Lobby smells wonderful and everything is spotless clean. The staffs at the front desk and professional and care about your experience (Tode, Deen Fon Muay was our favorite). Great breakfast with lots of variety.

• Chatnalin_Iris (10/5): Good accommodation for stay in Patong - I was really pleased with the service provided by Tos, Ms. Mui, Ms. Fon, Ms. Mon, Ms. Dean, and the maids (whose names I can't recall), Ms. Aun, Ms. Eddie, Ms. Ning, and Ms. Win while I was staying at the Cocotel Patong Hotel. The space was tidy. One minor comment is that the building is a little old, which some people who want modernity or newness might not find appealing. However, it is generally in good shape and has little bearing on how convenient it is to stay.

The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and in a great location, but what truly made my stay special was the incredible staff. From warm greetings at the front desk to helpful recommendations and friendly conversations, your kindness really stood out. The service was consistently excellent throughout my stay. I always felt like I was in good hands, and it’s clear that the team here truly cares about their guests. Highly recommend Kokotel Patong, especially if you're looking for a place with a personal touch and a team that treats you like family. I’ll definitely be coming back!

• MUZDAV (8/5): Location is a winner - Room was comfortable, has a balcony however no view and is good for drying swim gear with all of the AC units running 24/7 on most room balconies. The staff were very helpful and always available. Breakfast in hotel was simple yet filling and was open quite early which is good for an early riser like me. There was a rooftop pool however did not use as hotel is a very short walk to Patong Beach. Hotel is centrally located making most things in Patong a walk to get to, this appealed to me and I was not disappointed. If you are looking for a high end stay with a nice view this is not the place for you, alternatively if you intend to be out most of the day & evening without concern for a balcony FB picture to post this place is absolutely for you
• 215pattyv (10/5): Great value and view. All staff are very friendly. - The hotel is very nearby to Patong beach. It’s opposite the beach. I walked across the street to the beach. The hotel is not that big but very nice. The decorations are very nice with the cute sheep. And all of the staff are very friendly and cute. They’re always say hi to me and my mom. And the staff at the Front she recommended me for the massage shop. It was very nice and relaxing. Oh and they have a slide like for the kids. The room is very nice and clean. And the swimming pool is on the 4th floor. So overall it was a great value. I LOVE IT !!
• Mayo17 (8/5): Very central location - nice clean hotel in amazingly central location only 2min walk to beach, restaurants, bars etc. friendly staff, good sized rooms the rooftop pool isn't much and there is no furniture etc on the roof. fully priced for its quality level the only minus point was the very noisy aircon compressor right outside each room's window.

If you want to go to Bangladesh Road is just 2 min to go. They have a good service and you can ask something 24/7.. I would take this room again.. See you next time.
• Neeraj9 (10/5): Best hotel stay for family in Patong Phuket - I stayed with my family for four days and it was one of the best stay. The room is quite big to accommodate 4 of us. The kids play area is small but serves the purpose. My daughter was very happy to use the slide. Swimming pool is less depth thereby very much kids friendly. The Location is the best. Stone throw distance to beaches, 7-11, massage parlor, restaurants, various shops and stalls. The hotel is reasonably priced. Coffee is very good. All staffs are very cooperative and friendly. The housekeeping is very good. The receptionist helped me in booking of taxi to airport without any extra fees. One of the best stay, we ever had.

The facilities were good with a hair dryer , good sized bed and bathroom and free water refill station. The hotel is in a great location to the beach and restaurants. There is no breakfast included but you can buy breakfast if you want. There is also a laundry service offered just outside the hotel which is very good and areasonable price. The bathroom has a wet room type shower so does get quite wet but it is cleaned every day so does not smell damp. I would definitely recommend staying here!

• heavenlys2023 (8/5): Modern hotel in a prime location - We stayed in a triple room which was pretty spacious and well kept. This hotel was in a prime location with the Patong beach a few steps away. Everywhere we went was in walking distance, minus our excursions but we were picked up from our hotel for all of those. The only downside was the water pressure, the water would get super hot and then run cold very quickly.

We has to launder around here and there and the fact that we could not freshen up after a long flight made this entire experience frustrating. We tried our luck to checkin again around 1 PM. She was again firm that we had to wait until 2 PM. Apart from this experience, rest of the stay was fine. The hotel is located very close to the beach and bangla road.

