で狭さを感じないパウダールームでした。フロントの対応も良かったです。ただ難点はホテルへの入り口が見つけにくくかなりうろうろ探しました。ロケーションは有名な小籠包の店が道を挟んで目の前にあるし、食事するにはいいですね。

- ヒカルん (8/5): - 中山にあるロケーションの良いホテルです。ホテルの前にはコンビニもあり便利です。ホテルの受付、居室が雑居ビルの6Fにあるため、初めて利用される方は戸惑われかと思いますが、居室の清掃に不足はなく、シャワーの水圧も合格点です。ただしファッションホテルなので、それを認識した上での利用が望ましいでしょう。

Only cons was the building felt a bit dodgy, and you can slightly hear the music from other floors. But we loved the room for what it was and the cons are quite minor!
- Jian Hung (8/5): 離捷運有點距離，步行15分鐘左右 - 酒店大樓出入的人感覺有點復雜，不過位置的便利性很好，對面就是台北有名老店“雞家莊”，他們家的雞肉非常的好吃。附近吃的非常多，走一小段就可以到百貨公司，不過離中山捷運站有點遠，不是很方便，有帶小孩可能要衡量一下距離尤其是炎熱的夏天。

- Verified traveler (8/5): とても清潔な部屋でした。 - 深夜0時30分過ぎのチェックインでドキドキしているところで昔ながらの雑居ビルの華やかとは言えない入り口。取りあえずフロントがある6階に上がったところは時間的にも照明を落とした落ち着いた雰囲気。さすがにこの時間なので大抵の客はチェックイン済みのため手続きは速攻で完了。自分の部屋は5階。おや、こちらはフロアー左側だけがホテルエリアでちょっと雑然とした雰囲気も。でも部屋に入ったら安心、別空間のとてもきれいな部屋でした。マイナス面は シャワーのみの部屋にあたってしまこととシャワーのお湯の温度が少し出し続けていないと上がりにくかったことくらい。ミネラルウォーター2本、インスタントコーヒー、エナジードリンクにスナック菓子常備。ベッドの横がすぐ洗面エリアでガラス張りのドアの向こうに便器が見える光景、でもちゃんとカーテンがあるので隠れます。しかもこれが電動カーテンで何のリモコンかと触っていたらいきなりカーテンが開いたり閉まったり。部屋側の人に操作されちゃうので見られたくない人はリモコンを持って入りましょう。

- Chia Chun (10/5): 心得 - 櫃檯服務態度非常好，退房後還特地打來告知我們隱形眼鏡盒忘了拿（其實我們是不要了，真不好意思）。房間很漂亮，建議枕頭可以換不要這麼軟的，不太好睡，廁所也很漂亮，只是水會忽冷忽熱，但是覺得還能接受。睡覺時會聽到外面的音樂聲或是水聲，如果跟我們一樣聽歌睡覺的就沒有關係。
- Chris (8/5): Very Well Furnished and Recently Renovated Rooms - The rooms are brand new renovated and include washlet toilets, automatic curtains, mood lighting, and new everything, but the Wifi router they are using is extremely overcrowded causing the wifi to be basically unusable. The wired internet works fine, which suggests they need to get a router with more capacity or speed. The location is also far from MRT so be prepared to take the bus or Uber.
- Li Liang (8/5): Good for short stay. - Location: The hotel is located in between two train stations, and as such, need to be prepare to walk at least 15 mins to walk from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is found in an old building and the registration is on the 6th floor. Look out for the signs or you will miss the hotel altogether. The staff at the reception are friendly and registration is fast and simple. The room is cosy and comfortable, except that we could hear the water running in the pipes hidden under the false ceilings. It was very disturbing and light sleepers will definitely be affected. The toilets are clean and modern.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice, clean hotel - It was confusing to find because the main lobby of the building is quite sketchy. But after a few minutes we checked the elevator and found a sticker for the hotel floor. Other than that, everything was great. The room was clean.

- 619nataliaw (8/5): What a room! - Once again don’t be a snob and pass over these hotels because they’re chains. The B Night might be one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The fact that I took a bath in their tub speaks to the cleanliness and downright fabulousness of the room. Not much of a view and no breakfast but who needs that when your room includes a cute foyer area, California king bed and a bath tub fit for a king. We stayed in room #617

- Clearx7 (10/5): Surprised... - The outside of the building looks old and made me wonder if the place I booked was in bad condition as well; however, when the elevator opened on the 6th floor, I was greeted by friendly receptionist and checked into a very clean and nice looking room. The rooms here were just recently refurbished since everything seems modern and new. The color of the room I was in was very calming, there was enough space for my luggage and the mini bar came with free snacks and beverages. The bathroom made very good use of space and there was hot water right away. Seems like the shops in this area also opens later than usual, I was still able to get some noodles and soup downstairs at 1 A.M. For the rate I paid for the room, I am quite satisfied and will keep this one on my list of hotels in Taipei.

