• BLANCA (4/5): - In case of emergency, there is not easy access to outside. Also, the kitchen wasn't well equipped, e.g., lack soup to wash the dishes. The surroundings weren't in accordance to have a calm stay as works with heavy machinery were going on, making a lot of noise.

Parking was always available to a very reasonable price. The corridors had a lot of old spots in the carpet that gave a bad impression. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 情報不足 - まずチェックインの情報がHOTELS.COMの説明と違っていました。22時までは向かいのガソリンスタンドでチェックイン可能とありましたが出来ませんでした。17時には受付は無人になります。ロビーに入るのにコードが必要でチェッキンも機械でしなくてはならず、ホテルからの予約番号が必要です。私には予約番号が送られてきてなくてチェックインできない状態でした。なんとかホテルの連絡先の電話番号を見つけて電話してようやくチェックインできました。電話がなかったらできなかったと思います。翌朝までは車中泊を覚悟しました。ホテル自体はリーズナブルで部屋も広くてキッチン付きで快適でした。

• Verified traveler (6/5): Återkommande affärsresenär - För andra veckan i rad hade de glömt lägga in handdukar i rummet. Den här gången fick jag ringa flera gånger innan de till slut fick tag på någon som kom och levererade handdukar. En gång kan jag ha överseende med, men samma sak två veckor i rad, då funkar inte rutinerna. Förutom det så sov jag gott. Skönt med många öppningsbara fönster. Fast nätverksuttag fungerade ej, men acceptabelt wifi finns.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Återkommande affärsresenär - De hade glömt lägga in handdukar på mitt rum och eftersom jag anlände när hotellet var obemannat fick jag ringa angivet nummer. Där blev jag väldigt trevligt bemött av en serviceinriktad man och efter ett tag kom det någon ur personalen och levererade handdukar till mitt rum. Upptäckte sedan att det bara fanns en rulle toalettpapper men det räckte som tur var. Och även diskborste hade glömts så kanske de hade för bråttom med att göra iordning rummet denna gång. TV-mottagning riktigt dålig. Fick in SVT:s kanaler men det gick ej att se då det bara hackade hela tiden. WiFi funkade bra. Fast nätverksuttag fanns men fick det ej att fungera. Sov gott i en ganska mjuk, men för mig bekväm säng. Bra mörkläggningsgardiner.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Veckopendlande affärsresenär - Billigt boende som är helt okej i förhållande till vad man betalar. Stort luftigt rum med öppningsbara fönster och bra mörkläggningsgardiner. Väldigt mjuk säng, men jag sov skönt. Pentry med det nödvändigaste för att fixa enkelt käk men dock ingen kniv för att skära t.ex. bröd och grönsaker med. Diskmedel och diskborste tillhandahålls, Badrummet kändes rätt fräscht men krokar för att hänga handdukar på var avbrutna. Endast tvål vid handfatet. Ett stort minus är också att när man duschar finns ingen list eller något som hindrar vattnet från att rinna ut över hela badrumsgolvet och inte heller någon golvskrapa att torka bort vattnet med efter man fyllt hela badrumsgolvet. TV finns men mottagningen är så svag att endast SVT:s kanaler går att se på. WiFi finns gratis på rummet och funkar helt okej. Numera finns en check-in automat i receptionen och man får entrékod på sms så incheckning behöver inte längre ske på bensinmacken som det står på hotels.com. Både in- och utcheckning gick väldigt snabbt och smidigt. Gott om parkering för bilen också och enkelt att betala med parkeringsbolagets app. I skrivande stund kostade det 28kr att stå en natt och det kan man inte klaga på. Fritt inträde till träningscenter om man förbeställer ett gymkort. Gymmet ligger en trappa nedanför receptionen. Området känns kanske inte jätteskojigt men jag kände mig aldrig otrygg och bilen var oskadd efter två nätter.

