- نوا (7/5): شكرا لكم - قرب الفندق من محطة مترو المروج على الخط الأزرق، يوجد بعض الخدمات مثل المطاعم ومحل الحطب وبقالة صغيرة على الشارع بالقرب من الفندق، المواقف جيدة، المصاعد كانت سريعة، استمتع الإبن بالسباحة واستخدام الجم، لكن لم يكن هناك جزء أو وقت مخصص للنساء !! الأسرة لم تكن مريحة للأسف، المرتبة قاسية ولاتوجد الطبقة التي توضع فوقها لتجعلها طرية، والمخدات كانت لينة

- Yousef (2/5): كانت من اسوء الايام التي امضيتها لدرجة اني امضي بالمجمعات والاسواق اكثر من الغرفه وذالك بسب الوحشه وعدم الاطمئنان بتوفر - اذا نتحدث عن المكان فكان الموقع جدا ممتاز اما عن الفندق الذي اعتبره خدعه اسميه حيث لا ينتمي لعائلة الفندقه بشي يفترض اسمه شقق مفروشه وبدون خدمات لا توجد خدمه غير انهم يحملون لك حقائبك عند القدوم ويحملونها عند المغادره مع انطفاء الكهرب لمدة اكثر من 12 ساعه ويقولون ليس بيدنا شي والانطفاء فقط بالمربع او البلوك الموجود بها الشقه صحيح من الحكومه بس ماذا فعلتم لنا نحن النزلاء

- Mohamed (5/5): Diffentlty will not book it again - The location All the furniture needs to be upgraded also the facilities, the bathroom is very very old and the ac is very dirty. Also there is no blackouts in the curtains and the entrance for the apartment was a mess, many items piled on top of each other that you see every time you go to the lifts.
- Ahmed (9/5): - موقع الفندق ممتاز يوجد مول كبير ( مارينا مول) ويتوفر في المول مطاعم عديده و سوبرماركت ( لولو) . بالإضافة إلى وجود مقاهي كثيرة حول الفندق. المواقف كثيرة، ولكن قد تكون ممتلئة أول الليل بسبب المقاهي. أثاث الفندق جيد ونظيف. تعامل موظفين الإستقبال جداً رائع. توجد إطلالة على البحر من الفندق.

- TOM (7/5): Convenient stay - Tower block-based hotel conveniently located between two large shopping malls and just over 5 mins walk from waterfront area. The building is facing away from the road there is little traffic noise despite being near many shops and restaurants. Good high pressure hot water shower. Nice complementary hot arabic coffee and dates in reception area ... Considering all this, the room rate was quite reasonable by Kuwait standards... Slightly run down, jaded feel to the place which probably helps keep the price relatively low.... The room lacked a proper side table / small desk or surface to put things on. The window didn't open easily and the aircon/heater control was hard to figure out. The mini kitchen 'corner' was certainly useful but needed more plates and cutlery.

- khaled (7/5): مكان جيد لقضاء ليلتين لعائلة - الموقع وتوفر المواقف وشكر خاص ل أبو ياسر على سرعة تسجيل الدخول النافذه في غرفة الديلوكس تحتاج لقفل اطفال خاصه في الطوابق العالية حيث لا يوجد شبك أو حاجز ويمكن السقوط لا قدر الله

- Stephan (7/5): Good for the marina in Salmiya - The marina (a five to ten minute walk away) was actually quite nice. The LuLu supermarket was just across the street. You can take the bus 999 to Kuwait (0.300 KD) or the 66 or 66X to the Hyatt nearly to the airport (0.250 KD, take 747 for the rest or walk two kilometres). The kitchen was appropriate. The WiFi worked reliably. There is not a lot to do in the direct surroundings. The way to the marina is cumbersome (you need to take the bridge across the highway).

- Tomas (10/5): Helpful staff - This hotel is in a perfect location, with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. My suite was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend! Nothing