The rooms and common areas are all cute and very clean but the true stars of the show are the staff. They were all kind and helpful and very professional and went above and beyond after the airline lost my wife’s bag. 10/10 would recommend.

The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is standard .The hotel locate near Patong beach but about 15 to 20 mins walk to Junclyon shopping mall. I like the family room that feel cost to stay together.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 最初別館の3人部屋にしました。しかし部屋に塗料の臭いが頭が痛くなるくらい臭くて、他の部屋に移動できないのと訪ねたら、もう一軒見てもらったけどやはり臭かった。しかたなくその部屋にしたが、そこから辛かった。夜中に工事の音がずっと続き、そして1階のバーの音楽もうるさく、結局一晩ずっと眠れなかった。翌日受付に言って、部屋変えてもらったけど、大部屋満室のため、2人部屋に変えました。本館の部屋は静かで、コスパのいい部屋だが、3人部屋の料金で2人部屋に泊まるのはやはり気が済まないなぁ。いいところはスタッフはとても親切です。少し安い値段でビーチの近くに泊まりたいならここはいいけど、今回大変な思いしたので自分はもう二度と泊まりたくない。 スタッフは親切だったので総合的に4つ星あげます。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Location was superb, just a stonethrow away from Patong beach and all the amenities, massage parlors, restaurants and pharmacies. We booked 2 rooms, 1 double and 1 triple, the double room was fine but the triple room was really bad- funny layout, noisy airconds, hooks and showerhead’s height made for 6 footers. When asked for a change, was told that all other triple rooms were in another building nearby with no escalators. As we prefer to be close to our friends, we didnt take that option. When pressed for other options, we were offered to upgrade to a quadruple room for a top up fee :( In the end we opted for a 4 bed dorm type room but we later found to be dusty and AC not cooling.
• MANDA (6/5): - Felt like a bait and switch. This property is more a hostel/motel than a hotel. The reception area is made to look contemporary but the room itself was so abysmal. There was no desk and balcony as advertised, the bathroom was just cubicles, it felt like an outhouse. The shower walls had some dried soap crusted on the walls and constantly smells of sewage. The floors were cement and not tiles as shown in the picture and although the sheets were clean, they felt musty. While having breakfast, at least five cockroaches was roaming around the cafe area. We live on the 5th floor but the elevator only reaches 4th floor. We then had to lug our luggages by ourselves. Any amenities has to be requested from the reception, which is not manned at all times. I was handed an opened toothbrush set and there was some tooth paste residue inside the pack and I returned it. The staff spoke among themselves that it seemed OK and the toothbrush was not used, they smell-tested it. If it is opened, IT IS NOT SANITARY. I do not want to smell it. My room and the reception also constantly had sewage smell. On my last night, there was no water. There was no warning, and I was told to shower in the lobby. Overall, I would have been happy with this place if it was cheaper as with what I paid for I could get an actual hotel. The location is actually very very good and the staff is actually very very nice. It's the hotel itself that I find unacceptable. I would come back if the price was cheaper.

• Darrell (8/5): Best Spot! - I booked 3night with kokotel and i can say this is the perfect spot to stay in patong phuket. The hotel is family friendly! It a perfect place where its like everything you need is at your doorstep. You can easily grab a car outside, you wont be hungry because the opposite side of the building is a food court where they offer different kind of thai foods! Then on the main road about 1min walk is the convenient store where the staffs are polite and everything you need is there. Forex a minute walk. also surrounded with treatment centers. And the most exciting part is the beach where it is just 3mins away from the building. The hotel is amazing, have pool and lift. I like the structure of the building because aside from its a family hotel and built is resort friendly guest where you can come back in wet clothes from the beach. Staffs are so polite especially those who are assigned in the bar. The room is cozy and spacious as in our case have 4 beds, one private toilet, complete amenities. i love the bottled water, they are not small unlike other expensive hotels. The balcony is spacious where you can dry up your swimming clothes. Overall satisfied!

• Howard (10/5): Great hotel, clean, central. Eat elsewhere though. - The good. The hotel is very centrally located, a little over 5 minutes to the main area of Patong. 8-9 minutes to Jung Ceylon. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is new and kept clean. Internet speed was very good. 50THB laundry service just outside the door. When you consider the price there is little to fault this hotel. The following "bad" points were minor and didn't spoil my stay there. The bad The pool area seems to be an after-thought and not well looked after. The shower didn't work and I think I was the only person that used the area in the 4 nights I was there. Food: I only ate there twice and regretted it each time. English Breakfast.... no butter (or margarine) on the toast. Coffee machine was broken. Okay.... can't go wrong with Thai then? I went for Chicken congee - and spent the meal spitting out bone. I am quite adventurous when it comes to food and this isn't my first time in Thailand - but it is the first time I thought ...eww... this is nasty.