Though staff were not as helpful and thoughtful - Both room calling and bell ringing to remind of check out at 11:30 while check out time is 12. One of our friends required to use the washroom but turned down by staff as it is "not for public" - customers considered as public. Reception located at 6th floor in an old building full of mix-use commercial and residential units

- Verified traveler (8/5): Taipei - Visiting Taipei for business, location was perfect but a bit hard to find. Seems to be part of a chain, the hotel is only on one floor of the building. It seems a bit strange, but the room was great, all you need to get work done and sleep.

But too bad that the day i lived in the bathroom was leaking water outside near my bed and thus all carpet near my bed is wet.
- Girish (6/5): Great value for money hotel - Well you can't call this a hotel because it is located in the 6th floor of a old shady building with a ladies club on level 3 and a massage parlour on the ground floor .seemed to be love motel as lots of couples in the reception ...also downstairs on the street shady people and shady joints ...now the good points ... Room was very good .. Very comfortable bed ..big led TV .. Complimentary beverages water snacks n biscuits in the mini bar ..great bathroom with shower and bathtub with a tv screen in front of the tub !!!! Amazing value for the price if you can deal with the other aspects !!!

- Patricia (6/5): Clean , Comfort Hotel with Friendly Staff!! - We stayed here for only 1 night with a total of 4 paxs. Hotel is easy to find along the main street. However, this hotel is pretty small & there is insufficient space to have a small corner to provide for breakfast. Hotel is abt 10-12 mins walk to the subway station which is manageable. We have stayed in another beauty chain hotel prior to this one & would prefer the other with b'fast. Room is clean & there is a bath tub for you to soak your tiredness away! Not too bad after all for one night with the price we paid for a Saturday deal!! There is some small shops & café just few steps fm hotel, convenient location!
- Livena (4/5): Never again - Thin walls, you can hear everything from other rooms. Mostly, I think this place was some kind of lovehotel with all the noices from other rooms. Hotel reception in on 6th floor, our room was on 5th floor. The room was nice and the bed very comfy. Location was okay. Walking distance from Taipei station and shopping malls. Many good restaurants nearby. Family Mart 50meters, just downstairs. I didn't sleep here at all because of the noise from the street and hotel. Also there's a nightclub somewhere near from where you can hear the music. Never again! I also felt that isn't that safe.
- Phebe (10/5): Great hotel in the center of the city - Great hotel, helpful staff, comfy bed (and huge!), and all kinds of modern conveniences we didn't even know existed! Plus the staff was great helping us navigate our way around Taipei (while not speaking more than two words of Chinese). In the center of town so lots of meal options, too!

- 397bobt (8/5): Mostly good - Stayed about a week for vacation, partly by myself before being joined by a friend. Two single beds. Property: the location of the hotel is pretty much equidistant from four subway stops, smack in the middle, with ZhongShan 中山 station being marginally closer and most convenient for going to visit stuff. It's about a 10 minute walk to the station and for someone like me who likes walking, this was no problem at all. There's plenty of stuff around such as food, convenience stores, banks, and lots of foot massage parlours. The hotel is located on the 6th floor of the building. Though the ground floor entrance looks quite ghetto, the 6th floor is nicely renovated with its reception desk just outside the elevator doors. One elevator was renovated and the other looked like a cargo elevator. It is quite a small operation, but unless you're a big name hotel and own the whole building, businesses that only take up a floor of a large building seem to be quite common in a space-precious city such as Taipei. It's been said that this is a love hotel. I did catch a glimpse of a pretty girl in a neighbouring room welcoming a guy in a suit at around lunch time, but at no time was I bothered by their noise or their ins and outs, so I couldn't have cared less if this sort of stuff was happening. The staff was very polite and courteous and offered directions and info when needed. 24 reception desk too. Room: quite modern. Clean. I was asked if I needed it cleaned every morning when I left but I opted to have it cleaned only once during my stay as that's all that was really necessary. Space was small indeed. My friend and I had a carry on suitcase each and after setting them down, there was very little space left. Though she did manage a P90X workout in the room somehow. The room came with all necessary amenities. Hangers, desk, minibar, safe, slippers, kettle, tea cups and tea, snacks, desk lamps, air conditioning (which was very quiet, compared to some other hotels I've stayed at), TV. The bathroom was at the back by the window, and separated by a glass wall and door, which was kind of weird. There was an automatic curtain that could be closed for privacy. The bathroom had a Japanese toilet (ie a washlet) which all the fancy sprays and heaters and whatnot. There was a shower stall with ample hotel water, a sink with toothbrushes and shower caps etc. and a bathtub with a tv in front of it. Wifi connection was very good. Allowed for video chats. Reminded me a little of some Japanese hotel rooms I've been in, that were very small, yet modern and made full use of the space. Issues: I generally slept quite well. An issue I had was sometimes the faint music I could hear. I think there was a karaoke on the third floor and bass travels far. I'm fairly sensitive to noise so this sort of stuff bothers me. Others probably wouldn't care. But once I had my earplugs in, it was fine.
- 813sw (8/5): Great location - The rooms have great equipment, and they are super-clean. The staff at the reception is very friendly. If you like a central location, a busy urban atmosphere down in the street, and don't mind the missing lobby experience and rather poor soundproofing, I can definitely recommend this hotel.