Och eftersom jag fick inget mail med entré koden, var jag tvungen att ringa. Det tog flera långa minuter innan att någon svarade. Sen, allt gick bra. De fria parkeringsplatserna är inte markerade och ligger bara några meter från "MYO hemleverans". Man kan föreställa sig att flera lastbilar kommer dit varje dag. Men det finns en billig parkering 20 - 30 meter bort. Det kostar 28 kr/ 24 timmar.

• Syed (2/5): Avoid at all costs if you can - Worst stay of my life. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no manned reception over the weekends and no one there to help you. You have to deal with a machine to check in which was not mentioned either on booking confirmation. We were sent to wrong place to collect keys. Bad service from booking to all the way. Rooms are ok-ish but small beds that you can fall from during sleep so be careful, no bath and shower cabins too small and water will be all over the toilet floor when you try to take a shower. Rooms are not cleaned daily as there is no staff, no toiletries either so you have to take your own shower gel etc. There is no free parking and you won’t be told how to pay for parking neither is there a parking machine but expect a parking fine every morning when you get to the car a ticket will be stuck on windscreen as that’s what we had every morning. Avoid at all costs. This place not worth even worth having a look online. Try looking somewhere else to have a reasonable and comfortable stay elsewhere.

• Jolanta (6/5): - wir waren vor 2 Jahren in diesem Hotel und mussten jetzt feststellen, dass es sich negativ verändert hat. Vor allem die Küchenausstattung. Es sind hier zur Zeit sehr viele Asylanten untergebracht. Auch die Wohngegend macht keinen europäischen Eindruck.

Mycket skumt folk som rörde sig i korridorerna. Flyktingboende?? Så en lite städning innan gästerna hade varit bra.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great room, bad location - Hotel was approx 10 minute walk to Fitje t-bana station and about 30 mins on T -bana to Gamla stam/Stockholm central. Although the hotel was very clean and comfortable we found the walk from Fitje station daunting as it was through a carpark on an industrial estate/shopping centre, under a subway and across a bridge over a very busy highway. The hotel was not clearly signposted either and we walked round in circles initially to find it. At the hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful and we cannot fault the spacious, soundproof and cleanly rooms once we had checked in. Overall our stay was good, but would not recommend it to anyone staying on a short city break in Stockholm due to its location, especially if travelling on your own.

• John (6/5): Working holiday trip - Spent five days preparing yacht for summer cruising in the Baltic. Useful location for the local yacht marina. Accommodation located in a commercial area with limited dinning options near by. Bus services available. Studio was large with a modern shower room and well equipped kitchen area. Had to keep room tidy because there was no daily cleaning service. Staff very helpful. Chargeable car parking available close to the accommodation. Reasonable accommodation for the price.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not what was advertised - I had to take a bus from the airport then a train to Norsburg then a bus to the hotel. I then had to go across the road to the 7-11 to get a key to my room?? There was no cleaning service as it was actually studio flats where people lived. I am not sure why it has been advertised as a hotel. It is very out of the way and near the motorway. Wont be going back and wouldn't recommend it.

• Alexander (10/5): Best value for money - I do not understand why so many complaints regarding this property? Price per 23sqm studio with kitchen for 299 SEK is the lowest price that you can find in Stockholm. Of course location is far away from city center but subway is not so far (less than 10 min walking). Checking process is not super convenient but if you read how to do it in advance should have any difficulties. Also there is possibility to check in by phone. My room was clean and nice, all furniture was quite new. Kitchenette is also good enough to prepare breakfast in the morning. I was a bit disappointed by variety products in Lidl near subway, so preferred to buy products in the city. If I need a cheap accommodation in Stockholm again, I will sat here again

• Michal (8/5): Wysoki komfort w słabej okolicy - Hotel daleko od miasta (ok. 35 minut metrem + 10 minut autobusem). Mieści się w budynku, który wygląda na pierwszy rzut oka na starą fabrykę, ale jak już wejdzie się do apartamentu to jest naprawdę przyjemnie. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z lodówką, sztućcami i kawą w saszetkach. Czysta i dość duża łazienka oraz wygodne i pachnące łóżka. Gdyby nie okolica to serdecznie polecam!