We booked a " koko party room" Good: the idea and theme are cute. the rooms are big and spacious. There was plenty of space foe my family of 5. The staff is trying to be accommodating and friendly. The location is across the street from a night market, small shops and the beach.our kids loved the slide going down into the lobby. Bad: this is not a new hotel but rather an old building they refurbished. There are still signs of the buildings old age as they didn't do a complete remodel. Our room had cracked tile. The door frame and wall in the bathroom looked old and cracking, etc. The bathroom is open concept with only a half wall separating the shower from toilet and sink. This would be ok except whoever designed and built it did not put in a big enough slope. So even if you took a quick shower- the entire bathroom would flood including around the toilet. The restaurant seems lacking and a bit expensive. We did not eat there once as there are better and cheaper options nearby. Our toilet clogged on our last day. If they fix the drain problem and truly remodel this would be a great budget hotel. It was truly just ok.
• alex (10/5): very friendly staff, made our stay very pleasant, - hotel position is well located to the beach, bangla street and food vendors. building which hotel was built is old but it is ok as u are only using it for sleeping. taxi driver find it hard to find the hotel and it is best to say going to beyond night market which is oppositie of it.
• Sulekha (10/5): I had a fantastic time - We were greated by very friendly staff. The rooms were available. Very clean and comfortable. Although it's situated on a busy street, the rooms were well insulated. The beach is just a stone's throw away. So many many restaurants and hawker stalls around. Highly recommended if you are not looking for luxury but a decent place with necessary equipment and nearby the beach. Will definitely stay in Kokotel again

Nothing was ever a problem or too much trouble. The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, and always went the 'extra mile' to make sure we had the best holiday experience. The location is perfect, 100m to the beach and easy walking distance to everything. The shower was hot, the beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious and well appointed. With a nice little rooftop pool which was always clean. Overall, great value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

• Jane (8/5): Great location and staff - Our 4 night stay was pleasant. Quad room are pretty big and same as website photos. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Highlights are comfy beds, fluffy towels and fast wifi. Location are also great, minutes away from beach. Only one downside was bad smell when we check in. We had to turn on aircon on high. Next day was ok. As new Kokotel was refurbished from an old hotel, There are still some areas need to improve eg. phone, more chairs, shower screen... Overall excellent value for money as I had opening special rate.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Kokotel Patong Room 210,214,215 - Location of this hotel is convenient , 2 minutes walk to the beach, opposite food stall , money changer and tour agent around this hotel. My bad experience stayed in this hotel when we checked out and the front counter claimed our room towels are missing and so we have to pay bhat 1250 even though we never take any of those towel. So, for me this is my first time to face this bad experience which embarrassed in my life.
• Ashwini (8/5): Nice hotel close to the beach - We stayed in Koko Family room with 3 beds for 3 nights. We were provided with welcome drinks when we arrived. The room was very clean, had comfortable beds and the staff were very courteous and helpful. It's just 2 min walk to Patong Beach from the hotel. There are also many places to shop for souvenirs and many eateries and Indian restaurants nearby. There's also a travel agent right outside the entrance who can guide you and book day tours for you at reasonable prices. Since the hotel was opened recently, some things are still not in place. Our room's water heater was not working and AC was leaking. The staff was very helpful and offered us a different room. So one advice is to please check everything before check-in. Apart from this, everything else was good.

The only thing is, while we stay it can hear very noise from next room, including TV sound, laughing or something else to wake me up at the early morning everyday. So means the room's sound insulation is not very good at all. The staffs are very nice,polite and helpful. Hotel lobby and room was clean. Hotel location is near the beach, hotel opposite have a small local food market till mid-night. Nearly with 7-11, family mart within 1 mins. Next road to Bangla road, walk about 10 mins. Laundry service not provided by hotel, but there have an tour counter at the hotel door, it can be provide laundry service with a cheap price. Hotel locate between 3-4 massage shop, maybe it's not easy for a taxi driver to find it at night.
