- CHRISTOPHE (9/5): Superbe séjour - Tout était parfait. Etablissement à taille humaine très bien équipé et bien entretenu. Localisation dans un environnement exceptionnel. Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant, que ce soit au bar, au restaurant à la réception. La qualité des cocktails au bar est remarquable. Les repas sont d'une grande qualité et variété. Il y a toujours des transats libres que ce soit autour des piscines ou à la plage. Si la plage est vraiment superbe, la baignade n'y est pas toujours facile du fait de la faible profondeur. L'hôtel très famille avec énormément d'enfants en bas âge, élément à considérer pour les personnes cherchant le calme. Mais globalement parfaite destination sur Maurice, avec un excellent rapport qualité prix

- Nicolas (10/5): 3ème séjour et sans doute pas le dernier… - 3eme séjour au Zilwa, pour nous l’hotel avec le meilleur rapport qualité prix de l’Ile. Plein de piscines, plages et d’activités familiales, jamais le sentiment d’être envahi. Restaurants indiens et thai très bons. Super service de guest experience! Petites attentions pour notre anniversaire de mariage qui ne sont pas passées inaperçues. Bouteilles d’eau et thé gratuites. Séjour catamaran a prix raisonnable. Seul petit bémol - qualité du restaurant ´buffet’ principal un peu en dessous. Faire attention aux prix ´touristes’ facturés pour activités extérieures (problème général dans l’île, rien de spécifique au Zilwa).
- Melanie (5/5): Anlage schön, Rest naja - Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön, genau was uns gefällt. Verschiedene Pools und Liegemöglichkeiten. Anlage ist sehr grün und sauber. Aktivitäten wie Boccia vorhanden. Der Service war unterirdisch. Kaum ein lächeln, ungeschultes Personal, keine Führung und Organisation spürbar. Zudem ist das essen am Buffet meist kalt und nicht sehr geniessbar. Das Thairestaurant ist nicht authentisch. Einzig das Indische Restaurant hat uns geschmeckt.
- Christoph (10/5): Traumhaftes Hotel - Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Positiv überrascht hat uns das Buffet-Abendessen. Die Auswahl war sehr groß und einige Speisen wurde im Rahmen eines Show-Kochens direkt zubereitet. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass zum Strand wirklich nur Hotelgäste Zugang haben (war bei anderen Hotels nicht so) so hat man wirklich seine Ruhe! Alles im Allen ein Top-Hotel und absolut empfehlenswert.
- Maxime (10/5): Un réel plaisir - Arrêtez de scroller sur Booking, vous êtes sur le meilleur rapport qualité prix à Maurice ! L’hôtel est vraiment super, avec ses 4 piscines, sa plage privée, ses 4 restaurants (indien, thaï, mauricien, international) et son énorme espace chill autour d’un grand bar. S’y ajoutent des activités gratuites (pétanque, volley, foot, jeux de cartes, paddle, planches à voiles, kayak, pédalos, même excursion d’1h en bateau pour faire du snorkeling - oui, oui, gratuit) ; parfait pour se relaxer tout en faisant quelques activités. Contrairement à ce qui peut exister, les prestations sont top et la qualité de la nourriture est excellente (nous avions pris demi-pension : avec cette formule, en plus de l’excellent petit-dej, nous pouvions réserver dans un restau gratuitement avec service à table ou profiter de l’énorme buffet qui change tous les jours). Nous avions un peu peur d’être déçu de la nourriture, surtout quand des formules demi-pension ou all inclusive existent, mais pas du tout ! Un réel plaisir de se laisser porter. Pour le reste, le personnel est au petit soin, et tout est fait pour que l’on passe un agréable moment. Bravo ! Honnêtement, il est difficile de pointer du négatif si ce n’est pas pour être tatillon car tout a été vraiment au top. Allez, si vraiment il fallait dire quelque chose, il est à noter qu’il y a beaucoup d’enfants, et que malgré qu’il y ait une piscine réservée aux adultes, celle avec des enfants est juste en dessous, donc ne comptez pas sur du calme :-)
- IULIIA (3/5): Не рекомендую данный отель для семей с детьми, нас покусали клопы - Красивый вид с ресепшн Моего мужа и ребенка за 2 ночи в номере покусали какие-то клопы или блохи или муравьи. Это был конец отпуска уже и отдых, к сожалению, омрачен этим. Мы жили в номере 1404, номер на первом этаже. Когда мы заселились, то в номере были приветственные макаруны, ребенок съел один неглядя, а на втором заметил, что он весь в маленьких муравьях, мы выставили их из номера. В номере на столе ползали муравьи. После первой же ночи у ребенка и у мужа были пятна на руках и ступнях, после второй ночи стало еще хуже. Также в детском клубе были незаинтересованные воспитатели, когда я привела ребенка в 8 вечера поиграть. В детском клубе нет игрушек для малышей 3х лет, все завязано только на активности, причем многие из них не в самом детском клубе, что неудобно. Не рекомендую данный отель для отдыха с детьми, много курящих, на ресепшне при заселении очень сильно курили люди, было не чем дышать.

