- Mark (9/5): - Breakfast was very good. Hot Tub was nice too. Trying to purchase some soft drinks took too long for the person to figure out how to do it on the computer. Also, I was told I could not have a receipt for the stay because I used Booking.com and I would have it get it from them.

- Christie (6/5): - We got 2 rooms that were just not clean. The caulking in the shower has been horribly replaced and there are nasty stains. I wont be showering in it. The grout has bacterial growth in both rooms. The carpets, walls, lampshades, etc all have stains. The hallway is dirty from one end to the other. The elevator has a used qtip on the floor along with other spills. Im staying because my husband wont let me complain again. But, this is the second Holiday Inn in a year that i have been to that is just not up to standards. They used to set the standards and now, i wont be booking with them again. I have pictures. Im not over-stating how unkept it is.
- Joseph (2/5): Don’t stay here - The shower was filfty and had black mold. The door going into the room was not safe. It was not ADA compliant, the handle instead of being able to pull it down to open the door, you had to pull up to open the door. We only found out about this after we went downstairs to talk to the front desk then we had to go back upstairs and open the door. The door also didn’t close behind us when leaving which is a fire hazard. Children ran up and down the hallway screaming until my husband yelled at them around 10 PM. A dog started barking around at 11 PM and people were in the hallway, yelling dog dog dog. At 1 AM the people across the hall were pounding on the door asking to be let in.

It was like she didn't like her job or was having a bad day. The pool was really cold. Staff was told of the problem. Nothing was done about it. I suspect the pool heater was not working. We were really disappointed, because the whole reason I booked at this location was because of the indoor pool. My grand kids were with us and they love to swim.

After resolved room was ok, it needed a deep clean. Window coverings had blood stains on them and floors in corners and around edges were very dirty.

- 44PHILL (2/5): Don't waste your time. - Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We were double charged and then it took forever to get it fixed. The hotel staff has zero regard for insuring its customer receives a comfortable stay. It seemed that the people at the front desk has received zero training. Don't frustrate yourself. Stay somewhere else.

I was able to extend my checkout time as my 3 yr old toddler had surgery at 6am they allowed me to checkout at 12:30. Allowed me to be abke to go back and rest before heading back home a 4 hr drive. This will be the go to for my family and I.

- Tammara (5/5): Passable - Location We reserved 2 queen beds and got a king with a sofa, which really didn't work. It was extremely run down, especially the pool area. Our curtains were stained heavily. And the front desk help was not friendly at all. Sadly, we will not stay again.
- Jessica (8/5): Not perfect, but nice. - We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times for basketball stuff. The last time we stayed, things were mostly good. I think the only thing that went wrong was never getting towels I requested. This time, was mostly good. There’s some discrepancy in the pool hours. Online it says 10, but signs by the pool say a later time. Another boy that stayed there said he stayed until 11 the first night but they were told to leave the pool at. 10:30. Not a big deal but consistency would be nice. Beware of the toilet in 311. It doesn’t work. It takes 2-3 times to flush a #1. We just dealt with it because I knew the hotel was completely booked. No other rooms were available - or so I was told when I asked for an early check-in. None of the bathrooms have ventilation so I bring a fan along. The rooms are clean and it’s located in a nice area. Kids tried to use the WiFi to game and couldn’t get it to connect - even using a ethernet cable. It’s got a fridge and a microwave and I really appreciate those amenities when we travel
- JP (6/5): Don’t go chasing waterfalls - Great check in experience, clean room, good breakfast. Storms rolled thru the area and all of the sudden we had a waterfall in the room. Made the best out of it - Following morning Informed the front desk about the roof/ceiling leaks and within 30 mins they had crews working on it.

- Lois (8/5): Needs update - Hotel needs updated. Lots and wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms., stains all over the carpet. Pool had way to much chemicals, hard to breath when the whirlpool was going!
- Jessica (10/5): Great place to stay. - The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly… what more could you want? I didn’t check out the pool myself by my son did and he didn’t have any complaints. I also skipped breakfast to sleep in so I don’t have a review of how that went. I LOVE that the rooms have Keurig coffee makers. Easy and I can bring my own bods if I want. Also love, LOVE that the rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave.

- Nichole (3/5): Rude staff and not clean - To begin the woman who checked us in and out was completely rude. Then on Sunday morning I went to ask her for some pool towels and she was rude saying she didn’t have any so I proceeded to tell her there wasn’t any in the pool area at all and she huffed and went to the back and grabbed regular towels and I told her thank you and I got zero response. The beds are super uncomfortable, dust all over the tv, tv stand, bathroom had hair and dust in all corners. Very disappointing for paying over $200 dollars a night. We will not be back!

- Jill (8/5): - Front desk was welcoming. Rooms were cleaning. Breakfast was great lady was helpful. Only complaint would be the pool being very cold. The heater was broken, but nothing was said when we checked in luckily they had a hot tub so kids got some swimming time in.

- Francis (10/5): - The gentleman at the front desk was vary cool and nice. Breakfast was warm and fresh. Staff was really nice and friendly. The room was clean and smelled like cleaning products (in a good way) only thing that sucked was the pool was under construction. (Not a big deal)
- Shane (4/5): - We did not having working television all weekend. Told them and they gave us new remote batteries, but the input button wouldn’t bring up a menu to get television to work. No other help was given and supposedly getting extra reward points that we don’t even use anyway.
- Betty (10/5): Family little get away and lots of basketball! - The service and front desk was great, the breakfast was fantastic!! The only thing was the pool and hot tub was freezing cold and not ready when we arrived. The hot tub was great the next morning but the pool was still too cold for the littles in our group. Did have an issue with the toilet the last night/morning but reported it to the front desk.

- Angie (5/5): I still would return and stay again - The Hot tub, the breakfast, location, I love the built in hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner I had a handicap room, but the door to get into the room is too heavy to get open in a wheelchair. The bathroom had a tub and no handicap seat so I had trouble getting in and out of the tub and I couldn’t close the curtain. The shower drain wouldn’t drain fast so it was holding water. I had to turn the water off to let it drain then continue with my shower. The faucet was leaking you couldn’t turn it off so it’s dripping and water was on the counter behind the knobs, the lotion and hand soap is to far from the sink and to high for someone in a wheelchair. The bed was still to high for wheelchair users and it was to hard for me. But I brought an air mattress so it’s all good.