• Antonio (8/5): Ottimo hotel in periferia - Sono stato in vacanza con la mia ragazza in una doppia ad agosto ... hotel un pó difficile da raggiungere, la fermata della metrololitana si trova a 20 minuti a piedi da lí . Passa un bus con destionazione metro, ma la frequenza é scarsa, specialmente il weekend e la sera. L hotel é carino, stanza parecchio bella luminosa e colorata. Molte prese per la corrente. Atmosfera romantica e letto molto comodo. Bagno piccolo ma carino . Pulizia buona, ma non eccellente. Il pavimento, il piano cottura e il bagno sono lindi, mentre lenzuola e cuscini non sono il massimo, avendo trovato vecchi capelli e addirittura una macchietta di sangue. Personale cortesissimo, molto disponibile e gentile. Solo che la reception é aperta poche ora durante la week. In generale da 1 a 5 voto 4. Lo consiglio a tutti!
• familie (6/5): Onze ervaring met het partime home.j - Geen sfeervolle kamer, tv had geen bereikbare kanalen, wifi was zeer slecht, je moest met 20 man in de lobby gaan zitten om bereik te krijgen, zeer storend. Koken was zeer beperkt mogelijk. Maar goed geslapen en goede doucheruimte.

Der Check in erfolgte in der Shell Tankstelle (nicht vom Hotel aus ersichtlich) ohne Informationen. Frühstück gibt es auf Wunsch ebenfalls an der Tankstelle. Hotelpersonal haben wir nicht angetroffen. Abreise musste erfrüht erfolgen, da es Grund dazu gab, sich in der Gegend unsicher zu fühlen.

• Joanna (8/5): Polecam na krótki pobyt - Kilka kroków do jeziora i plaży, hotel na węźle komunikacyjnym, łatwo dojechać w wiele miejsc. Brak bezpłatnego parkingu, ale może się udać zostawić auto pod restauracją przy stacji, skąd odbiera się klucze. Pokój przestronny, wygodny, ogrzewany, z aneksem i naczyniami, można spokojnie przygotować posiłek. Pokoi jest bardzo dużo, okolica nie sprawia wrażenia miejsca bardzo bezpiecznego, przez ściany słychać sąsiadów, ale na krótki pobyt jest przyzwoicie.

Det verkar som personalen inte heller kan den.

• Piotr (8/5): Hotel bardzo OK - Duży i zadbany hotel. Czyste i wygodne pokoje. Miła obsługa. Łatwy, ale długi dojazd do centrum (autobus nr 702 do Fittja, a potem metro nr 13 kierunek Robsten). Jeden przystanek (lub 15min piechotą) do Lidla. Okolica nie jest niestety ciekawa, choć spokojna. Ogólnie polecam za tę cenę.
• Christine (8/5): hilfsbereites personal und saubere unterkunft - personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. konnte sogar nach einer nacht umziehen,da das saubere appartement nach indischem essen gerochen hat. auch wurde mir bei den bus/metro verbindungen geholfen.Zimmer war sauber. ja sogar die gangteppiche wurden während meier anwesenheit shampooniert. wegen einer baustelle hatte ich bis zu 2 std. in das stadt- zentrum. Zudem sind die busverbindungen nachts schlecht und nicht auf die metro abgestimmt.

Eli respa on auki vain pari tuntia illalla 17.00 - 19.00 ja muina aikoina avain pitää hakea kadun toiselta puolelta huoltoasemalta. Ja he todellakin vain antavat avaimen, eivätkä tiedä mitään muuta toiminnasta. Huoneet isoja ja siistejä, plussana hyvä ilmastointi. Sisusta on suoraan IKEAsta ja sängyt pehmeitä.

Men det är inget ställe för den som vill gå ut och äta och heller inte för den som vill ha lugn och ro på natten. Det var en varm sommarnatt och mycket fylla och oväsen utanför rummet. Flickan som checkade in oss på Shell var mycket vänlig och serviceminded.

