• Farrall (6/5): Great hotel but not being able to check in on time and waiting hours to do so infuriated me. It was brushed off by lower - It was close to big mall I arrived to check at 2 pm but my room was not ready. I was tired from needing two flights to get there. The point too is that I had paid for the room up front. So legally that was my room. I think I had to wait until nearly 4 pm

• Richard (7/5): It was okay. - The location was great! Across the road from living world mall, which had amazing food options. The non-smoking rooms still had the smell of smoke from the other guests. The fridge needed to be replaced a few times. First time it was too noisy the second time it was replaced with another broken fridge. This was quite disturbing as staff walked in and out of the room a number times. Fortunately they were very polite.

The quality of service and facilities uphold the mercure hotels' standard. Excellent The breakfast menu is limited. Maybe because Alam Sutera itself not much of tourist attraction for people to stay long in the area. But we still hoping for more variety

Pour une chambre louer plus de 100 euro la nuit c’est inadmissible.

Établissement vraiment médiocre, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, draps jaunies ,usés et vieux .Les plats proposees au petit déjeuner étaient de la veille, froid et vraiment pas bon, aucuns service ,nous sommes obligés de demander pour avoir des fruits car plats vide et non rerempli....je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement.

Start from the beginning, my room reservation was assited by staff named Agung, super profesional, seamless service, fast responds and he take note all my preferences well. Then upon arrival and departure i was assisted by the same person Darno at the front desk (hopefully i spell the name correctly) he was very hospitable, full of smile, explain everything in details, fast services and also super profesional. Overall all the staff that i met - including the security were very helpfull and nice. I will definitely come back!

• Soko37 (8/5): Back again - Back to Serpong Alam Sutera after two years, now renovated interiors, rooms and corridors. Corridors still smell, at least seventh floor at the end,from new material, lacquer and glue and it needs to be ventilated otherwise some customers could be scared. Rooms look new, fresh with much modern style. Breakfast is rich, especially appreciated local cuisine. I appreciate possibility to refill water and sustainable policy for changing bed sheets
