No minibar setup and not working minibar out of service. No complementary water for room. needed to ask twice for the service to provide. ended up buy my own bottled water for external shop. This hotel shouldn't be a 5 star rated hotel.

- Marzieh (5/5): Don't recommend - We tried the restaurant twice for dinner, and the food was delicious. The breakfast area was very small and cramped, and the variety of food was limited. There is no parking available. The alley where the hotel is located is very narrow and always full of cars. The hotel is close to the highway, so the noise is quite annoying. Also, there is nothing accessible around the hotel. Overall, I do not recommend this branch of Elite World at all.

AC was closed and staff said that this is transition between the winter and summer and Ac was not yet open, We couldn’t sleep well for the five days. Problème de taxi, attente jusqu'à 30mn pour un hôtel 5 etaoile et si on est pas content, on dit d'aller chercher un taxi sur la route à côté. Le personnel d'accueil à l'entrée de l'hôtel ne dit pas bonjour. Quand on leur demande quelque chose, on nous renvoit à la réception qui à son tour nous renvoie sur le personnel d'accueil ... A mon départ, on m'a présenté une facture de consommation de mini bar faite par une autre chambre qui aurait dit que je paierai sa note. Le problème est que je suis arrivé seul et ne connaissais personne. Le réceptionniste à insisté mais j'ai refusé de payer la note de quelqu'un d'autre. Méthode assez bizarre. Surréaliste !!!!!

Their warmth, genuine kindness, and hospitality truly made my stay special. They went beyond just providing a service — they created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that I’ll remember. I wasn’t fully satisfied with the room I was initially given. However, the situation was handled promptly and professionally by the Guest Relations Manager, Mr. Özkan, who resolved it immediately.

Levarei todos no coração e, com certeza, recomendo esta acomodação. Espero voltar em breve! O único ponto negativo é que o hotel fica um pouco distante dos principais pontos turísticos, o que pode dificultar um pouco o deslocamento.

Fenêtre très mal isolé et pour rien arranger la voie rapide à côté ( le cas pour ma chambre ) Pas le droit de faire des commandes de repas de l’extérieur vous êtes obliger de commander de l’hôtel ! ( très mauvais point à mon goût )

- IOANNIS (8/5): - ROOM:IS COMFORTABLE BUT NOISY IF U OPEN THE WINDOW(1ST FLOOR). THE LIGHTS SHOULD BE MORE BRIGHT. BREAKFAST ALMOST PERFECT. AIRPORT : PICK UP AVAILABLE IN A HIGHER RATE THAN TAXI. GOOD PRICE. POLITE AND HELPFUL STAFF ROOM LIGHTING SHOULD BE IMPROVED. NOTHING SPECIAL WITH THE LOCATION( OVER A BUSY ROAD) YOU CAN FIND SEVERAL RESTAURANTS VERY CLOSED.

- Cole (4/5): - Too far from internetional airport. Close from hotel is a big highway, and so noice, We couldn't sleep well. Automobiles make a lot of nocie everytime. And this hotel so far from anything! Isn't elite place. It was just another one regular hotel, 2🌟 not more not less. Nothing special Cozy bad, and clear room.

- X4293WYwarreng (10/5): staring in Istanbul for dental treatment and the staff were spectaculay - my wife and I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights while I was having dental treatment in Istanbul. The hotel was spotlessly clean and it had great ammenities. The best feature by far was the staff, from reception to resteraunt staff the service and attention to detail was superb. After the surgery the resteraunt staff were particularly attentive and did everything to make it possible to eat and enjoy the food. The food was world class and the service was also. Some people that made the stay fantastic but in no specific order Suleyman at reception Omercan the Restarant Manager, this man leads his team exceptionally well Sultan Sinen and Musaf the chefs whose food was fantastic every meal Asenur yagmur and the breakfast hostess Afra All these staff made the stay a great experience. I will look forward to my next stay
