Guest Reviews
- Stephanie (8/5): - Over all it
- Dana (2/5): - No breakfast. Bottle water only
- Eice (2/5): - The room smells like smoke and mold. The carpets per dirty, the window blind was ripped. The washroom per filthy.
- Melody (4/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Online it shows they have cribs for infants - they did not. The window screen was broken completely and made it a safety risk if the window was open, you could literally just fall out. The beds were hard and not comfortable. The refrigerator did not stay cold which ruined my son’s meds that he needs to literally survive and our air conditioner did not work whatsoever. The room had a smell of smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room and the front desk gave us a $10 voucher for food at the casino for the day we would be checking out but none of the restaurants opened until well after 11 am.
- Mike (4/5): - The casino next to this hotel is set to move, and I'm assuming the hotel will be closing. It appears that they stopped updating
- Kristi (6/5): - The room was out dated. Dead bugs on the window sill with cob webs. It is mid March and the pot in front of the building have dead evergreens arrangements.
No shuttle to casino.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Old, Dirty & Inconvenient. - The hotel is NOT attached to the casino. That was the entire reason I stayed here. Whoops. You have to walk the entire length of the parking lot to travese between the casino and hotel. Not exactly safe feeling with a pocket full of cash. Bad weather made it even worse. No shuttle. No valet at either location. The only covered parking is at the casino, not the hotel. The hotel is very dated and kinda grimey feeling. There were pubic hairs in one of the beds. I won't be returning.
- Jaxon (2/5): - S
- Mike (6/5): - Room was nice. Staff terrible. Vending machines either not working or missing.
- Gustavo (6/5): - Old hotel still smelled like stale smoke
- Juventino (10/5): - It a nice place
- Paul (10/5): - Hubby and I love this hotel for an overnight getaway trip to the casino. Always very clean, quiet and staff is very friendly.
- Randy (8/5): - Staff was nice. hotel was clean.
- Ruth (10/5): - I want to say first that the place was immaculate! The property is clearly an older one, and there’s an odor that goes with that so I was nervous at first. There is some wear and tear and the mattress was old but comfortable. The bedding and bath linens were of good quality. The toiletries were pleasantly scented and also good quality. If what you’re looking for is a clean comfortable room at a good price, do not hesitate.
- Heather (4/5): - Property seemed outdated and tired. Stains on the wall, extremely bright lights in the room, heating unit had some damage and a wire hanging out. Since it is across the lot from the casino, people were coming and going all night (someone shouting at 2am in the hall) and letting the doors slam.
- Gregory (8/5): - It was close and walk able to the Casino. No breakfast before we checked out.
- Monica (10/5): - John the Manaus very pleasant and helpful!!!
- Venice (10/5): - Great stay
- Priscilla (10/5): - Convenient location
- Michael (2/5): - I was not impressed with no morning breakfast available on site. Then housekeeping never came and cleaned room and brought new towels.
I will never stay at this property again.
:(
- Stephen (4/5): - There three days , maid never cleaned room. Rare to see some one at front desk.
- Sheldon (2/5): Too Cold to Shower without Hot-Water! - Upon arrival, we were told the hot water was currently in the process of being repaired and would be in service by that evening. Fortunately, we spent our daytime with family, but was shocked to discover the hot-water issue had not been resolved after 3 days.
Naturally, we moved to a different hotel, but I feel we should have been contacted about this issue prior to our arrival.
- Lacy (10/5): - quiet and clean
- Lacy (10/5): - safe and quiet
- Steven (6/5): - Old hotel that needs updating bad. Used Expedia to book the room while I was in the lobby, the property didn't want to match the Expedia rate even though they had most of the hotel vacant on a Thursday night.
I would stay away, not worth the price
- Kiwana (4/5): - Carpet was nasty in the toilet, really didn’t flush
- John (8/5): - Excellent staff
- Keira (10/5): - Front desk clerk was amazing with assisting my family member!
- Aslan (10/5): - I like it
- Silvia (4/5): - Property hasn’t returned back the deposit money. It’s been a whole week and nothing I been trying to call and they don’t answer
- Venice (8/5): - Great
- Jan (8/5): - Very nice!
