• Thi My Duyen (5/5): Geht so - Die Lage ist gut Badezimmer soll dringend renoviert werden, die Fuge hat Schimmel, Wasser läuft nach draußen. Es gibt kein Toilettenpapierhalter und die Handtücher sind alt und an den Enden ausgefranst. Wifi hat nicht gut funktioniert.

• Mohammed (7/5): Nice hotel location, lovely people, room could have been a little bigger - The service from the staff at the hotel was brilliant, always with a small and friendly. Our luggage was taken up by a chap called "Hero" and he was a true Hero in his character and smile and help. The lady in reception Stella was absolutely amazing with the help and support she provided from arrival to departure and printing off stuff that we needed for our flight and taking care of what we needed while we stayed there. Actually all the staff in the hotel were really friendly and helpful with anything that was required, I would like to appreciate them all for the wonderful service they provided, Stella, Suzy, Hero and Marcus all were superb during our stay in terms of service and personality and friendly support. As a muslim it was wonderful to see the hotel catering for Muslims with many halal food places on the same street, which seems like a good location for Halal food etc The room could have been a little larger, there was no space to plug the kettle in to make a cup of tea in the room, there was limited sockets to plug anything in and it was much smaller than I was expecting, one of the plugs was coming off the wall which looked dangerous, however that said the room was clean and the bathroom was also clean, TV and AC in the room worked really well, it just felt small for a delux double

Will repeat again with this hotel but stay other room rather than room 1204. Very good staff .Keep it up. For Room 1204 need to check the aircond condition. As my stay the aircond not cold even after we complaint and the technician just clean the filter. Fridge also not cold. Need to do something. Hot at night and day.

• kenza (7/5): - The hotel is very well located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet is well-stocked and well organized. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. However, what bothered me was the lack of ventilation in the windowless rooms.
• Gilbert (1/5): Beware of taxi drivers with their dirty tricks to fleece you and your money. - The breakfast was simple dishes but not spectacular. The staff were kind but the problem was communication as they could not understand what we wanted in English The bathroom is in a deplorable state. The bath water leaked outside the shower area and the glass panel could not shut properly and was in danger of falling off. The WC was choked and the flush was not strong enough to clear the waste. Also in the shower there is no shelving to put the shampoo and soap bottles. I had to leave them on the shower floor and bend up and down to use them. Also not enough hooks to hang our clothes to change. The cupboard in the bedroom is rickety and smelly. Only thing I was happy about is I could receive CNA clearly and keep up with the news back home and around the world, esp the war in Iran

• Suraya (7/5): It was a pleasant stay which suits us, the Muslim - The hotel provides certified halal breakfast & many halal eateries are nearby which make It convenient for the Muslim like us. Most important is they have bidet for the toilet use. As i suppose the hotel is quite an old hotel, the rooms are a bit gloomy and the bathroom tiles are slippery once splashed with water. Perhaps it’s time for some refurbishing.

The bathroom toilet flushing was intermittent, after a few attempts after each after use the flush would work. Standing water while showering. The shower would drain very slowly. When I asked for another room, then I was immediately accommodated on a different floor with a better view. Other than this first experience, Everything was nice about this property. The staff is very helpful, daily house keeping was done, the room and bathroom was nice, good breakfast spread and comfortable bed. Location quite good. Good value for money WiFi network not strong

Staff is very helpful and friendly, most notably Stella. The room is spacious and clean with large windows. Sheets and towels were clean. Very moldy bathroom around shower and sink. Killed two small roaches and several ants in the room. Some loud fan/motor/whatever turned on during a night and went on until the morning, vibrating the wall and bed, which woke me up multiple times. Not the end of the world for me as a solo traveler, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for couples.
