Guest Reviews
- Stevenson (8/5): -
- April (8/5): We probably will not choose this hotel again based on our 1st experience. - We chose this due to close proximity of where we needed to go the next day. Walls were very thin, you could conversations going on in the room next door. The glass between the shower and bedroom was different, not sure how that woukd work if you're with friends. The light from the bathroom came into the bedroom, due to the bathroom didn't have a separation like other hotels so its hard to sleep if someone got up and turned on the light since it was for both bathroom and shower area.
- Ronald (10/5): - Excellent staff love the customer service
- Corrao (1/5): Got forced out because they required an extra 75 dollars they did not specify was needed. Forced out. - Nothing No communication of any extra required funds. Could not get into my room due to lack of communication from them.
- Victor (6/5): The hotel was adequate and in a good location. - The location of the property was perfect in relation to what I needed to do. When I booked the hotel it said breafast was included when I arrived I was told there was a charge for breakfast and the menu was very limited. there was no microwave in the rooms.
- Felipe (9/5): Perfect - Perfect spot to stay at for events downtown.
- Alyssa (10/5): We were really pleased with the overall experience and would stay there again in the future. - The location was perfect for our needs. The proximity to the BOk center was excellent, especially after getting out of a show. The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and helpful and we felt safe . If there were a nightlight and a place to put your belongings in the shower area, that would be helpful.
- Lynn (10/5): All in all a wonderful stay! - Very comfortable room & bed, of course. It would be great if there was a restaurant or some sort of food service for dinner.
- Greenlee (10/5): -
- john (9/5): Great location, great value - Exceptional staff. Couple of little things needed attention but staff was super responsive
- Rainbow (10/5): -
- jerwick (1/5): Horrible staff -
- Raven (4/5): Wouldn’t be my first choice. But an ok hotel - Comfortable beds If booking through 3rd party be aware even if you chose “pay at property” you will be charged prior to your arrival

- Norris (8/5): Walking distance to BOK, great atmosphere and quiet rooms - Clean, cozy, and quiet...all things required to get a good night's sleep. The blackout curtains add an extra layer to keep that morning sunshine out. Not sure why parking is an additional charge...where else would I leave my car?
- Brenda (9/5): Nice clean place to stay - Very clean and nice rooms. Enjoyed the bar area Hard to figure out how to drive up to it.
- Bailey (10/5): - Everything was nice and clean as n get front desk help
- Laquisha (9/5): stay was good for being able to get to the convention center - nice that it is walking distance to the arvest convention center and bok center does not offer complimentary breakfast and snack bar is very expensive 5.00 dollars for one bottle of dasani water
- Dixie (9/5): Great place so convenient - Close to bok Room needs a new mirror and a little update
- Tracy (7/5): Lots of lobby space was so nice while waiting for our next session. - Very convenient to walk to the BOK. No complementary breakfast. It grab and go purchase.
They charge $25 daily parking.
It was hard to get to but on the good side that, made it feel more safe. There was a private code to get onto the property unless you went to the front door.

