Jorlys (8/5): Overall, it was a fun experience for the kids and relaxing for us, despite a few inconveniences. - My kids really enjoyed the pool and had a great time on the water slide. I was also pleased with the staff — their service and customer care were excellent. I didn’t like the location. Although it’s just ten minutes from the beach, you have to drive through a river to get to the hotel! Even though the river isn’t deep, it could be when it rains — and a small car wouldn’t make it.
John (10/5): Would stay here again - We had a great nights stay. Very impressed with the resort and the staff were fantastic and friendly. The room was great & clean, no outside noise, bed was comfortable and A/C was heaven. The food was great. We had to leave really early the next morning and the team pre organized our checkout and had some fruit cups for us to take in the morning.

Arlen (8/5): Good Stay - The stay was great, I had a blast with my family and the rooms were comfy, although I do have to point out that my Villa had an issue with one of the doors, the lock that should've kept one of the doors close was broken or something, thing is, it was open. Thankfully the villa had 2 bedrooms that coud be locked from the inside, but it is a downside.

No tiene ningún comercios alrededor. No tiene devolución de dinero como en el caso que no se desee hospedar como me paso en mi caso.

Eduardo (2/5): - Very nice but note that you have to cross a river to get there specially when it rains recomend to have a 4x4, it’s close to the town in car too far to go walking. and if you’re an early bird you won’t be able to drink coffee or anything before 8 Am which was an inconvenience for us since we were awake early. Also if you want to check out or leave before 7:30 AM you have to let them know ahead of time because there’s only the security guard and he’s not allowed to let anybody go before the receptionist gets there to make sure you don’t have any bills pending at the restaurant or any charges pending. The beds are very uncomfortable and sounds like it’s going to break but it’s affordable price the pool was clean and it’s not that deep perfect for kids
Edgar (7/5): I am very pleased with my stay. And will be back again. The pool is nice and laid back when no kids are around. Kairo is - Very private and a good value for the money. Short drive to the city . WiFi is good for basic use. Food is very good and cheap. I would recommend for a week end visit. The water pressure is not so good. So don’t expect much.

Oscar (6/5): Likes and Dislikes - The property is ample. The quietness is great and it seems family friendly because a lot of families seems to bring their younger kids. Gift shop is limited, seems to me as if you are far from town or any mini market, you should have more available to offer guest. NO TOWELS in our room. The sheets were dirty. And the property itself needs better maintenance.
