I can definitely commend the SPA. The massage by Deti was not only outstanding but excelling everything: thank you for the hand massage! The pool is large and well serviced. I d love an outdoor pool though.

Alison sent me a message before we arrived and when she realised we were sisters travelling together we were upgraded to a room with two beds and a sitting room. It was wonderful and luxurious. • Denis1106 (5/5): - Расположение. Хороший завтрак Отель довольно старый. В душевой на швах местами плесень. При чекауте выставили счет за какие-то налоги или услуги соизмеримые со стоимостью проживания . я начал спорить о том что у меня все оплачено. Показал бронирование , транзакцию по карте . по итогу убрали из счета и извинились. Но вопрос в том что это, вообще, такое было . мог бы внимания не обратить и провести картой , а потом уже доказывать что с меня взяли лишние деньги было бы очень не просто и лишняя трата времени. Изначально бронировал номер для проживания троих. Потом оказалось что для того чтобы третий человек мог спать отдельно , нужно делать какой-то апгрейд ,так как номер "4 сезона" площадью 72 кв м этого не предполагает. Я попросил доп матрас , но вместо этого мне сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера, за что я благодарен. Раскладной диван был очень не удобный , тот матрасик который был на нем ну разве что для маленького ребёнка который весит 20 кг является приемлемым. Если взрослый человек, то спать на таком совсем не захочется . в целом непонятно почему система бронирования, дает возможность забронировать проживание троих в одном номере , а потом сталкиваешься со сложностями кто где должен спать. Причем выбор не справедливый , так как третий человек с точки зрения удобств матраса явно выглядит ущемлённым .

• AMANDA (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Shenzhen - Amazing stay! The location is perfect — right next to two great malls and connected to the Link City underground mall, which is incredibly convenient. The room was beautiful, with a huge bathtub (big enough for two!) and an automatic toilet that I now miss dearly 😂 The WiFi was the strongest I’ve ever experienced in China, and the TV quality and channels were excellent. A special shoutout to Luna at reception and the lovely lobby team — everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding — truly one of the best spreads I’ve had in my life. Can’t think of any. It exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back!

Looks bigger in photos but is small and easily fills with guests. The indoor pool is much larger but the smell of chlorine makes it less of a place to sit and relax as would be the outdoor pool. The location is a bit boring. A very new city so few cultural attractions.Few western restaurants but great chinese food.

• Prang555 (10/5): Surprisingly Excellent — Smooth, Sincere, and Worth Every Cent - To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect — the hotel is a little older than some newer luxury brands, and I wondered if it might feel dated. But after 15 days of hotel-hopping across China, I chose to spend 2 nights here at Four Seasons Futian Shenzhen, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of the trip. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, sincere, and professional. Even though I didn’t receive an upgrade, they had already prepared my room in advance and selected the best available room within my category. That showed care — not policy. They made sure all my pillow requests were handled exactly. The room setup was seamless, clean, and comfortable. I settled in effortlessly, like I was coming home. Breakfast? Delicious. I hadn’t had good zongzi (bajang) in ages, and theirs completely satisfied my cravings. Every dish was well-prepared, fresh, and beautifully presented. The location is excellent — easy to navigate, close to food, and in a well-planned part of town. No maze-like confusion. Just smart city layout and calm energy. Only one small downside: check-out took 20 minutes due to a long queue. That was the only hiccup. Otherwise? Zero complaints. Would I come back? Absolutely. Already planning it. ❤️
• bryaner (10/5): A truly Warm Hotel to Visit. - Celebrated Birthday at Four Season Shenzhen and experience has been warm. Compared to Rosewood Guangzhou, the Four Season brand is commendable. The Service Level is impeccable , especially Jacky at the checkin counter, he is sincere and not superficial. When checking out , while Jacky is not around but that lady too is sincere and speaks with warmth heart. Their selection or training process must be thorough. Room is clean, bathroom is huge , the mattress is the same type(soft) as the one we have in experience at Four Seasons SG. The Four Seasons App is responsive, asked for Towels (amenities) and its delivered swiftly. We stayed between 12-14 July.