Due to the wind we were not able to do any Wateractivities. Also the water is quite shallow and muddy. Booking the restaurants is quite a hustle, since they are booked before and if you want to change, everything was booked out.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa oraz smaczne, różnorodne jedzenie. Plaża wizualnie bardzo ładna, natomiast do kąpieli średnia – występuje muł i kamienie, więc wejście do wody nie należy do najprzyjemniejszych.

- Christina (9/5): Wunderschöner Ausblick und Strand und sehr großzügige, aber dennoch gemütliche Anlage - Schon beim Betreten des Hotels waren wir absolut begeistert – die Anlage ist beeindruckend und wirkt durch die vielen Ebenen bis hinunter zum Strand unglaublich großzügig. Der Infinity Pool in Kombination mit dem Strand und diesem atemberaubenden Ausblick war einfach ein Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Auch kulinarisch hat das Hotel vollkommen überzeugt: Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen waren durchweg hervorragend – eine wirklich große Auswahl und alles sehr lecker. Besonders schön fanden wir außerdem, dass das Hotel sehr tierfreundlich ist. Es leben dort einige Hunde und Katzen, die sich frei bewegen dürfen, was eine sehr entspannte und warme Atmosphäre schafft. Die Familienzimmer könnten zwar etwas größer sein, aber mit unserer Terrasse war das für uns absolut ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Es gab somit tatsächlich nichts zu beanstanden – wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt.
- Amanda (10/5): Paradise Escape - Our 8-day stay at Zilwa Attitude was absolutely magical. The resort is breathtaking, beautifully maintained, and perfectly designed for a romantic escape. Our Superior Semi Beach View room was spacious and immaculate, and every detail of our all-inclusive experience exceeded expectations. The food was exceptional—especially at Tadka, Manao, and Lor Disab (book in advance!), while Karay offered fantastic variety daily. The cocktails were just as impressive. The staff truly made our stay—warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile. We loved the included activities like kayaking, snorkeling, and the glass-bottom boat trips, with the catamaran cruise being a definite highlight. Our 90-minute couple’s massage at the POZ Spa was unforgettable—pure relaxation and such a special experience together. A truly phenomenal stay, filled with beautiful memories. We will definitely be back—worth every penny. Nothing.

On a eu l'effet wouaaaaou en arrivant On mets pas trop de photos il faut vraiment venir voir cette hôtel ,Mais l'impression que certains employés de l'hôtel ne voulaient pas nous servir, je sais pas comment bien expliquer. Il servait les personnes assis a côté de nous et nous regardé même pas , et au bout de 20 min j'ai insisté pour qu'on vienne nous servir. Demotivation de certains serveurs je pense qu'il y avait trop de monde et plein d'enfants qui courrait partout.

