Ambienti confortevoli non fosse per il rumore che mi ha accompagnato tutta la notte del sanitrit. Forse sarebbe buona cosa specificarlo in sede di prenotazione.

- Silvia (8/5): Staff molto gentile, camera da migliorare. - La gentilezza del personale e la colazione La camera era molto piccola e aveva diversi difetti: il condizionatore era insopportabile e rumoroso lo abbiamo spento perché non riuscivamo a dormire e si è acceso da solo nel bel mezzo della notte, la testata del letto storta e sganciata da un lato, la TV in bilico con i tasselli completamente fuori dal muro, l'interruttore del bagno storto e nella doccia non c'è il doccino il che è scomodo se non vuoi lavare i capelli (ci sono comunque le cuffie), ho dato 8 solo per la gentilezza dello staff. Altro neo, se apri la finestra entra dentro l'odore del ristorante indiano che è sotto. Decisamente esagerato il prezzo pagato per questa camera.

- manuela (9/5): Tutto molto bene - Noi abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento completamente ristrutturato e molto funzionale. Eravamo in 4, con due bimbi, e siamo stati comodissimi. Tutto pulito e c’era davvero tutto anche qualora uno avesse voluto cucinare o sistemarsi meglio. Purtroppo il bagno non aveva la finestra e non so per quale motivo c’era un odore sgradevole che proveniva dalla stanza. Non do cm una valutazione negativa perchè magari era un problema momentaneo degli scarichi.

- Paolo (4/5): Per fare meglio... - Prenotata una junior suite sia perché era l' unica disponibile e sia per il buon prezzo di prenotazione: la camera si è poi rivelata essere un miniappartamento (ne hanno quattro), dotato anche di angolo cottura. Peccato però per quanto accaduto durante il soggiorno. La struttura è moderna, dotata di parcheggio interno. L' appartamento assegnato era il n. 2 ed è dotato di impianto sanitrit per tutti gli scarichi posto sotto il lavandino nella zona giorno. Purtroppo il trituratore e/o la pompa del sanitrit si attivava letteralmente ogni due - tre minuti, non si sa per quale motivo visto che l' acqua era chiusa e le pompe di calore spente. La cosa è andata avanti tutta la notte senza interruzione, e, visto che la zona notte è separata da quella giorno solo da una tenda, non è stato possibile dormire. Il bagno è senza finestra ma anche senza riscaldamento.

Thanks for making our visit to Montevarchi so much more memorable! - While the first impressions of the locale might feel a little unsafe, I was quickly converted to love this little suburban, family friendly town of Montevarchi. Hotel rooms were reassuringly safe and secure. Staff were subtly attentive and gave the feel of your friendly neighbor. The deluxe suite is in the annex building, looks like any newly renovated service apartment. This unassuming location is easily accessible by car, ample free parking, supermarket close by and the very lovely Largo Galeffi restaurant where we had dinner twice during our 3 nights stay is a must!

- Rachel (9/5): Lovely handy hotel with great staff - The staff were very friendly & helpful despite us both not speaking Italian! The apartment we had was spacious & very clean. Location great for driving to Chianti & train to Arezzo and Florence. Montevarchi itself had some great places to eat & nice friendly bars too, without being a busy tourist centre. The only slight minor issue we had was that the brand new kitchen in the apartment wasn't very well equipped - we boiled water for drinks in a pan, and there was nothing to facilitate washing up, or wiping surfaces, but this would be a very easy fix !
