• sheng min (9/5): 想隨時逛街吃東西的話，必須推這家飯店 - 飯店地點非常棒，旁邊都是百貨公司，百麗宮百貨、高島屋等逛街非常方便，知名餐廳從小吃到高級料理都有，完全不用擔心吃飯問題，捷運站大概5公分可以走到，公車站也非常近，去哪都方便，飯店本身也很不錯，接待人員很親切，早餐自助式菜色不少，不錯吃，房間很乾淨，坪數也蠻大，至少是2顆以上大行李箱可以平躺的尺寸，浴室非常乾淨打掃的很好，還有最貼心的是浴室特別有設置過濾可以飲用的飲用水水龍頭，可以直接喝，不用一直去便利商店買水，這點必須推！ 價格真的很不親民，但畢竟是新加坡，住宿價格本身就高

Location-wise is great since its located in Singapore's busy centre, so walking arounds been great as well as for taxi/grab ride. Moreover- it was affordable too. We had pre-informed hotel we will be arriving one hour prior to the standard check-in time, and they had responded they will try to accommodate us. I didnt expect the room to be ready when we DID arrived one hour earlier. Super grateful that we had such smooth check in. Breakfast was part of the package and its Halal! There's various menus including pastries, refreshments (cold/hot), cereals, warm meals and fruits etc. And its 10/10 Friendly staffs, and especially one of the security there. super helpful with us and super friendly! I think everything was great. Maybe just the fact that there's no usb-charging port in the room but its truly not a big deal.

We arrived on an early morning flight at 7am, fully expecting a long wait before the standard 3pm check-in time. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel had our room ready before noon. After a long journey, this was a genuinely appreciated gesture and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room itself was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. It struck a great balance between practicality and comfort, making it easy to unwind after busy days exploring the city. Location is a major highlight of this hotel. Situated right on Orchard Road, it’s ideal for shopping enthusiasts, with countless malls and retail options just steps away. Beyond that, getting around Singapore was effortless. There’s a bus stop directly outside the hotel, providing convenient access to the city centre and other attractions. For those using sightseeing services, the hop-on hop-off bus stop (Stop 14) is also right outside, making it incredibly easy to explore without hassle. The most memorable part of our stay, however, was the exceptional service we received on our final day. We had an early pickup scheduled at 4:30am—well before breakfast service began. One of the staff members, Wang, went above and beyond by arranging grab-and-go breakfast bags for us. These were thoughtfully prepared with pastries and fresh fruit, ensuring we didn’t leave hungry. It was a small but meaningful touch that truly reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest care. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, combining comfort, convenience, and standout service. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore, especially those looking for a central base with excellent transport links and attentive staff.

I've been staying here everytime I come to SG, it's right in Orchard Road and everything is so convenient. For business traveler it's easy to get to offices and for leisure it's just perfect, as well as for medical. Ms Wang, the hostess lady of the breakfast restaurant, always brighten up my day with her warmth welcoming gesture and smile. If you read this, you will notice right away who I meant if you do stay there. Will always come back and stay here!

Perfect location for those who want a hassle free stay in Singapore. Just beside Paragon and across 3 big malls that has access to MRT. There’s also a bus stop a few steps away, which makes it very convenient. They also have very nice and accommodating staff, especially Wang, who is very friendly and always assisted us throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

There was a water filter but we had a bad sewage smell from the sink so we didn't really wanted drink from it. 4. We had a false fire alarm at 4am. Sure, it's not the hotel fault, but I think at least they should call back to people who called them to inform about a false alarm.

• dotie26 (8/5): Room - Pls improve bidet. It would be better if not handheld as water is splashing when cleaning the rear/behind. Also pls include hand lotion and hair conditioner. Overall, room is wide and clean but not bright enough.