But it was more of a miscommunication rather than the norm and was made aware of this but this issue was properly managed by the manager which made us feel seen and appreciated. We came on the all inclusive package for 2 days. Was informed that when you book 3 days onwards that you can go to the dinner at the a la carte restaurants this was in the fine print but it was an oversight on our part. This caught us off guard. But the main restaurant karay buffet changes every day and is very good so many options to choose from. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner and a la carte lunch. All wonderful.we went to grand zil for buffet bbq book at least a day in advance tho. Pool facilitties where clean and well maintained. The two Beaches where clean and well maintained. Bars offered good cocktail but used locallly made alcohol. The rooms where good and comfortable. Highlight of my stay was the staff. Great staff very attentive to detail. And makes us feel seen and appreciated. They Organized a special gift for my wedding anniversary. The communications was not great through booking.com But In person they exceeded and delivered masterfully. Shout out to. Giovanni from the restaurant thank you for everything.front office manager on duty thank you for your Patience. And thank you sevil at the reservations area you are amazing for organizing everything. If you want a nice tranquil resort with lots of relaxation and fun activities choose this one.
- Maria (10/5): - Das abwechslungsreichen Essen war sehr gut. Die Anlage ist sehr gut designt und das Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten ist groß und lässt nur wenige wünsche offen. Die Reservierungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants ect. müssen an verschiedenen Stellen am Tag zuvor erfolgen. Wenn dies alles über den Gästeservice erledigbar wäre, wäre das besser. So mussten nicht die einzelnen Öffnungszeiten beachtet werden. Auch war schade das ein Restaurant nur bei all inklusive dabei war. Da es sich hier um das Strandrestaurant handelte ist es für ein Pärchen mit Halbpension schade diese Information erst im Hotel mitgeteilt zu bekommen. Auch ein Lageplan der Anlage wäre toll gewesen. Diesen haben wir leider erst am letzten Abend gefunden. Vielleicht könnte man diese Information in der Einführung zeigen damit hätten sich viele Fragen vorab geklärt.
- Sandra Fri (10/5): Das mit Abstand beste Resort! - Wir sind schon viel gereist. Aber dieses Resort ist einfach durchweg perfekt. Unglaublich schöne und gepflegte Anlage! Das Personal extrem freundlich, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Buffet (HP) war außerordentlich gut. Viele Wassersport-Angebote for free, Nachhaltigkeit groß geschrieben, Wasser gratis, tolle und gemütliche Zimmer mit Stil. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wartezeit und der Service beim Lunch à la carte Restaurant. Mag aber eine Ausnahme gewesen sein, wir waren nur einmal da.

L’accueil du personnel est tout simplement extraordinaire : toute l’équipe est d’une gentillesse remarquable, attentionnée et prête à aider. On se sent vraiment les bienvenus du début à la fin. Un immense merci en particulier à Mike, Véronique et Jovani, qui ont été formidables et ont contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus spécial. Les piscines sont superbes, particulièrement agréables avec des enfants, la plage est magnifique, et les restaurants sont délicieux avec beaucoup de choix et de très belles saveurs. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la chambre très spacieuse, idéale avec un enfant. Le service d’accueil pour les bébés est vraiment excellent : lit bébé, table à langer et baignoire bébé étaient mis à disposition, un vrai plus qui fait toute la différence quand on voyage en famille. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Donc pas de snorkeling du séjour et l’hôtel n’a proposé absolument aucune compensation ou geste commercial (même si l’activité était gratuite, proposer un dédommagement aurait été bienvenue) + Restaurants corrects mais pas exceptionnels, pas assez de fruits ni sucre au petit déjeuner

Il y a plusieurs endroits avec des chaises longues sur la plages ainsi que plusieurs endroits pour se mettre à la piscine. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Anlage wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Es gab ein vielfältiges Angebot, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. - Zilio (9/5): Super séjour détente - Le grand lit confortable, la plage, la vue sur les îles du Nord, la piscine avec vue, la tranquillité, les chiens et chats heureux et amicaux <3 Nous sommes végétaliens et avons choisi cet hôtel pour son offre de repas vegan. Nous avons été déçus de n'avoir aucune option végétale pour les pâtisseries : toutes les crêpes, gâteaux, pancakes, gauffres étaient à base de produits animaux. Pourtant il est facile d'en faire en version végétale, et les végétaliens aussi sont gourmands :)

- Andrea (8/5): Great Facilities, Average Rooms - The facilities, entertainment and proximity to the private beach are amazing. The food is good and there is a variety of restaurants to pick from. For such an amazing establishment with the facilities it has and the price we paid I expected more from the room. Yes the room has a great view but internally it felt like it was put together thoughtlessly. For example, the coffee station/fridge was in the bathroom and overlooked the shower. The finishing was a failed attempt to be minimalist and almost made the unit look cheap which brought down my opinion of the resort. If they manage to get the rooms right then this hotel in my opinion is flawless.

- Marie (8/5): Cadre très agréable propre calme et confortable. - La chambre était magnifique ainsi que la petite terrasse. Très calme. Nous avons adoré les piscines à débordement et la plage. Les petits déjeuners buffet étaient vraiment variés ! Lors des repas le soir il y avait des buffets avec des cuidiniers/ières à l'écoute et serviables . Niveau service du soir : Nous avons eu notre table complètement débarrassée alors qu'il restait des verres pas terminés, et que nous étions seulement au buffet dessert... Ce n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des tarifs appliqués par le Zilwa !! Je l'ai signalé et j'ai eu des excuses... C'est très désagréable et regrettable. Un geste commercial serait la moindre des choses..