• Eduard (6/5): Para ir a dormir a buen precio y poco más. - El Hotel está situado en una zona industrial bastante fea y con poca cosa por hacer. Hay un 7 eleven cerca y un restaurante, poco más. El wifi solo funciona en la zona común. La habitación estaba limpia, es grande y suficientemente confortable. Dispone de una pequeña cocina equipada con nevera, microondas y vitroceramica. El baño es sencillo y no hay ni jabón ni champú. Se aparca facilmente delante del hotel sin coste. Lo dicho, para ir a dormir a buen precio y poco más. No olvidarse del gel de baño ni del champú!!

Prisen var jo svært rimelig og noe service fra personalet hadde vi ikke bruk for. Savnet imidlertid internett (WiFi) på rommet slik at vi kunne bruke iPad.

Det var lite svårt att hitta hotellets parkeringar också,jag parkerade på en plats där var jag lite osäker på om det tillhörde hotellet och var rädd för att få böter,alltså det var inga skyltar uppsatta som kunde informera.

• frédéric (6/5): No well organized but really nice room - Nice appartment but this hotel it was quite complicated to get the keys. There is no one at the reception and so you have to call a number (which is quite expensive when you call from a foreign phone) to discover that you have to go to the gaz station to get it... It would be so much easier and cheaper to write a note about this fact! The second negative thing about this hotel is the elevator which is from another generation. Trust me, you won't feel safe and won't be sure to arrive at the fifth floor once you get inside...
• jANA (6/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich groß und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns rund um sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Lage sowie freies Wlan verbesserten unseren Aufenthalt noch dazu. Allerdings etwas schwer zu finden. Bis auf eine Adresse gab es zu der Buchung keinen Anreiseplan mit der U-Bahn oder anderen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, was die Anreise nicht die üblichen 20 Minuten sondern etwa ein Stunde werden lies. Wenn man einmal den Weg gefunden hat kommt man sehr bequem mit der UBahn binnen 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
• Clayton (8/5): Good, but more information to the clients r needed - Very good, and a fair price even thoug the place is not of so easy access if you are using bus (you have to walk around 15min to get a bus ticket for the first time), the checkin is made on a gasstation and that was not immediatly clear for me. Muito boa, e preco acessivel embora o local seja meio de dificil acesso a Södertälje se vc vai usar Onibus (Ja que eh necessario caminhar 15 minutos ate um local de compra de tickets). O checkin eh feito no posto de gasolina e isso nao foi claro para mim.
• Monika (8/5): Billigt hotell med mindre bra service - Hotellrummet var stort och ljust, men alldeles för mjuka sängar, det fanns inte nattduksbord lampor till alla sängar. * Tv:en stod på matbordet. * Duschen höll inte täckt, vatten över hela golvet. * Sparsam köksutrustning * Vågade inte laga mat i lgh pga brandvarnare * Fick hämta och lämna nycklarna på bensinstationen som gav mycket dålig bemötande.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Helt OK - Det enda jag kan anmärka på är dålig TV sändning. Annars tyst och skönt, lätt att hitta och inga problem med incheckning på Shell/Seven eleven.

• Mats (4/5): Långt från centrum - Hotell på tredje våningen. Reception på närliggande bensinstation. Otydlig skyltning kring entré och parkering. Långa korridorer. Avskalat rum. En säng för natten - inte så mycket mer.

Bra: *mycket fräscha & ljusa rum *nära till det mesta *vissa rum har ingen tv/ vattenkokare (tidsfråga) Att tänka på: * papperskorg på toa * tvålpump. man tar onödigt mycket av blew.

