Housekeeping was friendly, courteous and always willing to help with any housekeeping requests. The staff at breakfast were always friendly and helpful. The gym in the 5th floor is surprisingly large, housing nearly all the equipment needed to perform an overall good workout. It’s managed well and there’s even a fridge with bottles of water for the patrons to take for free. Security is fantastic and I love that our bags are checked on return from a day /night out. Reception was excellent, especially Misan who helped to secure my room for one more night when Air Peace rescheduled my flight for the following night. Misan is a star 🔥 Sugar 52 Lounge pool area is lovely but the other side of the pool was being renovated I believe. I hope this is concluded soon.

- Goran (1/5): There are no second chance for first impression - I am very disappointed with how this hotel handled our situation. I had to cancel due to a serious family medical emergency and provided medical documentation as evidence. Despite this, the hotel refused to waive the cancellation fee, explaining it as a matter of revenue loss. From my perspective, this response showed a complete lack of empathy and human understanding. In a situation involving a potential threat to my wife’s pregnancy and health, it was upsetting to see that revenue appeared to matter more than basic compassion and flexibility. I understand that hotels have policies, but exceptional circumstances should be treated with at least some degree of humanity. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Beautiful views, respectful staff, will return - Apart from the wonderful views in the rooms - which I love. This is hands down the best service I have received in Nigeria! From the security guard at the gates to the attendants by the main entrance, elevators, gym, concierge, cleaners, breakfast area, executive lounge, and manager (Jennifer) - nothing but outstanding, respectful and courteous service to me and my guests. I was booked at a different hotel and changed it on my first night because I was not impressed with their facilities and service. LCH was my second choice and I am so glad I chose it. I liked it so much I extended my stay. One of my hallmarks of good hospitality is how visitors of all standing are treated, I watched LCH staff treat my driver with the same level of dignity they accorded guests at their hotel. This indicates the pride staff take in their work and establishment, management should keep up whatever its doing to maintain staff morale. I couldn't recommend Lagos Continental Hotel highly enough and will return again and again for as long as the quality of service and respect sustains. It's a little pricey and the pool is small. Insufficient outdoor space with views of the ocean.

Food was on point and times for meals was excellent, it gave you enough time to choose when you would like to eat. Nothing has been proven on this visit, still my no1 choice when staying in Lagos Thanks

The hospitality of the staff as a collective were exceptional. Big thanks to Mary, omoniyi, Emeka, Isaac, Joseph and Martin the chef, who catered for our personal tastes at breakfast. I liked the professionalism and warmth showed to us during our stay. As a group of Carribbean visiting Nigeria for the first time , it made our holiday much more special. They were very attentive during our stay for the week. At the café, ask for Joseph and Benedict, a great team. The gentleman who did the housekeeping was great. At last Favour and Itoro at guest relations. Especially, Itoro who checked up on us during the duration of our stay. Thank you again LCH for a wonderful stay, and we will be back for a 4th time. The only hiccup experienced was when we were told that we couldn't remove our water bottle from breakfast and take it up to the room as that not was not the policy during our previous stays. Lovely staff - Juwon and Nnenna I paid over $800 AUD for accomodation and when I asked for a whiskey glass for the craft work whiskey which I brought from Australia ( they don't have this brand of whiskey there), the silly room service demanded I pay 2 dollars ( 2000naira) for a glass. When I told him that I could come pick the glass from him downstairs he insisted the charge would remain the same and that I needed to buy my whiskey from them directly . That act was disgusting and repugnant. Very disgraceful and cheap. Penny wise pounds foolish !

- neonr2023 (10/5): Lagos Continental Review - I always love staying at Lagos Continental it’s literally one of my favorite spots. The rooms? Stunning. And that glass bathroom? Such a vibe. You can keep it open and feel fancy, or roll down the shutters when you want your privacy best of both worlds. The bed and bedding? Super comfy, like you just sink in and forget your problems. And don’t even get me started on the food, breakfast and lunch are top-tier. Plus, breakfast is complimentary, so that’s already a win. The staff are always so friendly too. Even when you’re a bit stressed or not in the best mood, they handle you with so much calm and professionalism. Honestly, Lagos Continental feels like a second home at this point. Now that I love it this much, I guess I’ll have to start thinking extra hard about where to go for my honeymoon 😅.

- Olajumoke (9/5): Ok - Breakfast was lovely and location was good. Management were not flexible. My children booked two rooms for 3 nights requested for late check out and it was refused. I only booked one night to spend time with them and was disappointed they had that experience as i was the one that recommended the continental hotel to them. Not nice at all . Other hotels of same calibre were more flexible, resulting in a better overall guest experience for them.
