There was fresh coffee in the morning. However, it was strangely placed. Instead of placing a coffee/tea counter in the lobby and having it available 24/7, to welcome guests upon arrival, the coffee/tea is in a room in the basement, and only available from 6sm-10am. There were no amenities. No restaurant, no bar, no pool, no hot tub. It almost felt deserted.

The staff was beyond kind and informative. And the hotel is emaculate. It's so peaceful and relaxing. There was nothing I didn't like. Every part of my experience was above my expectations.

The property and rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The front desk staff have changed but all nice and friendly Sophia was a great help as well. The location is close to most things we need and the local store in walking distance is a plus! The rooms are comfortable and pleasant as well as beds and peaceful view of the water from the balcony. We wish there was a restaurant on site, a microwave in at least the more expensive rooms with the wet bar, streaming capabilities and updated Technology(televisions), the spa bath tub although the bathroom is nice and plenty of space the tub itself is like your standing in the Grand Canyon in the middle of a big hole the Jets do not work in the tub, but you have to climb in the tub, which is not too comfortable and probably not too safe. Suggestion might be to remove the spa tubs for future use otherwise the rooms are great. The bed pillows are super thin but at least you have plenty to use.

I appreciate the Select Number beds but wish that that had been brought to my attention open check-in (instead of being told by my son the following morning). Everything was great although the price kept going up every night that we stayed there. We had a death in the family and had to make a 13 hour drive to get there and arrived at 0245. We ended up staying for 3 nights and the price went from $177 to over $249 a night. Our son also joined us a night later (another room) and again the price was very high. Not having breakfast available was disappointing.

I knew that there was no breakfast service when booking but do think a simple breakfast would be better as there is a suitable breakfast room in the hotel.

- Michael (10/5): The nicest staff ever!! The room was elegant and the river side of the hotel is breathtaking! - Beautiful riverside view and dock access! The smoking policy should be updated to accomodate for non-harmful second hand vapor. To be outside on the terrace or on one's balcony, should be allowed for vapor, (non-harmful) but not for carcinagen (cigarretts-harmful) second hand smoke. I fully agree with no smoking inside.

- Gia (10/5): Squeaky Clean and Delightful Staff! - The most clean hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m so picky about cleanliness and this hotel is above and beyond spotless. So very clean. Location is so easy to access. Pretty views of the river and bridge. Other reviewers complained about the Sleep Number bed but I loved it! Was fun to try and I got a great night’s sleep! Front desk attendant is the sweetest woman. Nothing.

- Kevin (9/5): Superb - Beautiful room, with a killer view, at a great price. I know they thought those Sleep Number beds were a good idea, but all they did was convince me never to buy one. No matter the setting, it is still a glorified air mattress. VERY uncomfortable, and I slept horribly. Also, this is something I wish all hotels would read: You all put in 4 pillows, so make two the thick ones you normally put in, but make the other two thinner, maybe even 3"-4" memory foam pillows, for example. Not everyone likes those super-thick pillows