• Shiplu Sarker (6/5): Challenging stay! - First and foremost Long stay hotel is very far from the city center and not close to one of the metro stops too. The room is very small and the heating was terrible which caused us to suffer. Check-in in the 7-eleven is really inconvenient. The people there are for sure not meant to be receiving guests for the hotel. I won't recommend this hotel, if money is not really a big issue!
• Flera besök (8/5): Varför kallt på golvet? - Min vistelse senast var lika lyckad som tidigare besök! Men var måste ventilationen blåsa kall luft på golvet. Tvutbudet på rummen? Tacksam för program 1 o 2. Men var alla dessa kodade kanaler som man inte kan titta på?
• Kent (8/5): Hotell recension - Hotellet är bra men området o områdena runt omkring är inget att ha!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Övernattning - Ok för en natt, då inte om man vill vara ute på stan (bussen till hotellet går inte efter 22:30). Tyst och ok rent, för mjuka sängar och tv-kanalerna fungerade dock inte. För det priset hade man kunnat få lite frukost.

• Verified traveler (8/5): utan tv - fattar inte varför dom har installerat tv på rummet den är helkass, den här veckan har jag inte haft nån tv alls den visar inga kanaler finns o jag har pratat med dom 2 gånger o dom skulle fixa det men inga tv kanaler !!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Very comfortable hotel - The hotel is very good, big room and bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need, the beds are great. It is very far form the center of Stockholm, almost 40 min, there is no staff on the weekends, so the wi-fi did not work, are there was no one to help. Also there is no TV and no wi-fi in the room :(, which I think it will be plus, as is a long stay hotel.
• vedran (2/5): hospital - far away from the city if you don't have a car. The impression i got it use to be a hospital and was converted in to the hotel The check in point is across main road in 7 11 store and it is inconvenient There was no hotel staff. Good Place to stay if you are truckie driver and it is near E 4 main high way.
• Rick (4/5): Not worth a stay - Pro: The room was spacious and well equiped for the price. Cons: No wifi in the rooms, only in a foyer area. Very far from central Stockholm and a bus ride to get there from a metro station (buses don't run late). Additionally, the power went out on the second night and was still out the next morning. No fun stumbling around in the dark. Despite getting a notice via SMS and email from the hotel's management, the reception office was closed the morning after the power went out- I thought It would have been good to discuss with guests about compensation or refunds. Not recommended at all.
• Steven (2/5): Scary short-term rental apartments, NOT a hotel! - I choose to stay here because we wanted to have access to a kitchen and we didn't mind being far from the city center. The Stockholm T-ban is quick and efficient so getting to and from the nearest station (Fittja) was no problem in spite of being almost at the end of a line. Finding the place from Fittja by public transport, however, was a totally different matter. In Fittja there are absolutely no local area maps that can be either looked up or bought, and also no taxis. One (not very frequent) bus goes directly there from Fittja station in some 5 minutes (although waiting for it will likely take much longer). It is emphatically *not* a hotel -they are very simple bedsits in what looks like a converted office block. The building is so lonely and quiet it's actually creepy. Finding one's room is even more difficult than finding the building. First you need to go to the 7Eleven attached to the Shell petrol station across the road, which doubles up as reception front desk. Then you have to return to the "hotel", take the lift to the 5th floor, go out of the building, in again through a different door and take a second, ugly service-type lift to your floor and find your room somewhere down a very long corridor. Saying access is awkward is a massive understatement.The room is a very simple bedsit, with no separate dining area, no TV or WiFi. Staying here was definitely one of the very worst travel decisions I have ever made -staying here would only make sense if you work nearby.
• Jimsybob (2/5): Are you feeling lucky? - I will not stay here again. You don't know what type of room you are going to get. It could be excellent or it could be very bad as mine was this time. I stayed here the previous week and was excellent - great room. But this week the room was a disaster. No TV, no kettle, only one cooking pan, one of the blinds missing on the window, toilet roll holder off the wall and under the washbasin in the bathroom. Trying to get the problem resolved was a nioghtmare - because you have to go to the 24-7 petrol station over the road. I had to make several visits before my room was changed. They were reluctant to phone the owners and wanted me to phone. All in all a d isaster
