Things that were not good Rooms are congested and property not well kept Air conditioning seemed to have turned been off in night and lobby was stuffy/moldy through most of the day. The lift was small for the size of the property Breakfast had variation on paper. However, food quality was not good and many items were not available or hot even when one arrived timely and early for breakfast. for a Holiday Inn hotel this was one of the worst property I have ever been in. I don't this it does justice to the brand.

- NITIN P (2/5): - This property should be shut down it is ruining Franchise name. Staff have no knowledge and extremely rude. They canceled our booking and left us on road at middle of night. While in lobby we did see illegal work going on like staff putting cash in pocket and gave room to a sex worker. They must have done same with our booking by cancellling our booking and giving to someone else for cash. Most horrible experience being in a different country and unknown town looking for hotel at 1:00 am in morning

- Verified traveler (6/5): Holiday Inn Bangalore - could be a 2.5* hotel - Decent hotel at a good location. Comfortable stay for 1 person only. The taps, bathroom etc look very aged and the cleanlinesss of the toilet and the bathrooms can be better. Considering these, the property rate is on the higher side . Breakfast is okayish .. with abt 3-4 items in the buffet spread
- SHARATH (4/5): - We booked a standard room for our parents ,expecting a best service from previous experience with Holiday inn abroad. Unfortunately we were shocked to see there were not even storage space for luggage and no room for the people to walk .Please try to value money for what we are paying you.Really terrible experience.Too congested and won't recommend to anyone.

- Gaurav (2/5): - We, a couple, stayed there for three nights in July 2022 as we were relocating to Bangalore. We were disappointed as soon as we entered the room. It was so cramped that I was not able to stretch my hand if we got down from bed, they can even give good competition to Hong Kong, Japan cube homes. Staff was courteous and made genuine attempts to serve the guests. The breakfast menu was almost the same for each day, hardly one or two dishes were changed each day. It was also small spread and was more suitable for guests accustomed to Indian (south) dishes. I had booked the stay going by the brand name, given it is an international chain and close to my office. We had transferred here from a local hotel chain( Zip by Spree, AECS layout) of which the 2 day stay was part of my airline booking. They had offered us a huge executive room and good breakfast too, almost half the price. This also made our disappointment feel bigger. We later shifted to another ITC hotel. In conclusion, suggest checking other options nearby. Consider this if you are a solo business traveler looking to stay at a nearby office for not more than a couple of nights and will head to a hotel after a long work day to rest at night. Pros: 1. Near to ITPL, EPIP office area. 2. Good restaurants, cafes and bars in two nearby malls within walking distance.

We had left behind a charger and when contacted after our departure, the hotel staff promptly traced it and dispatched the same to our local address. Mr Nithin Kothari was particularly helpful so was their Lost and Found team. The hotel is suited for short business visits. The rooms compact. Due to pandemic, the food options were limited.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful, even on the day of Holi. The airport shuttle waited for us for an hour past are arrival time, even at 2am. He was great!

- Prasad (10/5): - Excellent business hotel with round the clock service. Decent spread for breakfast. Clean property. Very friendly staff. Office and airport drops available on request and additional charge. I had an early morning flight and found it quite useful to have the staff around at 4 am and booking a cab through the hotel, which was quite punctual. Only downside is that the rooms are very very small. But if you want use this as a business hotel just to spend the night at the hotel, you can live with that.

The room was a little small and felt a little too crammed with all the amenities and with two beds. Would have loved to have a room with only one bed but they were not available. The breakfast had a fairly wide spread and the chef prepared good fare. The gym was well equipped. All in all, a very good budget hotel for short stays.

- santvana (10/5): Pleasantly surprised by the service - I was really pleasantly surprised by the staff training at this hotel. From the guards at the gate (really helped me call a taxi using their phone), to Shravani at reception, the manager, people in the lift, everyone greeted me with a smile, asked if I was comfortable and so on. Felt like being in a Taj property. The room was small, but well planned. The only thing average was the food, though again the service was very good. They have a good spread, but i just found it a bit oily and not in the 'top notch' category. Whitefiled, and a lot of Bangalore is all dug up, dusty and really not nice anymore, hence giving a 3 star to the local area. But it served my purpose as I had some work at whietfields.
