- Anthony (10/5): Excellent B&B in the centre of the Cape. - Excellent location in the centre of the Cape making it ideal for picking up a ferry from Hyannis to Martha's Vineyard or Whale watching from Barnstaple. Mike and Helen were lovely hosts making us feel very welcome and provided lots of tips for places to see and some to avoid! Fabulous rooms and guest lounge. Great breakfast cooked fresh to order. All good.

- Manuel (7/5): Cozy little place for short stays - Location is great, staff is very polite and welcoming. Rooms are clean but a bit small. I don’t imagine myself paying what they ask for in high season though. That would not be worth for sure. In the morning they said the cleaning lady wasn’t available so the room would not be cleaned the next day. I understand that these situations could happen but there must be an alternative. I believe I’m paying for having my room cleaned and fixed every day and I wasn’t compensated for that. Also, breakfast hast to be ordered in a very specific way, it just feels really odd and doesn’t make any sense. Please allow people to act normally and order breakfast like everyone would do it. Also I feel breakfast could be better, specially the mains. People are on vacation; they don’t need unnecessary rules nor cleaning their hotel rooms.

Area is not busy, but cars whiz by, which makes a bit of noise in the mornings. Breakfast was great. Hot food: nice to have more choices, if possible...

The attitude of the hosts (lady) left much to be desired, and the only meal that was had at the property (their breakfast) was terrible. Due to the above, had to check out of the property earlier than scheduled and had to find alternate lodging @Cape Cod. Due to the inconvenience caused, and an actual experience way different than what the reports on the website would have one believe, would like to insist on a refund for the nights that remained unconsumed. A reply would be greatly appreciated.

- Tim&Jeb (10/5): Adorable Cape Cod Bed & Breakfast - Such a lovely place to stay. The owners went above & beyond in every aspect of making us feel welcome & comfortable. There were so many little details that they thought of...that's what really made the stay amazing.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Bed & Breakfast. - Room was clean and very nice. King bed was comfortable and mattress wasn't all worn out like most places. Bathroom was clean & updated. Both room & bathroom had all high-end amenities. They have a small fridge in the room with complimentary snacks, soda & water. Breakfast was very nice and they'll make you something else if you're not interested with what's being served that morning. All in all a very nice place. The only downside was something that was beyond their control. Some of the guests, just a few but that's all it takes, were coming in and out of the entrance slamming doors and dropping things at a later hours in the evening. We spoke with other guests the next morning at breakfast and they were bothered by it as well. Unfortunately you can't teach inconsiderate people common sense & common courtesy.
- Kathleen (10/5): #1 INN - Our innkeepers...Helen & Mike left NO stone unturned! Attention to EVERY detail! They are warm, gracious people and so accommodating...we only stayed one night but felt as though we were away for a week! This is THE inn to stay at if you are traveling in their area! On a scale of 1-10...they are a 20+++

- Charlotte (10/5): First Class Inn! - We stayed at the Inn for five nights, to go to a family funeral nearby. Wow! This is one of the nicest inns we've stayed in, and we've stayed in many. The house itself is exquisitely restored, with every detail beautifully attended. The room was elegant and well-appointed. The owners, Mike and Helen, were most gracious and went out of their way to be helpful to us and our family. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

The Hostess showed us around and explained everything very well. The next morning we had a superb home made breakfast served. The restaurant next door was amazing as well.

- John (10/5): Great Stay! - We had a great time! Our first stay at an Inn or Bed and Breakfast and it couldn't have been better! Our room was great...clean, roomy, quiet and comfortable. Carolyn met us at the door, gave us a tour and helped us with dinner reservations. Mike and Helen were gracious hosts and provided a delicious 4 course breakfast each morning. They also had plenty of resources, knowledge and suggestions on things to do while visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return. I would recommend the Inn at Cape Cod to anyone.

- Robert (10/5): - Landed here for a spontaneous getaway and, wow, did we luck out. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed with a tour and homemade cookies to our departure breakfast that as 5 star quality (no, really), it was a terrific stay. Every detail is attended to. Plus, there's a beach just a 5-10 minute drive away that has tremendous sunsets. Grey's Beach I think?
- cliffandjules (8/5): Lovely Inn, impressive attention to detail - Lovely building in a convenient location. Helen and Mike take attention to detail to another level. 24/7 coffee/tea, with ice buckets and glasses all on hand, everywhere is spotlessly clean and immaculate. Rooms have all the amenities of an upscale hotel, with Molten Brown products provided in the bathroom ( slight niggle that fresh towels not provided to us on the last service despite us leaving them in the bath - bit bizarre) I don't think our room ( Manor suite) was the best choice with the sitting area being stuffy and very dark as it has no windows. Whilst the bedroom had four windows, the bedroom generally was very hot ( our opinion )requiring the AC to cool it, despite weather outside not being massively hot ifor the time of year. I think the other rooms would be more light and airy to be fair....the great thing is that you book the room of your choice...I would suggest the Plantation suite as I am sure had that been available, it would have been just the ticket for us....superb balcony. Lovely front porch with rockers and the grounds also had lovely sitting areas. It was really nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast. The proximity of the Old Yarmouth Inn which has both restaurant and tavern menus was also a huge bonus...the food and hospitality there are also amazing.