- Rinelle (8/5): - Quiet. Walking distance to casino. Dining options hood
- Jennia M (10/5): - Clean
- Alexander (10/5): - Great
- Kayla (10/5): - This is the cleanest hotel I’ve been at
- Venice (10/5): - Great stay
- Peter (6/5): - Ten dollars a day for amenities. Water and coffee.
- Toriana (10/5): - Check in was easy was even able to arrange let check out at 4 am someone is always at the desk
- Venice (10/5): - Great stay
- Bonnie (6/5): - We went to the casinos so we stayed here. It was satisfactory, but no breakfast and just an average stay. The hotel needs updated
- Bill (10/5): - Clean sace
- Randy (10/5): - Had a great time celebrating my wifes birthday and anniversary
- Alan (10/5): - I could get a run in before leaving in the morning.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly staff, checked us in early, nice location, like a resort driving in.
- Elena (6/5): - One of the primary reasons we chose. This property was breakfast was included as advertised on website where I booked. Very disappointed to find out it was no longer provided. Was offered 15 dollar discount to be used at the casino by two people.
- Larry (6/5): - I booked through Orbitz, where the hotel advertised breakfast was available, but upon arrival I discovered that breakfast is not available here
- Anthony (10/5): - A very clean hotel, and friendly staff. Nice and quite.
- Ausitn (6/5): Ant problem other than it was fine - Overall good. We did have a bag of chips in the room. After a few hours over night it was covered by ants. Other than the ants it was fine.
- Peter (6/5): Meh - Definitely not the best but not the worst. For what we paid. Couldn't complain too much. Disappointing that the casino is n't connected to the hotel. Locations isn't the best.
- Kezia (10/5): - It was pretty cool staying here. Very retro. The beds are comfy too.
- sunni (2/5): Don’t even bother - Old decrepit hotel. Crack heads outside no one was ever at the front counter. Scary place
- Slobodan (6/5): - Not good
- Kelsey (6/5): - Outdated
- Anthony (10/5): - I enjoyed this hotel very much. Kind of an out of the way hotel/casino, but my stay was very pleasant. Room were very clean, and the bed was very soft. Front desk people were very helpful. Will stay here again in the future.
- Clayton (10/5): - Good
- Bret (8/5): - Leaking shower
- Omar (8/5): - Place is a bit outdated. Room are semi clean however seems a bit rundown.
- Verified traveler (2/5): I wont stay there again - The room was very old looking. The sink was outside of the bathroom which was odd. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was no comforter on the bed so i couldn't wrap up into something soft and warm. The TV didn't work at all and only had news and adult channels, the adults channels weren't free so you just had news. I checked out early and left my boyfriend there. I was worried about him because he wasnt answering his cell phone. I called that hotel 12 times within 2 hours and finally got someone on the phone. The person that ansered had a bad attitude and didn't want to call the room or check to see if he was ok. Bad room, bad serive, bad experience. Im sad bout this.
- Steven (2/5): - Closed but didn’t tell me
- Michelle (4/5): - The a/c didn’t work and there wasn’t much else to the hotel seemed deserted
- Luis (6/5): - No body ever at front desk. No real amenities for a hotel.casino property. Television channels have issues.
- Greg (8/5): - Decent, clean hotel
- Sabreena (10/5): - Great quiet location , friendly staff
- Christopher (2/5): - They took my reservation in the morning but were closed when I arrived. A power outage that happened the night before.
- Nathan R. (6/5): - In previous visits, they had a free breakfast. This time they did not. We were advised that they stopped serving breakfast in November of 2023.
- DWayne (8/5): A good casino hotel - It was a comfortable stay, considering it’s a casino hotel, overall pretty good.
- Scott (10/5): - A
- Verified traveler (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Room and towels and blankets had a bad smell, beds were horrible carpets sticky and stained. Only 2 kids channels and tv would say hdmi not connected on one kids channel. So pretty much 1kids channel
- KEN (10/5): - This hotel was easy to get to and nice check in staff. It would be nice to have a shuttle to the casino but the drive over was easy with easy parking there as well.