• Jim (10/5): Great rooms - Great rooms. Very comfortable beds. High quality of decor. Fridge and cooker both good. Ideal for either short or long stays. The only (minor) gripe is that the TV only has four channels! It would aslo be good to make it clear that the key is picked up elsewhere. But brilliant place to stay.
• Tad (8/5): - + Spacious and nice room + room include furnished kitchen with microwave etc. - Missing reception, so any questions and changes can be done only over the phone - coldness during the night in the room
• Katja (10/5): Perfect hotel to stay - Longstay hotel is really good choice if you are staying for a longer period in Stockholm. Rooms are equipped with completely new IKEA furniture, very clean, peaceful with comfortable bed, clean linen, and perfect bathroom with towels. Keep in mind that you should bring your own toiletries. Hotel's cleaning service clean rooms approximately once per week . There is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and burner as well as basic utensils. Check in is outside the hotel at the 7-shell gas station which is on the opposite side of the street. There is no reception in the hotel, but you will get the phone number of a person who is responsible for the hotel , so you could ask whatever you need at any time. Surrounding is not so nice, there is no parks, just street and highway is very close. There is a Max (fast food), Thai food, fitness etc. Bus station is around 300m from the hotel, just take hotel 702 to Fittja, where is the metro station (T-bana). In 40 min you will reach the Gamla stan). At Fittja centrum you will find supermarket Lidl, with very good prices. Also you could walk from hotel to the Fittja, but path is not so special, it's better to take a bus. Don't believe people who say that Norsborg is unsafe part of the city! It is definitely different that northern part of the city, there is less Swedish people, but more foreigners, but if you know where are you going, nothing bad could happen to you.
• seedyp (8/5): Good base from which to visit Stockholm - Stockholm is an interesting city with something for everyone. Not far from forest walks and lakes for nature lovers but with all the variety of city life. We loved Hermans vegetarian cafe and the views over the city and lake from it's balcony. The hotel was only 3 mins by bus from the metro or tunnelbana and that took about 30 mins to get to the city. All transport is so well integrated it's easy to get about. Would haves liked a bit more information provided by the hotel eg a display of things to do or Information about which bus (702) to get from metro and which stop (Slagsta Strand) to ask for.Details of how to get to Fittja beach, shops nearby etc and a leaflet explaining laundry room use rules information in english etc would have helped us. This hotel room was small and basic but clean and functional and the hotel was still undergoing development as we were there so other features such as extra laundry areas and Wifi became available during our stay. There are no reception staff as such so would only suit independent types and as stairs occur at either entrance not suitable for disabled or elderly travellers , there are lifts but you still need to negotiate a few steps up to the next floor. Hotel is as it says longstay so some students, backpackers etc are staying longer term but all was quiet during our stay. It was annoying that all windows were closed in the room and no handles/latches had been left so you couldn't open them to let out cooking smells etc.
• Verified traveler (8/5): For budget-oriented travelers - If you're on a tight budget, Longstay is a decent choice. It was one of the cheapest options available and you'll get windows, a new, clean bathroom, and we had plenty of towels for three people, stuff you won’t get at a similarly priced hostel. That said, it is a bit further from the city center. It is about a 35 minute ride on the metro from t-Centralen, which is followed by a 10-15 minute walk after you figure out where you're supposed to go. We walked over bridges, highways, under a tunnel, in between a warehouse and rugged cliffs. Check-in is the oddest process I've ever encountered. You have to go to the 7-eleven at the gas station, where the attendant may or may not know how to check-in guests, and then you have to cross the street, take the elevator to the 5th floor even though your room might be on the 7th. You have to enter the hotel and then take the stairs to the upper floors. Absolutely no staff, so you're on your own again to figure it out. The room is new and clean but severely bare bones. No wi-fi, no tv, not an ounce of color anywhere. Just white, like a hospital. The corridors were similar. Tons of rooms and long hallways, but no guests to be seen. The hotel looks like its being converted from office rooms to mini-apartments, so that might be the explanation, but it was slightly creepy nonetheless. All faults aside, if you're on a budget, up for an adventure, this place is one of the cheaper options, and most importantly, very clean.