- Cassie (10/5): -
- Yesenia (10/5): -
- Brittany (1/5): HORRIBLE NOT WORTH IT - NOTHING MIND YOU I BOOKED THIS A MONTH AGO AND CALLED MONDAY TO VERIFY EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND I GAVE THEM MY CARD TO PUT ON FILE BEFORE I CAME HERE!!!!!! I got there at 2:00pm and the guy at the desk didn’t get me checked in until 2:45 and then he gave someone a room with someone that was already in the room. I went to the concert i was going to see and got back to the hotel after i went to my room and my door key wasn’t working so i had to walk back down to the lobby and they said they needed a card on file so i gave them the card once again and i was finally able to get into the room. In the morning i was checking out and what do you know they needed another card again after i just gave them my card the night before and they already charged me so i told them no i wasn’t going to give them my card again because i already paid the $75 holding fee. Oh and also i was told over the phone on monday that parking was $10 but guess what i paid the $10 for parking and it didn’t even count so i paid an extra $10 for nothing because when i got there they told me i had to pay another $25 to park my car!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!
- Douglas (9/5): Nice stay for first time in Tulsa. - Location near BOK center was great! Room was comfortable and we loved being able to bring our dog with us...she was comfortable in the room too. Robbie & Sage at the bar were great! The food options at the bar were very limited. The bar also didn't have things that were on the menu, or some of the alcohol to make certain drinks. Both Robbie & Sage at the bar were exceptional though...they very much made up for what the facility was lacking. The shower head in the room had to be jerry-rigged in order to take a shower. The spot to walk dogs seemed to have lots of homeless people...but please don't push them out, maybe just find a more secure spot to walk the dogs. The grass in that area also had cockleburs that made it hard for my dog to walk there. Finally, the poor guy at the front desk on our checkout day was really busy trying to check people out and deal with the breakfast crowd...he should have had some help, or at least give him a raise for working so hard!
- LISA (10/5): Good but also disturbing . - The design concept. The e no koi red were great. Such a late check in time. And then to offer to charge me $50 to get my room an hr early is obserd. I was very ill when I arrived and did all but beg them to let me into my room early. Instead, they told me I could hang out wherever I wanted and I needed up sleeping on the couch for two hrs. I did not feel valued at all.
- Ava (10/5): - Very comfortable beds and attractive room layouts. Clean with nice bathroom and great view, too. No microwave.
- Michelle (10/5): -
- Sarah (5/5): - Breakfast was not included and extra fees for parking when I was told it would all be included
- Athena (10/5): -
- Shelbi (7/5): - The location was perfect for walking around downtown. We got to frequently visit restaurants around downtown Tulsa. The drive to the next city was not a bad drive either. The bed was also very comfortable! The parking situation could have been a little better.Making sure guests are aware prior to checking in that there is a fee for parking and the $75 fee
- Andy (10/5): Would definitely stay here again!! - Beautiful hotel, great staff & the beds were incredibly comfortable!! Absolutely nothing
- Andrew (5/5): -
- Timothy (10/5): - It was a great room for me and my daughters. The staff was kind and helpful.
- Katherine (10/5): Thank you Aloft!!!! - Phenomenal staff! The hotel smelled good, great snacks, great pool, the most comfortable beds and showers with great water pressure and bath products. We loved everything! Location was spot on!!
- Santiago (10/5): Wonderful - Rooms very clean
- Eugene (1/5): Couldn't make it - Basically ripped me off . Never entered the room but my card was charged over 250 Your online website scammed me out of my money . I was undecided and charged prematurely for a room I never entered IT SAID I WOULD PAY AT TIME OF CHECK IN BUT STOLE MONEY FROM MY CARD APON RESERVING. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN OR TO THE WEBSITE AND IM MAKING A COMPLAINT ON GOOGLE
- Danielle (10/5): - Nice view Maps did not work well
- Gustavo (4/5): - Over priced, worst lobby and check in area I've ever seen for the price Very small room, dated tv and stand in front of bed makes everything so crowded. When I booked it said breakfast included but nobody talked to me about it or I even saw a restaurant area, Worst check in area, dirty and small, bad experience all over
- Shawn (3/5): I wont be back in an aloft hotel - Just not a great hotel lots of water damage on all floors. Lots of extra charges with nothing more to add to your stay. They charged me 75 on top of the rate I wwss told...
- Justice (10/5): -
- Suzanne (10/5): We loved the hotel and will be back! - Property decor and vibe was amazing. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Us next door to the Arvest Convention Center Parking and roads around hotel narrow and tight to navigate in big vehicle
- Johnny (10/5): - Friendly service
- Tammie (9/5): -
- Bennie (10/5): Looking forward to my next visit - Clean fresh linens with a decent view I have no complaints
- Siegline (8/5): -
- Max (6/5): - The Room was good staff was ok.I paid 40 dollars extra for breakfast for 2 people and was told I could we could only have 2 things SO WE GOT A sausage egg biscuit and a coffee..I paid almost 200 dollars for one night 25 dollars to park. This will never happen again
- Jasser (4/5): Finding and access to hotel challenging.sinage to Night staff male was rude and did not have answer. - Room and view once air conditioning was repaired AC did not work. Night clerk was rude. Accessing the facility was difficult
- Duvan (10/5): Good - Good Good
- Duvan (10/5): Good - Good Good

- Clark (8/5): We stayed while I visited family in Tulsa. Would stay again. Great location for going out on NYE - I loved the view and the rooms. The staff was very friendly The parking was a nightmare
- Kaitilynn (10/5): -
- Sheila Delgado (8/5): -
- MIranda (9/5): -
- Walaa (7/5): It was a comfortable stay. - That breakfast wasn't included!
- Edgardo (10/5): -
- scott (8/5): - Ethan was great at front desk, other staff was very friendly and helpful as well, the ambiance was inviting and warm. The hotel views were not as described on web site. Downtown was not as visual as desired. The breakfast choice was not worth the upcharge, they only offered sandwiches and not a full breakfast.
- Bobby (3/5): Glad is was for 1 night - The bar. The staff. The parking Ac didn't work. They fixed it. But still was hot. Refrigerator didn't work. Nor did the phone.
Cost me 45 dollars for 4 snacks. And breakfast was more expensive. Bed and pillows were terrible.
- Stacey Grieff (10/5): -
- Stephanie (4/5): Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again. I doubt i would ever be back to Tulsa but in the case that i was i woul - I liked that the property was really close to everything that we wanted to do- restaurants, bars, tourist attractions. The staff wasn’t very friendly, they seemed kind of judgy immediately as we walked in. The rooms were fine but the windows were taped up during our entire stay so we got no sunlight, it felt like being in a shoebox. Outside the property there’s a bunch of homeless people roaming the outside but at least there was a gate to get in. However, if you want to use the hotel parking space behind the gate, they charge $25 DAILY (which we were not told at check in, he said it would just be $25) which gets taken out of $75 for incidentals that they say will be “returned” to you but after our TWO DAY stay i only got $25 from that back so that was super inconvenient bc it was already over $500 for only 2 nights.
- Katrina (8/5): -
- Marisa (4/5): Overpriced for outdated facility and poor customer service. - We were happy with the location as it is so close to everything but was extremely hard to access with all the construction. Check in person Ethan was extremely rude. We arrived at 3:40 and were told we were not allowed to check in and that no rooms were ready and that check in was at 4. I understand check in time but 20 min. Our room was magically ready after we stood in the lobby for 20 minutes. He was just set the mood for our entire stay and the ice machine was not working on our floor or the one above so we just gave up.