- Annette (4/5): Probably wont stay again - We were disappointed. The while place needs someone to care more. Our tv didnt work, were told that was because of a known issue with the server because of the heat.. no bfast but that may be because we were there on a week day? Hair on our bathroom floor upon arrival and the maintenance and upkeep of our room was sad. Loose handles, doors that stick, patches in walls over wallpaper?! Its a great location, nice grounds and we saw deer in the evening but what a disappointment the room was. Bed was clean and comfy so that was great! It is not connected to the casino instead its across a large parkinglot. Cmkn Hollywood you can do better and you will have a gem!
- Chappell (10/5): - The property was quiet, we enjoyed our stay
- Germaine (2/5): - The staff and guests and the room was dirty.
- Ashley (4/5): In was okay - The stay here was an okay experience, the only bad thing about the stay was the bed. There were stains on the sheets, there was no comforter on the bed. My husband and I had to turn the heat up and sleep with no blankets. There was no breakfast for how much we paid for one night to stay.
- Heidi (4/5): - Disappointed that there was no longer breakfast offered.
- Yazmin (10/5): - Loved
- Shanell (10/5): - The hotel was very nice and quiet. Just wish it was connected to the hotel. Had a ton of fun at the casino
- Stanley (10/5): - It would be nice if you were more flexible with your check-in times. I had to sit in my pickup in the parking lot for 4 hours while the hotel and my room was empty and already paid for.
- Marc (6/5): - Showing it’s age.
- vada (2/5): - First impression it smelled like smoke, room and bathroom was highly outdated
- Kirk (8/5): - Ok
- Nicholas (4/5): - Overpriced, bad water pressure in the shower.
- Crayton (4/5): - Resort fee and no real resort. Room was dated.
- Karen (10/5): Gambling stop - Perfect spot to spend night. Room was comfortable and hotel just a short walk to casino and restaurant
- Dan (2/5): - Computers were down had to leave and come back later
- alvin (8/5): Fan less - The rooms were OK. I had to go buy a fan because there were not enough air circulation inside the room for me. The bedding kept coming discombobulated so I had to keep making sure the sheets and the thin pad was together for some kind of comfort. I understand why there's no comforters used. Also the TV was too small for me. I couldn't lay in bed and watch because it seemed so far away. I stayed 4 nights and had enough.
- Carol (10/5): - The staff was very nice
- Carolyn (10/5): - Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was lacking. Even a microwaveable breakfast sandwich would have sufficed.
- Sarah (2/5): Awful - Overcharged at checkin. Property is old and needs updating badly. Bathrooms are smaller than my dorm room’s was. Would never pay more than $40 for this type of property. Reporting to BBB for lack of ethics and fraudulent billing
- John (10/5): - Very nice place
- Jerry (4/5): - Besides the bugs in the room, it reminded me of the 70s and 80s. We had to keep our stuff on the other bed so we didn’t get bugs in our stuff. After telling the front desk, they knew about the problem.
- Heather (6/5): - A little run down. Very friendly and helpful staff though.
- Tommy (6/5): - I thought I reserved a suite for my wife and I’s honeymoon, but it was just a regular king room.
- Barbara (10/5): - The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. Only donuts, danish and yogurt. No milk to drink!
- Carol (10/5): Very comfortable stay weekend getaway - The temperature of room was comfortable. The staff was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it’s very close to the Casino you can walk there; but in the very cold weather you have to drive; unfortunately they do not have a shuttle bus . This could draw in more people. Thanks
- Berneta (10/5): - Great place to stay.
- Julie (2/5): - Hotel had a dirty smell. Bugs in hallway
- michelle (6/5): - Staff was friendly
- Michael (4/5): Find another option - Extremely outdated. Hotel has an unpleasant musty smell throughout. Carpet in thebroom was stained. Sheets didnt properly fit the bed which cased the corners to come apart when sleeping. This revealed disgusting looking stains on the corners of the mattress.
Unfortunately there atent a lot of options in the area. Changed hotels and opted to instead drive 45 minutes to the work site.
- Clydette (2/5): WORST PLACE ON EARTH... - Ended up not staying. the lobby was horrible and stunk. The stinch was unbearable it took my breath away through my mask....the room was horrible carpet had spots smelled of old water and mildew...
